Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ADSLY.PRO ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
ADSLY.PRO is a campaign management platform that provides tools for managing Telegram Ads campaigns. Our Service includes:
- Multi-account Telegram Ads management (TON, Euro and Stars cabinets)
- Campaign creation, editing, and monitoring tools
- Bulk operations for mass campaign management
- Analytics and reporting features
- Automation rules for campaign optimization
- Cryptocurrency payment processing for account top-ups
- Automated Telegram Ads account opening through partner cabinets
- Budget management and scheduling features
ADSLY.PRO is a management tool only. We do not create, approve, or control the advertising content that users publish through Telegram's advertising platform.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials, including your password, two-factor authentication device, and any Telegram session cookies imported into the platform. We strongly recommend using a unique strong password, enabling 2FA on your Telegram account, and rotating session tokens if you suspect they have been exposed.
Where unauthorized access to your Adsly or Telegram account is the result of credentials being exposed on the customer's side — for example through phishing, malware, a leaked password, a shared session token, or compromise of a connected Telegram account — Adsly cannot recover funds that the unauthorized party has spent or moved on Telegram's platform, because those actions are executed and settled by Telegram, not by us. In such cases we will work with you in good faith on account lockout, session rotation, fraud documentation, and any recovery steps available through Telegram's own dispute channels. Refer to §6 for the corresponding refund principles.
3.2 Telegram Account Integration
When connecting your Telegram Ads accounts to ADSLY.PRO:
- You are responsible for the security of your Telegram session cookies and credentials
- You must have legitimate ownership or authorization to manage the connected accounts
- We store encrypted session data to provide our services
- We recommend regularly rotating your Telegram sessions for security
3.3 Compliance with Telegram Ads Policies
You agree to:
- Comply with all Telegram Ads policies and guidelines
- Ensure your advertising content complies with applicable laws
- Not use our Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Take full responsibility for the content of your advertising campaigns
4. User-Generated Advertising Content
Adsly is a management interface. Before a cabinet is opened, Adsly pre-moderates the promoted asset declared by the customer (see §7.2); however, we do not author the individual advertising creatives that customers subsequently publish through Telegram's platform, and final approval of each ad rests with Telegram. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all campaigns comply with Telegram Ads policy, the rules of any landing platform the campaign links to, and applicable law in the jurisdictions being targeted. Where Telegram or a connected partner platform suspends, restricts, or removes a campaign or cabinet because of the customer's advertising content, that decision rests with that platform; any held balance is governed by that platform's own review and dispute process. The corresponding refund principles are set out in §6.
5. Payment Methods
Adsly accepts cryptocurrency payments (any supported coin, processed via our payments partner Heleket) for:
- Opening new Telegram Ads cabinets under our partner entities (Euro Cabinet, TON Cabinet)
- Topping up existing Telegram Ads cabinet balances
- Subscription plans (Pro Panel, Managed Service)
Because cryptocurrency transactions are settled on public blockchains, the following operational rules apply:
- On-chain transfers are irreversible once confirmed, and funds sent to an address outside the invoice address we issue cannot be recovered by Adsly.
- Exchange-rate fluctuations between invoice issuance and on-chain confirmation are absorbed within the FX buffer included in the invoice; we will not request additional top-ups for normal fluctuation.
- Invoices remain valid for the time window stated at issuance.
6. Refunds
We stand behind the Service and process refund requests in good faith. The principles below set out how refunds work in practice.
6.1 Good-Faith Refunds
For customers acting in good faith, Adsly issues a full refund in the following situations:
- The Service was paid for but Adsly was unable to deliver it — for example, we cannot open the ordered cabinet for the declared niche, geo, or destination.
- A technical error on our side caused a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount.
- The customer paid an invoice by mistake and notifies us before any service has been provisioned or any cabinet has been opened.
- A subscription was charged after a documented downgrade or cancellation request that we failed to apply on time.
Requests can be sent to @adsly_pro. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment source.
6.2 Cases Where a Refund Is Not Possible
Some categories of charges cannot be refunded by Adsly, because the funds are no longer held by us or because the customer acted contrary to the Service's terms. These cases are limited to:
- Funds already spent on ad delivery. Once a cabinet balance has been consumed by Telegram for impressions or clicks, that spend has been settled with Telegram and cannot be reversed by Adsly.
- Cabinet balance after activation. Once a Euro Cabinet or TON Cabinet has been opened on Telegram's platform, the minimum deposit becomes the cabinet's ad balance and is held by Telegram from that point on. See §6.3 and §6.4 for cabinet-specific rules.
- Compromised customer credentials. If the customer's own password, 2FA device, browser session, Telegram session, or a connected device is compromised by a third party and that party spends funds or runs unauthorized campaigns, Adsly cannot reverse Telegram-side spend. We will, however, help with account lockout, session rotation, and fraud documentation, and assist with any recovery channel Telegram makes available.
- Cabinet suspension caused by the customer's advertising content. If Telegram suspends or blocks a cabinet because of policy violations in the campaigns the customer published, any remaining balance is held by Telegram and is subject to Telegram's own dispute and recovery process — Adsly does not control it. We will support the customer in submitting an appeal to Telegram where one is available.
