How Much Do Telegram Ads Cost in 2026? Real Prices
Two numbers, and they are not the same thing. To open and fund a Telegram Ads account through Adsly the total is €650 in a regular niche and for VPN, CPA or forex, €1,300 for crypto or stocks, and €6,500 for nutra, adult or binary options — commission included, no KYC and no security deposit. Gambling runs as an official gambling account from €25,000 of ad budget or a test launch on our infrastructure from €5,000, commission on top. Once you are live, cost per thousand impressions depends on the country you target, not on a rate card: measured on our own Euro accounts (3 October 2026): Uzbekistan €0.20, India €0.25, the UAE €1.42, Brazil €2.22, Russia €2.68, Turkey €2.92. Telegram Ads bills per impression and never per click, so your real cost per click is CPM divided by click-through — €0.022 in India against €0.415 in Russia.
Two numbers people keep mixing up
Ask what Telegram Ads costs and you get CPM figures back. That answers the wrong question for anyone who has not started yet, because before you can buy a single impression you need a funded advertising account, and that has its own price.
The entry price is what you pay once, to have an account opened and funded. The CPM is what your money then buys. Both below, measured rather than estimated.
What it costs to start
Totals through Adsly, commission already inside the number. Nothing is added later, there is no KYC and no security deposit.
| Your niche | Total to start | What is in it |
|---|---|---|
| E-commerce, SaaS, education, travel, auto, real estate, media, jewellery, licensed fintech | €650 | €500 of ad budget + our service fee |
| VPN, CPA, licensed microloans | €650 | €500 of ad budget + fee |
| Forex, CFD, payday loans | €650 | €500 of ad budget + fee |
| Crypto, stocks and investing | €1,300 | €1,000 of ad budget + fee |
| Nutra, adult, binary options | €6,500 | €5,000 of ad budget + fee, and a managed launch |
| Gambling: test launch on our infrastructure | ad budget from €5,000 + commission | run through the Pro Panel only; commission shown on the order form |
| Gambling: official gambling account | ad budget from €25,000 + commission | commission shown on the order form |
Figures checked against the live checkout on 2026-10-04. The order form prices your exact niche before you pay anything.
Two things worth knowing about the top row of that table. Nutra, adult and binary options are not simply more expensive — the €6,500 includes our preparation of the texts and the entry for moderation (our infrastructure) and a manager who sets the campaigns up and runs them to Active. It is a launch, not a monthly retainer. And the country does not change the price: every new Euro account is a World account that can advertise in every available country, and you choose the countries for each campaign inside it.
What a thousand impressions costs
This is where the real spread is, and it has nothing to do with a price list — Telegram Ads is an auction, and the auction is expensive where the advertisers already are.
Measured on our own Euro accounts (billed in EUR), all niches blended, campaigns targeted at one country, as of 3 October 2026. The impressions column is the honesty check: a row standing on 163M impressions is a fact, one standing on 28k is a direction.
| Country | CPM | CTR | Cost per click | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Uzbekistan | €0.20 | 0.90% | €0.023 | 6.4M |
| India | €0.25 | 1.12% | €0.022 | 17.3M |
| UAE | €1.42 | 1.36% | €0.104 | 295k |
| Saudi Arabia | €1.69 | 1.47% | €0.115 | 74k |
| Qatar | €1.95 | 1.11% | €0.175 | 28k |
| Brazil | €2.22 | 1.64% | €0.136 | 4.7M |
| Russia | €2.68 | 0.65% | €0.415 | 163.0M |
| Turkey | €2.92 | 0.87% | €0.337 | 874k |
| Georgia | €4.00 | 0.29% | €1.361 | 144k |
Western Europe and the US are missing from that table for a reason: our campaigns there ran on TON accounts, which are billed in TON. Priced in TON per thousand impressions, Britain and Germany measured 0.27, France 0.24, Spain 0.41, Italy 0.43 and the USA 0.39. Those are real prices, but in another currency — do not read them as euros.
The number that should change your plan is the last column. A hundred clicks cost about €2.20 in India and €41.50 in Russia. Judging a market on CPM alone hides a near twentyfold difference. The full country-by-country breakdown, for both account types, is in the CPM by country guide.
CPM by vertical
Blended across self-service Euro accounts, as of 3 October 2026. A thinner base than the country table, so read the volume column.
| Vertical | CPM | CTR | Cost per click | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Binary options | €1.41 | 0.38% | €0.374 | 1.35M |
| Gambling | €2.55 | 13.19% | €0.019 | 175k |
| Crypto | €1.91 | 0.53% | €0.358 | 821k |
| Forex | €1.88 | 1.89% | €0.102 | 418k |
| VPN | €2.61 | 1.06% | €0.246 | 203k |
Gambling is the row that surprises people: the best click-through of the five by far, which puts its cost per click at €0.019. Read its CTR with caution — 13% on 175k impressions is high even after we drop campaigns reporting impossible click rates.
