Agency Ad Accounts in 2026: Meta (Facebook), Google and TikTok — What They Are, Prices and How to Get One
An agency ad account is an advertiser's ad account managed through a platform's own agency tools: a Google Ads manager account (MCC), partner access to a client's ad accounts on Meta, or a TikTok Business Center with a media agency partnership. None of the three publishes a price for these, and none defines "whitelisted", rented or "agency" accounts with higher limits: those are market labels, not platform products. Agency status lifts no rules: crypto, gambling and forex still need each platform's certification or written permission plus a licence. The one published number is Google Partners: $10,000 of ad spend over 90 days across managed accounts. For Telegram Ads, Adsly's Euro account is the agency account: opened in 48 hours from payment, no KYC, any crypto, from €650 in total. For Meta and Google, our team runs the ads end to end from $10,000 a month of spend.
Agency ad accounts in 2026: the short answer
Type “agency ad account” into Google and the suggestions read like a shopping list: price, provider, panel, rent, buy, whitelisted. Open the help centres of Meta, Google and TikTok and almost none of that vocabulary is there. Here is what actually exists, from the official pages we opened on 14 October 2026:
- Google gives agencies a manager account (MCC) to “view and manage multiple Google Ads accounts”, and the Google Partners badge for agencies that hit spend, performance and certification targets.
- Meta lets a business give an agency partner access to its ad accounts, full or partial. The account stays with the business that owns it.
- TikTok has Business Center and media agency partnerships, which name one agency as the client’s primary media-buying partner.
What none of those pages contains: a “whitelisted” account, an agency account with higher limits for sale, or accounts for rent. Those are market words, not platform products. And no agency structure switches the rules off: crypto, gambling and forex still need each platform’s own approval, account by account and country by country.
There is one platform where an agency account is a real, fast product: Telegram. An Adsly Euro account opens in 48 hours from payment, with no KYC, paid in any cryptocurrency, open to every country Telegram Ads sells and managed in Pro Panel. For Facebook, Instagram and Google, our team runs the ads for you end to end.
What is an agency ad account?
In the official sense, an agency ad account is an advertiser’s ad account that an agency runs through the platform’s own agency tools. Ownership and responsibility stay where the platform puts them; the agency gets access, reporting and, on Google, consolidated billing.
| Platform | What agencies officially get | Who holds the ad account | Official pages |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Manager account (MCC); Google Partners and Premier Partner status | Each end-advertiser, in a separate account | MCC, Partners |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Partner access to a client’s business assets, full or partial | The business that owns the asset | Partner access |
| TikTok | Business Center; media agency partnership; badged TikTok Marketing Partners | The client, in TikTok’s recommended setup | Agency partnerships, Marketing Partners |
One rule runs through all three: the advertiser stays the advertiser. Google’s third-party policy says: “Google requires that you use a separate account for each end-advertiser that you manage.” Meta says “only the organization that owns the asset can share it with another business portfolio”. TikTok calls client-owned accounts managed by an agency “our recommended best practice”. So when a seller offers an “agency account”, ask which of these structures it is. If none, no platform stands behind it.
Whitelisted ad accounts: what the word means
“Whitelisted Meta ad accounts”, “whitelisted Facebook ad accounts” and, tellingly, “meaning of whitelisted” are all live Google searches. The plain answer: none of the Google, Meta or TikTok pages we opened on 14 October 2026 defines a whitelisted ad account, offers one, or promises one higher limits or protection from bans.
Where the word comes from:
- Creator marketing. Creator-marketing tools say “whitelisting” when a brand runs ads from a creator’s handle. Meta’s own developer documentation calls this partnership ads: “Partnership ads allow you to run Facebook and Instagram ads from a creator or other partner’s handle.” The word whitelisting isn’t on the page.
- The account market. Here “whitelisted” is a seller’s label. Since no platform defines it, no platform guarantees it.
