Best Traffic Sources for Affiliate Marketing in 2026: Paid Sources Compared for CPA Offers
The best paid traffic source for an affiliate in 2026 is the one that accepts your vertical and lets the click land on your own page. Meta, Google and TikTok have the reach but gate crypto, gambling, forex and dating behind licences, written permission or certification; push and pop networks take most verticals from a $100 deposit but sell colder traffic. Telegram Ads is the newest source with real scale: through an Adsly Euro account (Adsly is an official Telegram Ads partner) your ad links straight to your landing page in any niche, gambling included, from €650 (€500 goes to your ad balance), opened in 48 hours. Euro accounts in Adsly Pro Panel average €2.94 CPM, 0.86% CTR and €0.339 per click across 120,175 campaigns.
Every affiliate team hits the same wall sooner or later: the offer converts, the creative works, and the traffic source says no. In 2026 Meta, Google and TikTok still hold the biggest audiences on the internet, and the strictest gates for exactly the verticals that pay best on CPA and RevShare: crypto, forex, gambling and dating. So the useful question is no longer “where are the users”. It is “which source accepts my vertical and lets the click land on my own page”.
This page answers it source by source. Every policy line is quoted from the platform’s own page, checked on 18 October 2026, and where a network publishes nothing the cell says “not stated” instead of a guess. The Telegram Ads numbers are our own, measured in Adsly Pro Panel across 551,169 campaigns, 442 ad accounts and 1.28 billion impressions.
Best traffic sources for affiliate marketing in 2026: the short answer
- Volume for a licensed, compliant offer: Meta, Google, TikTok. The largest reach, but crypto, gambling and forex need certification, a licence or written permission, and none of them takes crypto as payment.
- Crypto, forex, gambling, dating and VPN without a licence on file: Telegram Ads through an Adsly Euro account. A Telegram audience, clicks straight to your landing page, from €650, opened in 48 hours.
- Cheap tests of broad offers (sweepstakes, utilities, VPN, apps): push, pop and in-page networks. A $100 entry, most verticals, colder traffic.
- Content-led offers (nutra, e-commerce, finance articles): native networks. Advertorial traffic, with crypto, gambling and forex tightly restricted.
- Telegram-native products (mini apps, bots, channels): Telegram Ads plus mini-app networks and channel posts.
- Traffic without a bid: SEO and ASO. Months to build, no cost per click.
Which traffic sources accept crypto, gambling, forex and dating offers
Meta, Google, TikTok and X take these four verticals only with a licence plus authorization or certification; push networks market them but expect a licence; native networks restrict them hardest; an Adsly Euro account on Telegram Ads takes all four with no licence. Each cell summarises the source’s own policy page, linked in the sections below.
| Source | Crypto | Gambling | Forex, CFD, binary | Dating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meta | Prior written permission plus a licence; covers affiliate sites | Authorization per ad account plus a licence; closed in 19 markets | CFDs and binary options banned; forex not named | Prior written permission, 18+ |
| Certification plus a local licence; affiliate, review and signal sites banned | Certification country by country (60 countries); affiliates link only to licensed operators | Certification plus a licence; signal and broker-review affiliates disapproved | Certification, 18+ | |
| TikTok | Licence, 18+ and sales-rep approval, listed markets | Listed markets, certification and a sales rep | Forex and binary options on the “not allowed” lists | 18+, through a sales rep |
| X | Certification plus country licences; unavailable in 7 countries, Russia and Ukraine among them | Pre-approval through certification, listed countries; affiliates in scope | Binary options and spread betting prohibited | ”Permitted with restrictions” in some countries |
| Push and pop (PropellerAds, RichAds, Adsterra) | Not on PropellerAds’ banned list; not stated by the others | Marketed, but licences expected | RichAds markets finance and forex; its terms ban “high-risk investments” | Marketed by RichAds and Adsterra |
| Native (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID) | Restricted; Outbrain allows only editorial content | Licensed only or listed countries; Outbrain “generally prohibited” | Restricted; Outbrain: managed accounts only; binary banned | Restricted; casual dating banned |
| Telegram Ads, Adsly Euro account | Yes, from €650 | Yes: official gambling account from €25,000 of budget, or a test launch from €6,500 | Forex from €650; binary options from €6,500 | Yes, from €6,500 |
VPN, app and e-commerce offers are not in any restricted category quoted on this page; for them the choice comes down to price and audience.
Meta, Google, TikTok and X: what the rules mean for an affiliate
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). No published minimum budget (“Minimum budgets may vary by country and objective”, Meta); you pay for impressions by default and can switch to clicks after the first $10 (Meta billing). For e-commerce, apps, lead gen and info products it is the benchmark source. For crypto, “Ads may not promote cryptocurrency trading platforms, software and related services… without prior written permission”, and that “includes affiliate and aggregator sites” (crypto policy, change log 15 April 2026). Gambling ads “are only allowed once an ad account has obtained authorization” (gambling policy, 19 May 2026); CFDs and binary options sit under “Ads can’t” (financial services, 30 April 2026); dating needs prior written permission (dating policy). The market of farmed and rented accounts runs into Meta’s rule against accounts “created or repurposed to evade a previous account or entity removal” (account integrity). Payment: cards, PayPal, direct debit and local methods such as Boleto and UPI, no crypto (payment options).
