Best Telegram Ads Agencies in 2026: 9 Compared on Their Published Terms

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-04 ⏱ 12 min read ✍ Roman

There is no neutral ranking of Telegram Ads agencies, and this page, written by Adsly, does not pretend to be one. It records what nine companies publish about themselves, checked on their own sites on 3 October 2026. Three different things are sold under the word agency: opening an ad account (Magnetto from €500 at 15% commission, eLama from €250 at 20%, Adsly from €500 at 30% with no KYC and payment in crypto), running the campaigns (Adsly at $1,000 a month plus 10% of ad spend, 20% in high-risk niches; Trilokana at list prices per service), and software. Five of the nine publish no price at all. Choose by which of the three you are buying.

This is Adsly’s own page, so a ranking with Adsly at the top would be worth nothing. Instead it lists nine companies that sell Telegram Ads management or account opening and records what each one publishes about itself. Every statement about another company comes from that company’s own site, opened on 3 October 2026, and is linked. Where a site says nothing, the page says “not stated” rather than guessing. There are no scores: Adsly comes first because this is our page, and the rest follow in alphabetical order.

How This List Was Put Together

Three different things are sold under the word “agency”, and most of the confusion in this market comes from mixing them up:

  • Opening an ad account and topping it up. The company takes a commission on every top-up. Magnetto, eLama and Adsly publish such a commission.

  • Running the campaigns. A team writes the ads, picks the targeting, handles moderation and reports back, for a management fee. Adsly, Magnetto, Admiral Media, SMIT.LINK, Trilokana and others do this.

  • Software. A panel for people who run campaigns themselves. Adsly has Pro Panel, Magnetto built Adstat.pro, eLama has TG Nastroy.

Earlier versions of this page carried scores out of 10, prices and descriptions of other companies that we could not trace to their own sites. All of them have been removed. What is left is what each site says today; terms change, so treat the table as a snapshot and confirm with the company before paying.

Telegram itself has more than 1 billion monthly active users (Pavel Durov, March 2025) and three kinds of ad account: Euro, TON and Stars. Since 22 August 2026 all three use the same targeting form — countries, languages, topics, devices, or specific channels, bots and search. A Euro account adds ads that link to an external website; a TON account links only to Telegram destinations; a Stars account can only be used by channel and bot owners spending Stars their channel earned.

Comparison Table

Each cell quotes the company’s own page. “Not stated” means the page says nothing on that point; it does not mean no.

On commission for opening and topping up an account in a standard niche, Adsly is the most expensive company in this table: 30%, against 15% published by Magnetto and 20% by eLama. For education both publish 28%, still below ours; for crypto both publish 33%, above ours. What the higher commission buys: no KYC and no documents, payment in any cryptocurrency, a World account for every available country, accounts for niches such as nutra, adult and dating and binary options, and access both to the account itself on ads.telegram.org and to the Pro Panel. If you are a company with standard paperwork and a mainstream niche, a reseller with a lower commission is cheaper. The full reseller comparison, including OneSpot and Click.ru, is in Adsly vs all competitors.

Agency by Agency

Adsly

Adsly is our own company, so this is a price list, not a review. It does all three jobs: opens Euro and TON accounts, runs campaigns as a managed service, and sells Pro Panel for people who run campaigns themselves.

  • Managed service: $1,000 per month plus 10% of ad spend, or 20% in high-risk niches. The team takes strategy and the media plan, ad texts and creatives, channel selection, moderation, daily bid optimisation and reporting. The ad budget is always yours.

  • What you keep: access to the account itself on ads.telegram.org and to Pro Panel at app.adsly.pro, where every campaign and every number is visible while the team works.

  • Account opening: a Euro account opens in 2 business days as standard, 4 for nutra, adult and dating, and binary options. Minimum ad budget €500; €1,000 for crypto and stocks; €5,000 for nutra, adult and dating, and binary options. No KYC, payment in any cryptocurrency. We do not take pharma or CBD.

  • Gambling: Telegram’s ad guidelines prohibit gambling ads (§5.6). With us gambling runs only in two formats — an official gambling account with an ad budget from €25,000, or a test launch on our infrastructure with an ad budget from €5,000. Details are in the gambling policy guide.

  • Pro Panel: Free $0 (up to 10 campaigns), Pro $129 a month with 3 accounts, Agency $229 a month with 10 accounts, extra account slots $19 a month, 10%, 20% or 30% off for 3, 6 or 12 months, and 3 days of Pro at sign-up. It has AI text generation, A/B tests where you pick the winner, automation rules, Auto CPM, Recreate and AI Recreate for declined ads, hourly analytics, inbound postbacks, an API that reads statistics and can manage campaigns and, on the Agency plan, Manager or Viewer roles per account.