What the platforms do define is the risk. Meta’s account integrity policy lets it disable ad accounts “Created or repurposed to evade a previous account or entity removal”. TikTok’s actor policy says: “We do not allow advertisers to circumvent, evade, or interfere with our advertising systems and processes.” An account bought to get around a ban sits exactly on the line those pages draw.
Meta agency account: what Meta officially offers
Partner access in your business portfolio
The official Meta agency setup is partner access: the advertiser’s business portfolio (still widely called Business Manager) shares its ad accounts with the agency’s portfolio, with full or partial access. Meta’s rule, from its help centre: “only the organization that owns the asset can share it with another business portfolio.”
Higher spending limits on Meta
Most “Meta agency ad account” offers promise room to spend. We found no Meta agency or high-spend account programme. The official mechanism is gradual: “Your payment threshold will automatically increase over time when you make successful payments” (Meta Business Help).
Meta Business Partners
Meta’s marketing-partners page (facebook.com/business/marketing-partners) redirected to a login wall when we tried to open it on 14 October 2026, so we can’t tell you what it requires or offers.
Restricted niches on Meta stay restricted
- Gambling. “Ads that promote online gambling and gaming are only allowed once an ad account has obtained authorization”, and “Authorization is granted to specific ad account IDs” (policy, how to apply). 18+ only, and not at all in 19 markets, including India, Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
- Crypto. Exchanges, wallets with buy or swap, lending and mining software need “prior written permission” and a licence from Meta’s list of 27 jurisdictions (policy). Meta says it decides “usually within 48 business hours” after you apply.
- CFDs and binary options. Both sit under “Ads can’t” in Meta’s financial services policy. Forex isn’t named. Financial-services verification is required in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, the UK and the US.
So a “Facebook agency ad account in India” cannot run betting ads: India is one of Meta’s 19 unsupported gambling markets, whoever manages the account. Finance ads aimed at India need Meta’s financial-services verification.
Google Ads agency account: MCC and Google Partners
The manager account (MCC)
Google’s tool for agencies is the manager account, built for “agencies and other online marketing professionals who manage multiple client accounts”. What it gives you:
- One view of every client account, with cross-account reports, alerts and user access levels.
- Monthly invoicing. “A manager account is required for Ads accounts using monthly invoicing.”
- Scale. Without one, “up to 20 Google Ads accounts (including manager accounts) can be associated with a single email address.”
How to create a Google Ads agency account, per Google’s steps: click “Go to Manager Accounts”, name the account (clients see the name), choose whether it manages your own accounts or other people’s, then pick the country, the time zone (it can’t be changed later) and a permanent currency.
One account per end-advertiser
Google’s third-party policy is short: “Google requires that you use a separate account for each end-advertiser that you manage.” So a “Google Ads agency account for rent” or “for sale” describes nothing Google offers: an account passed from one advertiser to the next is the opposite of that rule.
Google Partners: the only published number
| Requirement | What Google publishes |
|---|---|
| Performance | Optimization score of at least 70% |
| Spend | ”a 90-day ad spend of $10,000 USD across managed accounts” |
| Certifications | At least 50% of account strategists certified (capped at 100 users), plus a certification in each product area with $500 or more of 90-day spend |
| Premier Partner | Partner requirements plus the top 3% of participating companies in the country, set each year |
Source: Google Partners requirements. The page names no fee for joining.
Certificates don’t travel across an agency MCC
Crypto, gambling and forex on Google need certification plus a local licence, location by location, and an agency MCC doesn’t share one client’s certificate with the next: “only Google Ads policy-compliant Manager Accounts where all child accounts belong to the same parent company will be eligible” (Google policy). Two more agency-level rules from 2026:
- Gambling. “Manager Accounts (MCCs) with repeated online gambling certificate revocations… will forfeit eligibility to apply for any new online gambling certificates” (in force from 23 March 2026, extended 14 September 2026).
