Telegram Ads Agency Setup: Team Access & Account Management

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-03 ⏱ 12 min read ✍ Roman

Sharing one Telegram login between five people is how agencies lose track of who changed a bid. Adsly’s Agency plan replaces that with a Team page in Pro Panel: every person gets their own login, sees only the client accounts you assign, and holds either Manager or Viewer access on each of them — across Euro, TON and Stars accounts.

Who Needs an Agency Setup?

The Agency plan is the only plan with a team. Pro is built for one person; as soon as a second person needs to work in your accounts, or a client wants to look at their own numbers, you need Agency. That usually means:

  • Ad agencies — campaigns for several clients, each with its own account, budget and reporting.

  • Media buying teams — several buyers, each responsible for their own verticals or regions.

  • In-house marketing departments — one brand running Telegram Ads for several products or divisions.

  • Freelancers — independent consultants who need a clean line between client projects.

Without it you end up sharing login details, switching between Telegram accounts by hand and guessing who changed what.

Step-by-Step Agency Setup

Step 1: Sign Up and Choose the Agency Plan

Create your Adsly login and choose the Agency plan at $229/month. It includes 10 account slots. Every slot also adds three team seats, so the base plan covers a team of up to 30 people.

Step 2: Connect Telegram Ads Accounts

Add client accounts from the Team page, so that they belong to the agency rather than to the person who added them. Pro Panel works with all three Telegram Ads account types — Euro, TON and Stars. An account that lives on ads.telegram.org connects by phone verification, through the browser extension, or with a session token pasted by hand. On the Agency plan you can also connect accounts held in an Adstat login, using that login and password. Every connected account keeps its own balance and its own access list.

No accounts yet? We open Euro and TON accounts — two business days as standard for a Euro account — and each one comes with access on ads.telegram.org for the Telegram accounts you name, plus Pro Panel at no extra cost. The one exception is the €5,000 gambling test launch, which runs in Pro Panel only.

Open Team in the sidebar and press Create Invite. Each link works once. Leave the email field empty and whoever receives the link can use it; fill it in and only that email address can accept. The person registers, or signs in with an Adsly login they already have, and appears in your member list.

Step 4: Assign Accounts and Set Access Levels

For each member, pick the accounts they work on and set the level per account. Manager is full access to manage campaigns in that account. Viewer sees campaigns and statistics and cannot change anything — the right level for a client who wants to watch without the risk of an accidental edit. Anything you have not assigned stays invisible to that member.

Step 5: Configure Automation Rules

A rule can sit on one campaign, on a group, on a selection of campaigns or on the whole account, and a rule template lives on your Adsly login, so the same template can be rolled out to any client account. Typical agency rules: pause a campaign when spend passes a limit with too few clicks, raise or lower CPM up to a cap you set, add budget while cost per action stays under target. For declined ads, Recreate re-submits the same ad every hour until it is approved.

Team Roles & Permissions

There are two kinds of people in an agency — the owner and members — and a member’s access is set account by account:

  • Agency Owner — sees every agency account, pays for the plan and the slots, invites and removes members, and decides who gets which account.

  • Manager (per account) — full access to manage campaigns in the accounts assigned to them: create, edit, pause, change budgets and CPM, set rules, export reports. No access to billing — the subscription is managed by the agency — and none to accounts that were not assigned.

  • Viewer (per account) — campaigns and statistics for the assigned accounts, read-only. Suits clients and stakeholders.

On top of that the owner can switch on three permissions for any member, each off by default: Add cabinets (the account they connect becomes an agency account), Invite teammates (their invites use the agency’s seats), and Share their cabinets (they can pass access on, but only for accounts they hold Manager on).

This is what keeps client data apart: a buyer working on Client A’s campaigns sees nothing of Client B’s, even though both sit in the same agency.

Account Slots & Scaling

The Agency plan starts with 10 account slots. Past 10, each extra slot costs $19/month. A slot holds one Telegram Ads account and adds three team seats; the seats are pooled across the agency, not tied to a particular account.