  • What it does not have: competitor ad search and automatic ad labelling for Russia (ERID). Its automation runs hourly, not every 10 minutes.

On our accounts 95.6% of reviewed Euro ads, 86.8% of TON ads and 99.9% of Stars ads end up approved (3 October 2026). The only customer contact is @adsly_pro.

Admiral Media

Admiral Media describes itself as a performance marketing and AI creative agency: “Since 2019 we have managed over €500M in ad spend for 150+ brands across Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Ads.” It calls Telegram “one of the emerging channels” it runs. Its Telegram page offers managed Telegram advertising for apps, run “through our agency account”, and recommends a budget of €1,500 to €3,000 per month for the first 60 days.

Fees are not published as a number. Its pricing page says it charges a monthly management fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of media spend, quoted after an account review. Account types and niches: not stated.

Fits: an app publisher that already buys Meta, Google or TikTok through one agency and wants Telegram added to the same plan.

AWISEE

AWISEE’s Telegram page is titled “Telegram Ads Agency” and describes Telegram advertising and marketing services “designed to craft a comprehensive strategy that covers every stage of your sales funnel”. The page names no price, no minimum budget and no account types: all three are not stated. Ask for a written quote and for the kind of account the campaigns will run on.

eLama

eLama’s Telegram Ads page is in Russian and is the most detailed of the nine on terms.

  • Accounts: a standard account from €250; an international account for more than 35 countries outside Russia from €500, with a commission that depends on the country.

  • Commission: 20% as standard. A promotion on the page gives 10% on a first top-up for launches before 31 October and 15% to the end of the year. Its FAQ cites 28% for education and 33% for crypto, with a €500 first top-up for both, and 22% VAT on top.

  • Payment: prepay, or post-pay for legal entities and sole proprietors from Russia only.

  • Help with campaigns: its specialists set up campaigns for free, with up to 10 ready creatives; the TG Nastroy tool and automatic ad labelling are included.

  • Other ad systems: its homepage lists Yandex, VK Ads, Ozon, Wildberries and Avito, and Google Ads and TikTok Ads under advertising abroad — more than 30 systems by its own count.

Ongoing monthly management as a paid service: not stated.

Fits: a Russian business that wants ruble payments, closing documents and Telegram Ads on the same balance as its other ad systems.

Growth Hackers

Growth Hackers calls itself a “full-service Telegram advertising agency” and says it is “trusted by 80+ companies worldwide”. Its page says: “We utilize Telegram advertising platforms such as native video ads, PropellerAds, Tads and Adsgram so you can maximize both Telegram channels and mini apps.” That is wider than the sponsored messages bought on ads.telegram.org, so ask which inventory your campaign will run on. Price and minimum budget: not stated.

Magnetto

Magnetto.pro publishes in Russian and describes itself as a certified Telegram Ads seller and a direct Telegram Ads partner in the CIS. It says it has launched ads for more than 3,000 clients and agencies, is a technology partner of more than 100 agencies, and built Adstat.pro and the PromoRomer plugin.

  • Two formats: Self Service, where it provides the account, tops it up, pre-moderates and trains you on request; and Full Service, where its specialists set up and run the campaigns, including creatives, targeting, labelling and a monthly report.

  • Minimum: €500 for a new account; an existing account can be topped up from €1.

  • Commission: 15%; 20% for real estate, 28% for education, 33% for crypto. Its calculator adds 22% VAT.

  • Timing and paperwork: a contract is signed, and the page promises a launch within 24 hours after the paperwork is done and the materials are ready.

The price of Full Service: not stated.

Fits: a company with standard paperwork and a mainstream niche that wants the lowest published commission and Adstat’s tools.

SMIT.LINK says it focuses “exclusively on the Telegram ecosystem” and reports “400+ projects, over 8+ million USD in advertising budgets”. It offers two formats: full-service, where “a team of over 30 experts” creates, launches and optimises the campaigns, and self-service, with an ad account and “a platform for automated analytics” at a minimum budget of 20 TON. It also has its own analytics service, PRIZMA, and accepts TON wallet top-ups for Telegram Ads by bank transfer. The fee for full-service: not stated.

