Telegram Ads Prices October 2026: CPM, CTR and Cost per Click by Country and Niche
In the 30 days from 14 September to 13 October 2026, Telegram Ads cost €2.05 per 1,000 impressions on Euro accounts, 0.78 TON on TON accounts and 315.17 Stars on Stars accounts, measured on our own accounts: 48,736 campaigns, 112 accounts, 149.9M impressions. A click cost €0.224 on Euro accounts at a 0.91% CTR and 0.034 TON on TON accounts at 2.20%. The widest spread is by country: on TON accounts India cost 0.41 TON per thousand impressions, Germany 0.20 and the UAE 3.98. Each account type is billed in its own currency, so a euro price and a TON price are not comparable numbers.
Telegram Ads prices in October 2026: the short answer
In the 30 days from 14 September to 13 October 2026, our own Telegram Ads accounts ran 48,736 campaigns on 112 accounts and served 149,857,662 impressions. One thousand impressions cost €2.05 on Euro accounts, 0.78 TON on TON accounts and 315.17 Stars on Stars accounts. These are not rate-card prices or someone’s estimate: they are spend divided by impressions on real campaigns — €16,025.92, 108,532.41 TON and 914,372.84 Stars spent in the month. Each number stays in the currency its account is billed in, so they are three different prices, not one price written three ways.
What moved the price this month:
- Country, more than anything else. On TON accounts a thousand impressions cost 0.15 TON in Denmark, Norway and Portugal and 3.98 TON in the UAE — about 27 times apart (3.979 ÷ 0.150).
- Niche. Forex & trading was the most expensive niche on Euro and TON accounts: €7.82 and 0.93 TON per thousand impressions. On Stars accounts VPN cost the most, 470.39 Stars, ahead of forex & trading at 383.87.
- Where the ad is targeted. On Euro accounts, audience targeting cost €1.33 per thousand impressions and channel targeting €3.70; bot targeting cost €2.37 and had the highest Euro CTR, 2.12%.
- Budget. At the month’s overall Euro price, a €500 ad budget buys about 244,000 impressions and about 2,200 clicks.
This is the first edition of a monthly report. Every month gets its own page with fresh numbers, and the old months stay online.
Prices by account type
Telegram Ads bills each account in one currency: euros on a Euro account, TON (now called Gram) on a TON account, Telegram Stars on a Stars account. Here is the month for each, in its own currency:
| Account type | Campaigns | Accounts | Impressions | Spend | CPM | CTR | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Euro (EUR) | 13,515 | 24 | 7,813,546 | €16,025.92 | €2.05 | 0.91% | €0.224 |
| TON (Gram) | 30,728 | 78 | 139,142,875 | 108,532.41 TON | 0.78 TON | 2.20% | 0.034 TON |
| Telegram Stars | 4,493 | 10 | 2,901,241 | 914,372.84 Stars | 315.17 Stars | 1.26% | 25.09 Stars |
| All three | 48,736 | 112 | 149,857,662 | — | — | — | — |
How to read it:
- CPM is plain division. Euro: €16,025.92 ÷ 7,813,546 impressions × 1,000 = €2.05. TON: 108,532.41 ÷ 139,142,875 × 1,000 = 0.78 TON. Stars: 914,372.84 ÷ 2,901,241 × 1,000 = 315.17 Stars.
- TON accounts carry the volume. 139,142,875 of the month’s 149,857,662 impressions — 93% — ran on TON accounts, so the TON tables below stand on the most data.
- The total row has no price on purpose. Adding euros, TON and Stars together would give a number in no currency at all.
Prices by country
Only campaigns targeted at exactly one country count here, so the price belongs to that country and not to a mix. Every country with impressions in the window has a row — 66 rows in all — with its impressions shown. The last column shows the share of impressions that came from the single largest account in the row.

What €650 buys
Adsly’s start for regular niches is €650 in total, of which €500 is the ad budget that goes into the account. Below is plain arithmetic on this month’s measured Euro prices: impressions = €500 ÷ CPM × 1,000, clicks = impressions × CTR. It is not a forecast for your campaign — your creative, country and niche set your own price — but it shows what €500 bought at the prices we measured in October.
At the overall Euro price: €500 ÷ €2.051 × 1,000 = 243,784 impressions, about 244,000. At the 0.91% CTR that is 243,784 × 0.0091 = 2,218 clicks, about 2,200.
At the Russia row: €500 ÷ €1.326 × 1,000 = 377,074 impressions, about 377,000. At the 0.61% CTR that is 377,074 × 0.0061 = 2,300 clicks.
The same €500 against the other Euro rows of the month (CPM shown unrounded, as used in the arithmetic):
| Measured Euro price row | CPM | CTR | Impressions for €500 | Clicks for €500 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All Euro campaigns | €2.051 | 0.91% | 243,784 | 2,218 |

Two things stand out. Bot targeting buys fewer impressions than audience targeting but about twice the clicks (4,480 against 2,302). And forex & trading buys the fewest impressions for the money — 63,930 — because it is the most expensive niche in the auction.