- Breach of these Terms. Accounts terminated for fraud, payment chargebacks, abuse of the Service, breach of §7 (Approved Destination), or breach of the policies of any connected platform are not eligible for refund of prepaid Service fees.
In every case listed above, we will explain the specific reason in writing and, where applicable, point the customer to the upstream platform's dispute channel.
6.3 Euro Cabinet — Specific Rules
Before the cabinet is opened on Telegram's platform, the deposit (minus payment-network fees and any locked EUR/USD spread) is refundable on request. Once the cabinet has been activated, the minimum deposit becomes ad balance inside the cabinet on Telegram's side, and from that point on is governed by §6.2.
6.4 TON Cabinet — Specific Rules
TON Cabinets are opened on the same Adsly EU entity but denominated in Toncoin: the customer's EUR-equivalent deposit is converted to TON at the rate snapshot taken at invoice creation and funded to the cabinet's TON balance. The pre-activation refund principle in §6.3 applies up to the point of conversion and credit. After conversion and credit to the cabinet, the TON balance is held on the cabinet and is subject to §6.2. TON price fluctuations between the EUR quote and the on-chain deposit are absorbed within the FX buffer included in the invoice. TON cabinets serve a worldwide audience (no per-country targeting), can only link to Telegram destinations (channel, bot, or mini-app), and are not served in jurisdictions where Telegram does not deliver TON-funded ads.
7. Cabinet Infrastructure, Approved Destination and Platform Compliance
7.1 Platform Compliance
All cabinets are operated on Telegram's official advertising platform and are fully subject to Telegram Ads policy. Telegram may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or block any cabinet. Where this happens, the held balance is governed by Telegram's own dispute and recovery process (see §6.2); Adsly will support the customer in submitting an appeal to Telegram where one is available.
7.2 Pre-Moderation and Approved Destination — One Cabinet, One Promoted Asset
Every cabinet opened by Adsly is opened for one specific promoted asset — a single Telegram channel, a single Telegram bot, or a single external website — that the customer declares when ordering the cabinet. Before the cabinet is opened, Adsly pre-moderates the declared asset and its content against Telegram Ads policy; the cabinet is opened only after the asset passes this pre-moderation. The cabinet may be used to advertise only the asset that passed pre-moderation. Where campaigns are run through the cabinet to a different destination — another channel, another bot, another website, or any redirect leading to such — or where the promoted asset is materially changed after pre-moderation, the cabinet-opening guarantee, moderation assistance, and ad-approval support provided by Adsly no longer apply, and any cabinet block, suspension, balance loss, or moderation failure resulting from such undeclared or unmoderated destinations is borne by the customer.
7.3 Euro Cabinet Infrastructure
Each Euro Cabinet is opened together with dedicated advertising infrastructure that Adsly builds and operates on its own side specifically for the customer's declared asset and niche. For the purpose of running traffic through Telegram Ads, the Euro Cabinet is used through this Adsly-provided infrastructure. Directing campaigns away from this infrastructure has the same effect as §7.2 — the cabinet-opening guarantee no longer applies.
7.4 Gambling and Betting Cabinets
For gambling, betting, casino and similar high-compliance niches, the dedicated infrastructure described in §7.3 includes a Telegram bot created by Adsly specifically for that cabinet. Campaigns run through a gambling or betting cabinet point to this Adsly-created bot; traffic delivered to the bot is then forwarded automatically to the destination link chosen by the customer. Directing traffic from a gambling or betting cabinet to any destination other than this Adsly-created bot has the same effect as §7.2 — the cabinet-opening guarantee no longer applies, and any cabinet block, suspension, balance loss, or moderation failure resulting from undeclared destinations is borne by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We operate the platform to commercial standards and continuously invest in reliability, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Adsly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost advertising opportunities, or losses caused by delivery decisions made by Telegram's advertising platform.
- Adsly's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the customer to Adsly in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Adsly is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to the customer's account where that access was caused by exposure of the customer's own credentials, devices, or sessions (see §3.1).
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection or mandatory law.
9. Browser Extension (Adsly Manager)
9.1 Extension Purpose
The Adsly Manager browser extension is an optional tool that enables quick account login from the Adsly panel. The extension:
- Reads authentication cookies from ads.telegram.org to import accounts
- Sets cookies to open Telegram Ads with the selected account
- Does NOT collect browsing history or personal data
- Does NOT execute remote code
9.2 Extension Usage Terms
- The extension is provided "as is" without warranties
- You must only use the extension with accounts you own or have authorization to manage
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from browser updates or extension incompatibilities
- You agree to keep the extension updated to the latest version
9.3 Extension Data Handling
By using the extension, you authorize it to:
- Read Telegram session cookies from your browser
- Transmit these cookies securely to Adsly servers for account authentication
- Set cookies in your browser when opening Telegram Ads accounts
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if the customer materially breaches these Terms (for example: fraud, payment chargebacks, abuse of the Service, breach of §7). Where termination is for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer may request a pro-rata refund of any unused, prepaid Service fees in accordance with §6.1.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will notify active customers at least 14 days before it takes effect, by in-product notice or by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Language
The English version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translation is provided for convenience only and has no legal force in case of conflict with the English text.