What that looks like as an agency grows:

  • 10 slots (included) — $229/month. 10 client accounts, up to 30 team members.

  • 20 slots — $419/month. 20 client accounts, up to 60 team members.

  • 50 slots — $989/month. 50 client accounts, up to 150 team members.

Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months at once takes 10%, 20% or 30% off. If you need fewer slots, the reduction is scheduled for your next renewal, and the panel shows the date and the new monthly price.

Access Matrix

The Team page has two views: Cards and Access Matrix. The matrix is a grid — members down one side, accounts along the other — and each cell is set to No access, Viewer or Manager. You change as many cells as you need and save once.

Use it before onboarding a new client: one look tells you whether anyone already on the team would end up with access they should not have. When someone’s responsibilities change, update their row here instead of opening accounts one by one.

The matrix shows who can act. Who actually did — a status change, a new CPM, a budget top-up, a rule firing — is recorded in the task and action history of each account.

Best Practices for Agency Teams

Naming Conventions

Name accounts the same way every time: Client / Vertical / Account type — “Acme Corp / E-commerce / TON”, “TechStart / SaaS / Euro”. With dozens of accounts on the dashboard this is what lets a new team member find their way. Account folders help too: group accounts by client or by team, and members see the agency’s folders rather than a set of their own.

Weekly Reporting Cadence

Pick one reporting day and keep it. Pro Panel stores a snapshot of every campaign each hour, so a report for any period — spend, CPM, CTR, CPC, actions — exports as CSV, PDF or Excel, for a whole account or for the campaigns you select. If your Adsly login is linked to Telegram, the panel also sends a weekly digest there with the last seven days’ spend and the campaigns worth a look.

Set Rules Before You Need Them

Three rules cover most of what goes wrong overnight: a stop-loss (spend above your limit with no result → pause), Recreate switched on for declined ads, and either AutoCPM or a CPM rule with a ceiling. Rules are checked on the panel’s hourly cycle, around the clock, and every action they take lands in the action history.

Separate Accounts Per Client

Never mix two clients’ budgets in one account, even when they target similar audiences. Separate accounts keep reporting clean and make offboarding simple: remove the client’s access to their account and nothing else is affected.

Agency Plan Pricing

  • Base plan: $229/month — 10 account slots, the Team page with Manager and Viewer access, bulk operations, automation rules, analytics and export.

  • More than 10 accounts: $19/month per extra slot.

  • Per-slot capacity: one Telegram Ads account and three team seats.

  • Longer periods: 10% off for 3 months, 20% for 6, 30% for 12.

  • Free trial: 3 days of Pro at sign-up, nothing to pay up front.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many team members can I have?

Three per account slot, pooled across the agency. The Agency plan’s 10 slots give you up to 30 members; every extra slot adds three more seats. Invites that have been sent but not yet accepted count towards the limit.

Can members see each other’s accounts?

No. A member sees only the accounts assigned to them, at the level you set. A member with the “Share their cabinets” permission can pass access on, but only for accounts they hold Manager on — never for anything above their own level.

What happens when a member leaves?

The owner removes them on the Team page and they lose access to every agency account at once. Campaigns keep running and the history stays where it was. The seat is free again for a new invite.

Can existing users join my agency?

Yes, through an invite link. Before they accept, the panel tells them what changes: their own paid subscription is cancelled and their personal accounts are hidden while they are a member. Nothing is deleted — if they later leave the agency, their accounts come back and they are on the Free plan. An agency owner cannot join another agency, and a member belongs to one agency at a time.

How do I add more account slots?

On the Team page, under Manage slots. Each slot beyond the 10 included in Agency is $19/month, and there is no hard cap on how many accounts you connect.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 3 days of Pro when you sign up, with nothing to pay up front. The trial is the Pro plan, so it covers campaigns, bulk operations, rules and analytics; the Team page opens with the Agency plan.

Can I downgrade later?

Yes. Reducing slots is scheduled for your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. If the team is larger than the new number of slots allows, the panel asks you to remove members first. Campaign data and analytics stay in place whatever the plan.