Telegram Ads Agency

Telegram Ads Agency calls itself “the world’s only full scale Telegram Agency” — its own words, which we cannot check. It lists Telegram ads management, channel launch, channel management, Telegram SEO, cross-platform growth, branding and website building, and its ads page promises “guaranteed new subscribers or your money back”. Among the industries it names are trading channels, forex signals, crypto signals, and betting and sports channels. Price, minimum budget and account types: not stated.

Trilokana

Trilokana Marketing presents itself as a “Global Telegram Ads Agency” running campaigns “across 22+ countries” on Euro and TON accounts, with a campaign launch in 24 hours, and calls itself an official Telegram Ads partner on that page. It publishes a price list for the work itself, which most pages in this list do not. Its price list shows Telegram Ads account setup at $51.90, text and banner campaign setup at $103.80, campaign optimisation at $207.61 and Euro account optimisation at $400.00. Commission on top-ups and minimum ad budget: not stated.

Freelancers on Marketplaces

A freelancer on Fiverr or Upwork can set up campaigns on an account you already hold. Prices, scope and experience are set listing by listing and we have not surveyed them, so no price range is quoted here. Before hiring, ask to see campaigns the person ran on ads.telegram.org, ask which account type they worked with, and keep the account in your own name.

Five questions to put to any agency before paying:

  1. Whose name is the ad account in, and do I get access to it on ads.telegram.org?

  2. What is the commission on each top-up, and what is the management fee? They are two separate lines.

  3. Which account type will the campaigns run on — Euro, TON or Stars?

  4. What happens when an ad is declined, and who rewrites it?

  5. What will I see: the campaigns themselves, or a report once a month?

Ready for managed Telegram Ads? Adsly’s managed service: a manager who runs the campaigns, with every campaign visible to you on ads.telegram.org and in Pro Panel. Euro and TON accounts opened for you, Stars accounts connected. Most niches, high-risk included. Get started — $1,000/mo + 10% →

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best Telegram Ads agency in 2026?

There is no neutral ranking, and a page written by one of the agencies cannot be one. The useful question is what you are buying. For an account without documents, paid in crypto, in a niche resellers do not publish terms for, Adsly. For the lowest published commission in a standard niche with standard paperwork, Magnetto at 15% or eLama at 20%. For an app that already works with a multi-channel agency, Admiral Media.

How much does a Telegram Ads agency charge?

Published figures on 3 October 2026: Adsly’s managed service is $1,000 a month plus 10% of ad spend, 20% in high-risk niches. Trilokana lists prices per service from $51.90 for account setup to $400 for Euro account optimisation. Admiral Media charges a flat retainer or a percentage of spend and does not publish the number. For opening an account, Magnetto charges 15% on top-ups, eLama 20% and Adsly 30%. AWISEE, Growth Hackers, SMIT.LINK and Telegram Ads Agency publish no price.

Should I hire an agency or manage Telegram Ads myself?

Run them yourself if you have a handful of campaigns leading to your own channel or bot: the ad form is short and a self-serve account in Toncoin needs no agency. An agency earns its fee when the work is more than you can do — many campaigns across several accounts, a niche where ads are often declined, or no one on the team to write and test texts every day. A fixed monthly fee weighs heavily on a small budget, so compare the fee with what you plan to spend.

Do Telegram Ads agencies support all account types?

Adsly opens Euro and TON accounts and connects Stars accounts in Pro Panel; a Stars account itself can only be used by a channel or bot owner. Trilokana’s page names Euro and TON accounts, SMIT.LINK’s self-service is priced in TON, and Magnetto’s page mentions a plugin that works with TON accounts. eLama describes accounts billed in euro. The other pages do not say.

Can I keep access to my account when an agency runs it?

With Adsly, yes: you get access to the account itself on ads.telegram.org and to Pro Panel. Magnetto’s page says statistics and management are available in Adstat.pro. Admiral Media says it runs Telegram advertising through its agency account, so ask what you will be able to see. The other pages do not say; ask before you pay.

What niches do Telegram Ads agencies work with?

Adsly opens accounts for most niches, including crypto, forex, nutra, adult and dating, and binary options; we do not take pharma or CBD. Gambling runs with us only in two formats, an official gambling account from €25,000 of ad budget or a test launch on our infrastructure from €5,000. Magnetto and eLama publish a separate, higher commission for education and crypto: 28% and 33%, against the same 30% at Adsly in every niche. Telegram Ads Agency lists trading, forex signals, crypto signals and betting channels among its industries. Whatever the agency, Telegram’s own guidelines decide what is approved, and the licence and the law of the target country stay the advertiser’s responsibility.
