Adsgram calls itself an “Official Reseller of Telegram Ads” (adsgram.ai/tg-ads). Its moderation rules list under “Prohibited Categories”: “1.4. Gambling: Betting, casinos, sports forecasting, and lotteries.” It asks for a 500 USD₮ reserve for each new region and states moderation of 24–48 hours on business days.
eLama
eLama’s Telegram Ads page does not name gambling; its FAQ excludes businesses whose advertising is banned by Russian law. Minimum budget €250 for a standard account, €100 for the MegaFon account and €500 for an international one; commission 10% on the first top-up, otherwise 20–33% plus 22% VAT. Post-payment is available only to Russian companies and sole proprietors.
G.Media (tgads.net, Telegram Ads Spy)
G.Media’s betting page says “betting ads are not accepted on Telegram Ads… There are no exceptions by country, licence or payment currency”, and its gambling page says “no cabinet accepts gambling ads”. Its agency page offers a 30-day pilot at about €5,000 of media spend, then a retainer of €20,000–100,000 a month. Its ad archive, run by G MEDIA PARTNERS EUROPE d.o.o. in Belgrade, counts 66,058 casino and gambling creatives, which G.Media itself calls “an observation of what was shown, not a sign that the rules permit it.”
Magnetto
Magnetto writes: «Правила Telegram Ads дополнительно запрещают рекламу азартных игр» — Telegram Ads rules additionally prohibit gambling ads. A new account opens from a €500 top-up; its calculator shows 15% commission for most niches, 20% for real estate, 28% for education and 33% for crypto, plus 22% VAT; launch “within 24 hours” after paperwork and materials.
MGlobal
MGlobal’s Telegram page is titled “Telegram Ads for Casino and Betting” and says the agency combines “official Telegram Ads with automation tools like bots, proxy channels, PWA” and places ads inside casino mini apps. It promises a “Fast Campaign Launch (1 day)”. Licence, KYC, minimum, commission and payment are not stated.
OneSpot
OneSpot describes itself as a partner of official Telegram Ads resellers. Accounts from €250, commission 23% plus VAT, top-ups in rubles, pre-moderation within 2 hours. Gambling is not mentioned.

telegram-ads.com answers its own question “Can I advertise gambling or gray-market schemes?” with “No”. A Euro account starts from €500, the service fee from $900 a month, crypto is its primary payment method and most campaigns launch within 2–5 days. The site states it is not affiliated with Telegram.

Telega.io is mainly a marketplace for posts in Telegram channels, which is not the official Telegram Ads platform. It also sells access to official Telegram Ads “through EURO accounts” as a $1,000 package. Payment by Mamo, Capitalist, Payeer, TON, USDT or invoice. Its rules do not name gambling.
TGTGAds
TGTGAds opens and tops up Telegram Ads accounts for Chinese-speaking teams, targets Web3, exchanges, wallets and GameFi, asks for basic qualification information and suggests 1–2 weeks of testing. Gambling is not mentioned.
Others on the market
- AWISEE manages Telegram Ads with a crypto and Web3 focus; its iGaming offer is SEO, and it publishes no Telegram Ads account terms.
- Coinbound and ICOSpeaks build communities and sell placements in crypto channels, not official Telegram Ads.

Mini-app ad networks are a different product
RichAds and Mobidea accept gambling, but they sell placements inside Telegram mini apps, not the official Telegram Ads platform.