A cross-check: at the measured Euro cost per click, €500 ÷ €0.2239 = 2,233 clicks, close to the 2,218 above. The two differ slightly because CTR and cost per click leave out campaigns with broken click counters, while CPM uses every campaign.
How we measured
- Source: our own Telegram Ads accounts — Euro, TON and Stars accounts connected to Adsly Pro Panel.
- Window: each campaign counts what it served between the snapshot of 13 September 2026 and the snapshot of 13 October 2026. Campaign counters are running totals, so the report uses the difference between the two snapshots.
- Currency: every figure stays in the currency of its account type — euros for Euro accounts, TON (now called Gram) for TON accounts, Telegram Stars for Stars accounts. Currencies are never converted or added together.
- CPM = spend ÷ impressions × 1,000 over all campaigns. CTR and cost per click leave out campaigns that report more clicks than impressions or a CTR above 25% — those are broken counters, not results.
- Country = campaigns targeted at exactly one country. Every country with impressions in the window has a row, with its impressions shown. Campaigns aimed at several countries count in every other table, but not in the country tables.
- Niche = keyword sets on the campaign title and text: forex & trading, crypto, gambling & betting, dating & adult, VPN, news & media — the same sets as on our niche pages. Every niche with impressions in the window has a row.
- Destination = what the ad was targeted at: users (audience targeting), channels, bots or search.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Telegram Ads cost in 2026?
In the 30 days to 13 October 2026, a thousand impressions cost €2.05 on Euro accounts, 0.78 TON on TON accounts and 315.17 Stars on Stars accounts, measured on 48,736 campaigns and 149.9M impressions. A click cost €0.224, 0.034 TON and 25.09 Stars. The price depends most on the country, then on the niche and on where the ad is targeted.
What is the Telegram Ads CPM in India?
On TON accounts, 0.41 TON per 1,000 impressions (0.415 unrounded), at a 1.85% CTR and 0.022 TON per click — measured on 8,649,694 impressions from 913 campaigns on 8 accounts, the biggest country row of the month after Ethiopia. One TON bought about 2,410 impressions in India (1,000 ÷ 0.415). On Euro accounts India cost €0.16 per thousand impressions — the cheapest Euro country of the month — on 2,073 impressions from 39 campaigns.
Is TON cheaper than Euro?
The question cannot be answered with these numbers: 0.78 TON and €2.05 are prices in two different currencies, and Telegram bills each account in its own. Converting one into the other at a day’s exchange rate would turn a measurement into a guess. What a Euro account gives instead is a different set of abilities: the budget and every report in euros, ads that can link to any website — Telegram’s own getting-started page says links to external sites are not allowed on self-serve accounts — a direct line to moderation, and every available country in one account.
What is the Telegram Ads CPM in Russia?
On Euro accounts, €1.33 per thousand impressions at a 0.61% CTR and €0.218 per click — 4,820,450 impressions from 6,083 campaigns on 19 accounts. On Stars accounts, 99.75 Stars per thousand at 0.33% CTR and 30.33 Stars per click — 1,025,019 impressions from 554 campaigns on 3 accounts. This month’s data has no TON row for Russia.
Which country had the cheapest and the most expensive Telegram Ads in October 2026?
On TON accounts the cheapest were Denmark, Norway and Portugal: 0.15 TON per thousand impressions, on 13,334 impressions each, followed by Ethiopia and Algeria (0.16) — Ethiopia on 32.0M impressions at a 2.17% CTR — Syria (0.17) and Colombia (0.18); the cheapest click was in Colombia, 0.001 TON. The most expensive was the UAE: 3.98 TON per thousand and 0.153 TON per click, followed by Vietnam (3.45), Indonesia (2.52) and Qatar (2.50). On Euro accounts India was the cheapest country at €0.16 per thousand impressions, and Russia cost €1.33.
How much does a click cost on Telegram Ads?
€0.224 on Euro accounts, 0.034 TON on TON accounts and 25.09 Stars on Stars accounts this month. By niche on Euro accounts it ran from €0.100 for dating & adult and €0.130 for VPN to €0.677 for forex & trading.
How much do Telegram Ads cost for crypto and forex?
On Euro accounts, crypto cost €5.68 per thousand impressions and €0.425 per click; forex & trading €7.82 and €0.677 — the most expensive niche of the month. On TON accounts crypto cost 0.51 TON and forex & trading 0.93 TON per thousand.
How much does Telegram advertising cost per month?
As much as the budget you put in: the account spends it on impressions at the auction price. At October’s overall Euro price, €500 a month buys about 244,000 impressions and about 2,200 clicks. A Euro account from Adsly starts from €500 of ad budget, €650 in total.
Why are Stars prices so large?
Because Stars is a different unit. 315.17 Stars per thousand impressions is a price in Stars, and it cannot be set beside a euro or TON price. Stars ads are paid with Stars that a channel or bot has earned.
How often is this report updated?
Monthly. Each month is a new page with that month’s measurement; the November 2026 edition is next, and October stays online.
