How to Top Up a Telegram Ads Account in 2026 — Euro Account, Any Crypto or Bank Transfer

How do I top up a Telegram Ads account?
Five steps, the same for every Euro account we opened through the order form:
- Sign in to app.adsly.pro with the Telegram account you used for the order.
- Open the Euro account page and find your account under My cabinets, then press Top up — or press Top up right on the account card in the dashboard.
- Enter the amount: from €500 of ad budget, or €5,000 if your account runs gambling, nutra, adult or binary options. The window shows what goes to your balance and the commission on top before anything is charged.
- Pay in any crypto on the payment page — you choose the coin and the network there — or write to @adsly_pro with the amount and the paying company and we issue a bank-transfer invoice.
- The top-up shows as “Crediting to the cabinet balance” and then “Credited” with the date. It lands within 1 business day.
That is the whole procedure. There is no separate request to a manager, no call and no paperwork, and the top-up goes to the same account you already run, with your campaigns, audiences and history intact.

What a top-up costs
A top-up is priced exactly like the first payment: your ad budget plus the commission for your niche, charged on every top-up at the same rate. There is no opening fee hidden in later payments and no monthly charge for the account; Pro Panel stays free while the account is active.

Three rules worth remembering, because they are where resellers’ terms usually differ:
- The minimum applies to every top-up, not just the first. It belongs to the niche: €500 for most accounts, €5,000 for the four niches where a dedicated manager runs the whole project. On the official gambling account the €25,000 entry is paid once; its later top-ups follow the €5,000 niche minimum.
- The commission never comes out of your ad balance. If you top up €1,000, €1,000 is what you can spend on ads; the commission is paid on top of it.
- The rate does not change with volume. 30% in every niche and every country, 25% on the official gambling account, whatever the amount. The order form shows the exact sum before you pay.
How you can pay
Any crypto, any network
The payment page lets you choose the coin and the network: USDT on TRC-20 or another chain, USDC, BTC, ETH, TON and the other major coins. You do not need a European bank account or a card. One invoice covers the ad budget and the commission, and the form shows the exact amount in your coin at the live rate before you pay.
Bank transfer on our invoice
Prefer to pay from a company account? Tell @adsly_pro the amount and the paying company, and our team issues an invoice with the bank details. This works for any client and any amount, for the first payment and for every top-up.
No cards
We do not take cards, Stripe or local instant-payment systems. That is deliberate: crypto and a bank transfer on our invoice are the two routes that work the same way from every country we serve.
Seven days to pay
Every order — the first one and each top-up — stays payable for 7 days. A crypto invoice itself lives for a shorter time, so when it closes, the Pay button on your order (the link looks like app.adsly.pro/euro-cabinet?pay=…) simply issues a fresh invoice for the same amount in euro. That gives a company payment, an approval inside your finance team or a withdrawal from an exchange the time it needs, without starting the order again.
How to top up Telegram Ads from Russia
Russia is the largest market in our Euro data — €2.68 CPM, 0.65% CTR and €0.415 per click over 163 million impressions on 62 Euro accounts, measured on 3 October 2026 — and it is reached only from a Euro account: ads paid in TON are not shown in Russia. Since 20 October 2026 Russia runs on its own Euro account, the Russia account, at exactly the same prices as the World account, ordered through the same form.

Ukraine also has its own Euro account since 20 October 2026: the Ukraine account, at the same prices as the World account and from the same order form. Ads paid in TON are not shown in Ukraine, so a Ukraine campaign needs a Euro account in any case.

If something goes wrong
- The invoice expired before you paid. Press Pay on the order again within its 7 days: a new invoice is issued for the same amount in euro.
- You paid, but the balance has not changed yet. A top-up lands within 1 business day; the order shows “Crediting to the cabinet balance” until then.
- You topped up the wrong amount or changed your plans. Money that has not been spent is refundable — the agreement explains how — and the request starts from your order in app.adsly.pro.

Do I keep access to the account while it is being topped up?