- Finance. Where financial-services verification applies, agencies “will also need to obtain verification” (Google policy).
TikTok agency account: Business Center and agency partnerships
Business Center
On TikTok, ad accounts live in a Business Center and only its admin can create them. “There is a default limit on the number of ad accounts you can create within a single Business Center”; it varies by Business Center type, and your account manager or customer support can raise it (TikTok Ads Help, updated March 2026).
Media agency partnership
A media agency partnership “officially recognizes an agency as the primary media buying and executing partner for a client’s ad accounts”. Either the agency or the client can start it. TikTok’s recommended setup is that “clients own their ad accounts but grant agencies access to manage them”. On top sits the badged TikTok Marketing Partners programme.
TikTok agency account: application form, price, Pakistan
- Application form. None of the TikTok pages we opened describes a form that sells or rents an “agency account”: the official steps are a Business Center and a partnership request. Gambling is “only allowed in specified markets” and needs a sales representative (gambling policy).
- Price. No TikTok page we opened names a fee for Business Center or an agency partnership.
- Pakistan. TikTok lists Pakistan among markets where gambling ads are not allowed, and Meta lists it among its 19 unsupported gambling markets.
What buyers want from an agency account, and what the official route gives
Nobody wants an “agency account” for its own sake. Here is each thing sellers promise, against the official answer and against Telegram with Adsly:
| What you want | What Google, Meta and TikTok officially offer | Telegram Ads with Adsly |
|---|---|---|
| Higher spend limits | Meta: the payment threshold rises with successful payments. Google: monthly invoicing through an MCC. TikTok: ad-account limit per Business Center, raised through your account manager | Top up your Euro account whenever you need more budget; run many campaigns from Pro Panel |
| Fewer bans | No agency status shields an account. Meta may disable accounts made to evade removals; TikTok bans circumvention | A direct line to Telegram moderation; 95.6% of reviewed Euro ads approved (3 October 2026) |
| Crypto, gambling, forex | Certification or written permission plus a licence, per account and country | Crypto, stocks and forex on a regular Euro account; gambling through Telegram’s official gambling account |
| Paying in crypto | No Google, Meta or TikTok payment page we opened lists crypto | Any cryptocurrency |
| Speed, no paperwork | Licences, verification and applications per country | 48 hours from payment, no KYC, only your niche |
| Many countries | Restricted niches only in each platform’s listed countries | Every Euro account is World: all countries available in Telegram Ads, chosen per campaign |
On payment, Google lists cards, direct debit, PayPal, UPI, Pix, bank transfer and invoicing (“the only ones available at the moment”), Meta cards, PayPal and local methods, TikTok bank transfers and cards. Telegram is the exception: “You can pay for your ad with Gram — a cryptocurrency Telegram uses” (ads.telegram.org).
Agency ad account price: what the platforms publish
The honest price list: every row is what the official page says, as of 14 October 2026.
| What | Price named by the platform | What the page does say |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads manager account (MCC) | None on the page | Required for monthly invoicing |
| Google Partners | None on the page | $10,000 of ad spend over 90 days across managed accounts |
| Meta partner access | None on the page | Only the asset’s owner can share it |
| TikTok Business Center and agency partnership | None on the page | A default ad-account limit per Business Center |
| ”Rented”, “whitelisted” or “agency” accounts sold on the market | No platform price exists | No official page defines them |
| Telegram Ads Euro account from Adsly | €650 in total, €500 of it ad budget | 48 hours from payment, no KYC, any crypto |
Any price you see for a rented or whitelisted Meta, Google or TikTok account is a seller’s number, and no platform stands behind what it buys.