What €500 of ad budget actually buys
Taking the measured Euro CPM above, the same €500 of advertising balance buys roughly:
- 2.5 million impressions in Uzbekistan, around 22,500 clicks at a 0.90% rate
- 2.0 million in India, around 22,400 clicks
- 352,000 in the UAE, around 4,800 clicks
- 225,000 in Brazil, around 3,700 clicks
- 187,000 in Russia, around 1,200 clicks
- 171,000 in Turkey, around 1,500 clicks
Those click counts are arithmetic from the measured CPM and CTR, not a forecast of your campaign. Your creative and targeting move CTR more than anything on this page.
Costs that are not hidden, because we list them
- Service fee — already inside every total above. Nothing is added at checkout.
- KYC — none. No documents, no company papers.
- Security deposit — none.
- Pro Panel — included with every account, not a separate subscription.
- Top-ups — the same niche fee applies to each one, and the order form shows the total before you confirm.
- Managed service — optional, and priced separately below.
What does cost you money and is genuinely easy to miss: a rejected creative costs you the time, not the budget, but running the wrong geography costs real money from the first thousand impressions. Turkey at €2.92 against India at €0.25 is a twelvefold difference decided before you write a single line of copy.
Moderation: what gets approved
Measured over campaigns that reached a verdict — a campaign that ever ran was approved, a declined one was refused:
| Cabinet | Approved | Out of |
|---|---|---|
| Stars | 99.9% | 26,591 verdicts |
| Euro | 95.6% | 111,881 verdicts |
| TON | 86.8% | 159,617 verdicts |
Euro takes about as long to review and is not stricter: across 13,199 campaigns in September 2026, 98.5% of Euro campaigns got a decision within three hours, against 99.9% on TON and 100% on Stars (84.6%, 86.5% and 85.6% within one hour). A declined Euro ad can also be escalated to a person through Adsly. Deleted campaigns are not counted as rejections, because a deleted campaign may never have been reviewed at all.
Managed service, if you would rather not run it yourself
$1,000 per month plus a commission on spend — 10% for regular niches, 20% for high-risk. The commission is always there; there is no flat-fee-only version. Your advertising budget stays yours and is separate from both.
That buys strategy, creatives and copy, channel selection, getting through moderation, CPM optimisation, scaling and reporting. It is worth it when the thing you are short of is attention rather than money: a single operator running fifty campaigns by hand spends the whole week on bulk edits, which is exactly the work a manager or an automation rule removes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum to start advertising on Telegram?
€650 total in a regular niche — €500 of advertising balance plus our service fee, with no KYC and no security deposit. Crypto and stocks start at €1,300, forex at €650, and nutra, adult and binary options at €6,500 with a managed launch included. Gambling runs as an official gambling account from €25,000 of ad budget or a test launch on our infrastructure from €5,000, with the commission on top.
How much does one click cost on Telegram Ads?
Telegram Ads never bills per click, only per thousand impressions, so your cost per click is whatever your click-through makes it. Measured on Euro accounts: €0.022 in India, €0.023 in Uzbekistan, €0.104 in the UAE, €0.136 in Brazil, €0.337 in Turkey, €0.415 in Russia.
Why is Russia the most expensive market if it is the biggest?
Competition, not quality. Russian-language Telegram advertising is a mature auction with years of advertisers in it. Russia measured €2.68 CPM at 0.65% CTR across 163M impressions on 62 Euro accounts — our largest market and one of the most expensive; only Turkey (€2.92) and the thin Caucasus rows cost more. It is also a wind-down market legally: Russia’s Federal Anti-Monopoly Service declared Telegram advertising unlawful in March 2026, with a transition period through the end of 2026.
Is Telegram cheaper than Facebook or Google?
On impressions, often yes — €0.20–0.25 CPM in India and Uzbekistan on our Euro accounts has no equivalent on Meta or Google search, though Russia and Turkey cost €2.70–2.90. On results, it depends entirely on whether your audience sits in Telegram channels, which is true for crypto, iGaming, trading and most of the CIS and South Asia, and much weaker for local services.
Are there costs you add later?
No. Every total on this page includes our service fee, and the order form shows the full amount before you confirm. Top-ups carry the same niche fee, also shown before payment.
What CPM should I set in the campaign?
Start at or slightly above the measured CPM for your country, not at the platform minimum. Bidding under the market price does not make traffic cheaper, it makes the campaign stop winning impressions, and a campaign with no delivery teaches you nothing about your creative.
