What is a Telegram Ads agency account?
A Euro ad account in Telegram Ads opened through an official partner instead of by you directly. Is it my account or a rented one?
You are not renting someone else’s login. The account is opened for your project on our EU partner entity — that is why no KYC is needed — and you get your own access with full control in ads.telegram.org and Pro Panel. The ad balance is your money: if none of it has been spent, the whole amount is refundable, commission included; once spending starts, the unspent balance stays refundable.
How much does a Telegram Ads agency account cost?

How do I pay — USDT, other crypto, a bank transfer?
Any crypto on any network — USDT on TRC-20 or another chain, BTC, ETH, TON and more — on the payment page, or a bank transfer: tell @adsly_pro the amount and the paying company and we issue an invoice. We do not take cards. The order stays payable for 7 days, so a company payment or an exchange withdrawal has time to arrive.
How do top-ups work?

Is the commission charged once or on every top-up?
On every top-up, at the same rate: 30% in every niche and country, 25% on the official gambling account. It pays for the account, the access, moderation support and Pro Panel, and it never comes out of your ad balance.
Can I get several accounts — one per client, brand or offer?

Why not open a Euro account directly with Telegram?
Because Telegram opens Euro accounts only through partners, and a direct partnership is the reseller level — the widely quoted €2 million threshold — that partners like Adsly carry so advertisers don’t have to. The self-serve route is paid in TON (Gram): Telegram’s own getting-started page says links to external sites are not allowed there, and TON-paid ads are not shown in Russia or Ukraine.
What happens if Telegram declines my ad?
Telegram reviews every ad after the account is open. On Euro accounts in Pro Panel 95.6% of ads with a verdict were approved (111,903 verdicts) and 84.6% of campaigns got a decision within an hour (measured on 3 October 2026). If an ad on an account we opened is declined, we take it to Telegram’s moderators directly, and Pro Panel can recreate declined ads automatically.