Crypto, gambling and forex: agency status changes nothing
The niches where people hunt hardest for agency accounts are the ones every platform gates hardest:
| Niche | Meta | TikTok | Telegram with Adsly | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto exchanges and wallets | Certification plus a local licence in listed locations; the EEA requires MiCA CASP authorisation | Prior written permission plus a licence from a 27-jurisdiction list | Licence and a sales-rep application, market by market | Regular Euro account, from €650 in total |
| Gambling | Certification per country with a local licence | Authorization per ad account ID; 18+; banned in 19 markets | Only listed markets, through a sales rep; Brazil banned all online gambling ads in October 2026 | Telegram’s official gambling account, which we open even without a licence |
| Forex and CFDs | Certification plus a licence in listed countries | CFDs and binary options under “Ads can’t”; forex not named | UK: forex not allowed; CFDs opened in the US and Canada in 2026 | Forex on a regular Euro account; binary options from €6,500 |
Sources: Google crypto, gambling and forex and CFDs; TikTok financial services and the October 2026 Brazil update.
On Telegram, the public ad guidelines ban gambling ads, which run through Telegram’s official gambling account; on finance they ban “Get-rich-quick offers, pyramid schemes” and guaranteed returns, without naming crypto, forex or CFDs. Niche by niche: Telegram vs Meta vs Google for iGaming, Telegram Ads gambling policy, crypto on Telegram Ads in 2026 and a Euro account for forex.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an agency ad account?
Officially, an advertiser’s ad account managed through a platform’s agency tools: a Google Ads manager account (MCC), Meta partner access, or a TikTok Business Center with a media agency partnership. As sold on the market, it is a seller’s term that no official page defines.
What is a Meta agency ad account, and what does it cost?
Your ad account shared with an agency through partner access, full or partial; Meta’s page names no fee. We found no Meta high-spend account programme: the official way to higher limits is a payment threshold that “will automatically increase over time when you make successful payments”.
Can I buy or rent a Facebook agency ad account?
Not from Meta, Google or TikTok: none of them sells or rents ad accounts. Google requires “a separate account for each end-advertiser”, Meta may disable accounts “Created or repurposed to evade a previous account or entity removal”, and TikTok bans attempts to circumvent its systems. The official route is your own account with an agency’s access.
What are whitelisted ad accounts?
No official Google, Meta or TikTok page defines them. In creator marketing, “whitelisting” means running ads from a creator’s handle, which Meta officially calls partnership ads. On the account market, “whitelisted” is a seller’s label that no platform guarantees.
How to get a Google Ads agency account?
Create a manager account (MCC) from “Go to Manager Accounts”, choose that it manages other people’s accounts, set the country, time zone and a permanent currency, then link each client’s own account. Google Partners status needs $10,000 of ad spend over 90 days across managed accounts, a 70% optimization score and 50% of strategists certified.
How do I create a TikTok agency account?
Create a TikTok Business Center, then a media agency partnership with each client: you request access to the client’s ad account, or the client assigns you as a partner. Ad accounts per Business Center are capped by default; TikTok support or your account manager can raise the cap.
Does an agency account let me advertise crypto, gambling or forex?
No. Google certifies location by location, Meta authorizes specific ad account IDs, and TikTok opens restricted categories market by market through its sales team, each with a licence. On Telegram, an Adsly Euro account runs crypto, stocks and forex from €650 in total, and gambling through Telegram’s official gambling account.
Can I pay for Meta, Google or TikTok ads with crypto?
No Google, Meta or TikTok payment page we opened on 14 October 2026 lists cryptocurrency. Telegram is the exception: it takes Gram, a cryptocurrency, and an Adsly Euro account is paid in any crypto.
Is there an agency ad account for Telegram Ads?
Yes: the Adsly Euro account. It opens in 48 hours from payment, with no KYC, paid in any crypto, World by default, with external links, a direct line to Telegram moderation and Pro Panel. From €650 in total, €500 of it ad budget.
Can an agency run Meta and Google Ads for crypto, iGaming or forex for me?
Yes. Our team runs Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads end to end, from $10,000 a month of ad spend, with a dedicated manager in Telegram. Write to @adsly_pro with your offer, geo and budget.
