Telegram Ads CPM by Country: Measured on Euro and TON Accounts (2026)
Measured on our own accounts on 3 October 2026, Telegram Ads CPM on Euro accounts (billed in EUR) runs from €0.20 in Uzbekistan and €0.25 in India to €2.22 in Brazil, €2.68 in Russia and €2.92 in Turkey, with Russia carrying 163M of the impressions. For Western Europe and the US our campaigns ran on TON accounts, which are billed in TON: Britain and Germany 0.27 TON per thousand impressions, France 0.24, Italy 0.43, the USA 0.39, while the UAE (3.79) and Vietnam (4.09) are the most expensive TON markets we buy. Compare euro rows with euro rows and TON rows with TON rows — converting one into the other at a day's exchange rate turns a measurement into a guess.
Read the currency before the number
Telegram Ads bills each account in its own currency. A Euro account pays in euros. A TON account pays in TON. Since August 2026 both can target countries with the same form, so a country can appear in our data twice — once at a euro price and once at a TON price — and the two are not the same number.
Until 3 October 2026 this page made exactly that mistake. Our measurement script summed TON campaigns into the euro table, and the headline “Britain €0.16, Germany €0.23” was in fact 0.27 TON on TON accounts; our Euro accounts had never run a single-country campaign in Britain or Germany. We found it in our own audit and rebuilt both tables. If you quoted the old figures, these replace them.
Measured CPM on Euro accounts
Our own Euro accounts, billed in EUR, all niches blended, campaigns targeted at one country only, as of 3 October 2026. The impressions column is the honesty check: a row standing on 163M impressions is a fact, a row standing on 28k is a direction.
| Country | CPM | CTR | Cost per click | Impressions | Accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Uzbekistan | €0.20 | 0.90% | €0.023 | 6.4M | 2 |
| India | €0.25 | 1.12% | €0.022 | 17.3M | 8 |
| UAE | €1.42 | 1.36% | €0.104 | 295k | 8 |
| Chile | €1.54 | 1.18% | €0.130 | 139k | 1 |
| Saudi Arabia | €1.69 | 1.47% | €0.115 | 74k | 4 |
| Qatar | €1.95 | 1.11% | €0.175 | 28k | 5 |
| Brazil | €2.22 | 1.64% | €0.136 | 4.7M | 6 |
| Russia | €2.68 | 0.65% | €0.415 | 163.0M | 62 |
| Turkey | €2.92 | 0.87% | €0.337 | 874k | 8 |
| Georgia | €4.00 | 0.29% | €1.361 | 144k | 3 |
| Armenia | €8.02 | 0.37% | €2.161 | 33k | 1 |
Thinner still, quoted only with their volume: Kazakhstan €1.09 at 0.46% CTR on about 11,000 impressions, Belarus €1.05 at 0.22% on about 10,000.
What the euro table says: Russian-language and Caucasus inventory is the expensive end, Turkey and Brazil sit close to Russia, and India and Uzbekistan are cheap by an order of magnitude. A hundred clicks cost about €2.20 in India and €41.50 in Russia.
Measured CPM on TON accounts
Our own TON accounts, billed in TON, campaigns targeted at one country, 22 August–3 October 2026 — 149.5M impressions across 58 countries. Prices in TON per thousand impressions; cost per click in TON.

| Mexico | 1.30 | 4.91% | 0.034 | 499k | 6 |
| Indonesia | 1.82 | 4.90% | 0.038 | 2.8M | 6 |
| Malaysia | 1.87 | 1.44% | 0.124 | 1.7M | 8 |
| Qatar | 3.35 | 2.61% | 0.128 | 554k | 6 |
| UAE | 3.79 | 2.65% | 0.143 | 2.7M | 10 |
| Vietnam | 4.09 | 8.33% | 0.073 | 1.0M | 3 |
What the TON table says: inside TON, Western Europe and North America are the cheap end — Britain, Germany, France and the Netherlands at 0.24–0.27 TON — while the Gulf and Southeast Asia are the expensive end: the UAE 3.79, Qatar 3.35, Vietnam 4.09. Germany is on this table with 5.5M impressions across 10 accounts, so TON-funded ads do deliver there.
Rows standing on one account describe one advertiser rather than a market — Ethiopia (37M impressions on a single account), Colombia (a 21% CTR on one account) — so we leave them out of the table above.
Why the two currencies cannot be merged
The obvious move is to convert TON into euros and put everything in one table. We do not, for two reasons. TON’s price moves daily, so any conversion is a statement about the exchange rate on the day you picked, not about the auction. And the two account types do not buy the same inventory in the same way: TON accounts do not serve Russia, Ukraine, Israel or Palestine, while our euro rows are dominated by Russia. A converted number would look like a measurement and be an estimate.
If you need a single decision rule: compare markets within one table, and choose the account type for its own reasons, below.
CPM by vertical
Self-service Euro accounts, all countries blended, as of 3 October 2026. The base is thinner than the country table, so the volume column matters more here, not less.
| Vertical | CPM | CTR | Cost per click | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Binary options | €1.41 | 0.38% | €0.374 | 1.35M |
| Forex | €1.88 | 1.89% | €0.102 | 418k |
| Crypto | €1.91 | 0.53% | €0.358 | 821k |
| Gambling | €2.55 | 13.19% | €0.019 | 175k |
| VPN | €2.61 | 1.06% | €0.246 | 203k |
Read the gambling CTR with caution: 13% on 175k impressions is high even after we drop campaigns reporting impossible click rates.
Three caveats, without which these tables lie
One: this is our mix, not the market’s. All niches blended. Russia’s price partly reflects that our Russian spend concentrates in competitive verticals; a single-account row reflects one advertiser’s targeting. The numbers are measured, but they measure what we ran.
Two: this is not the gambling benchmark. We publish a separate curated gambling set (Brazil, UAE, Turkey, bot-first funnels, March–June 2026). Both are true and they are different cuts.
Three: CTR and CPC exclude broken campaigns, CPM does not. Campaigns reporting more clicks than views, or CTR above 25%, are dropped from the CTR and cost-per-click columns. CPM is computed on the full base.
Which account for which country
Euro account — a World account covering every available country, billed and reported in EUR, Pro Panel included, and the only route for the four full-bundle high-risk niches. The prices in the euro table above are what you would pay in the countries we have measured.
TON account — country targeting with the same form since August 2026, funded in TON, not served in Russia, Ukraine, Israel or Palestine. Lower commission on regular niches; for gambling, nutra, adult and binary options it costs the same as Euro.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which country has the cheapest Telegram Ads CPM?
On our Euro accounts, Uzbekistan (€0.20) and India (€0.25). On our TON accounts, priced in TON, France and Bangladesh (0.24), then Britain, Germany and the Netherlands (0.27). The two lists use different currencies and should not be merged.
Is Britain really €0.16 CPM?
No. That figure appeared on this page until 3 October 2026 and was a TON price mislabelled as euros. Our UK campaigns ran on TON accounts at 0.27 TON per thousand impressions; we have no Euro-account measurement for Britain.
Why is Russia so expensive if the audience is large?
Competition, not quality. Russian-language Telegram advertising is a mature auction with years of advertisers in it. Russia measured €2.68 CPM at 0.65% CTR and €0.415 per click across 163M impressions on 62 Euro accounts — our largest market. Turkey (€2.92) and the thin Caucasus rows cost more.
How much do Telegram Ads cost in India?
On Euro accounts €0.25 CPM at 1.12% CTR and €0.022 per click across 17.3M impressions; on TON accounts 0.42 TON per thousand impressions across 12.0M.
Do Telegram Ads run in Germany?
On our TON accounts, yes: 5.5M Germany-targeted impressions across 10 accounts between August and October 2026, at 0.27 TON per thousand. We have not run Euro-account campaigns there.
My country is not in either table. What should I budget?
Ask us before you budget. For countries without their own row we would rather say “not measured” than stretch a regional average across currencies.
How current are these numbers?
Euro table measured 3 October 2026 over 56,909 single-country campaigns and 192.9M impressions; TON table 22 August–3 October 2026, 149.5M impressions across 58 countries. They are recomputed from our platform database, and this page carries the date of the measurement it quotes.