Google (Search, YouTube, Performance Max). Intent traffic with “no minimum spending commitment” (Google Ads): clicks on Search, impressions or views on Display and YouTube. The tightest policy of the four for affiliates: “Aggregators or affiliate sites containing related content or broker reviews” and “Cryptocurrency trading signals” are prohibited everywhere (crypto policy); gambling affiliates must “link exclusively to fully licensed and authorized gambling entities” (gambling policy); forex signals are disapproved (complex financial products); and “Bridge pages, doorways, gateways, or other intermediate pages that are only used to link to other sites” fail review (original content). That last line describes the classic prelander. Payment: cards, direct debit, PayPal, Pix, Boleto and others, no crypto (payment options).
TikTok. The clearest entry price of the big four: a campaign budget above $50 and an ad group above $20 a day (TikTok budget, July 2026), bought on CPM, oCPM, CPV or CPC (bidding). “Gambling ads are only allowed in specified markets where gambling is legal”, after certification, and per market you “work with a TikTok sales representative to determine eligibility” (gambling policy, October 2026); the July 2026 update opened online casino ads in 19 markets, 18 in Europe plus Israel (update). The market lists put “High-risk investment products, such as forex trading, binary options” under “Examples of what is not allowed” (financial services, September 2026), and dating runs 18+ through a sales rep (adult content). Payment: bank transfer, cards and other methods, no crypto (billing).
X (Twitter). “There is no minimum spend required for X Ads”, ads “serve on an auction system”, and with the engagements objective “you will only pay when someone engages with your post” (X ads pricing). Self-serve advertisers pay “using credit and debit cards” (billing basics). “X prohibits the promotion of gambling content, except for campaigns targeting specified countries where it is allowed with restrictions” (gambling policy); crypto exchanges and wallets are “only permitted once the advertiser meets country-specific licensing requirements” (financial services); dating is permitted with restrictions in some countries (adult products). On 18 October business.x.com answered with a bot challenge, so these lines are quoted from its own pages as archived between 14 June and 22 September 2026.
Push, pop, native, adult and mini-app networks compared
Ad networks still take offers the big platforms will not. The trade-off is the audience: they buy placements on publisher sites, apps and mini apps, so the traffic is colder and quality moves from one placement to the next. Every figure below is from the network’s own site, checked on 18 October 2026.
| Network | What it sells | Entry minimum | Payment | Pricing | Vertical rules, in its own words |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PropellerAds | Push, in-page push, popunder, Telegram mini-app ads; “15B+ daily impressions" | "Starts from $100” by payment method | Cards, wire, PayPal, Pix, Skrill and others; crypto not listed | CPM, CPC, SmartCPM, SmartCPC, CPA Goal | Rejects “Regulated entities that do not have the appropriate licensing”; markets iGaming, trading and VPN |
| RichAds | Push, pop, in-page, native, direct click, Telegram mini-app ads; “5+ billion ad impressions per day” | $150 for Telegram ads; other formats not stated | Wire, card, Capitalist, Payoneer | CPC, CPM, Target CPA | ”Restrictions on scamming, adult, and unlicensed iGaming offers”; terms ban “high-risk investments” |
| Adsterra | Popunder, Social Bar, in-page push, interstitials; “36B+ impressions monthly” | $100 by card, PayPal or Paxum; $200 in crypto | Card, PayPal, Paxum, USDT and USDC, wire | CPM, CPC, CPA, Smart CPM, CPA Goal | Bans adult and “illegal gambling services”; markets dating, iGaming, sweepstakes, VPN |
| MGID | Native widgets, native video, push; “850M+ unique visitors monthly” | $100; “we recommend a deposit of at least $650” | Card; wire through a manager | CPC only, “does not offer a CPA (Cost Per Action) model” | Gambling “only licensed”; crypto and investments restricted; “casual dating” prohibited |
| Taboola (Realize) | Native, display, video, app promotion; “over 600M daily active users” | Not stated; billed in increments “typically $100” | Wire, ACH, SEPA, check, card | CPC or CPM | Gambling only in listed countries; no “Token sales” or “Binary options”; forex and dating restricted |
| Outbrain | Native, carousel, app install, video | $20 a day ($600 a month) | Card; prepay by wire or ACH if eligible | CPC, with Target CPA and ROAS bidding | ”Cryptocurrency is not allowed, with the exception of editorial content”; “CFDs and Forex can be promoted by managed accounts only” |
| Adsgram | Ads inside Telegram mini apps, channel posts, bot messages; “213 countries · 15M+ daily impressions" | "No minimum deposit budgets at the moment” | USD₮ to a wallet | CPM for media and posts, CPC for inline and bot ads | Bans “deceptive or harmful financial products” and sexual content; markets iGaming, crypto, dating, VPN |
| ExoClick | Popunder, in-page push, native, interstitial, video, 20+ formats; “20 billion daily geo-targeted ads" | "200 EUR/USD” | Card, wire, Paxum, crypto | CPM, Smart CPM, CPC, CPV, Target CPA or ROAS | Vertical tabs for dating, iGaming, nutra, VPN/software |
| TrafficJunky | Adult ad network: display, interstitial, video, native, popunder; “over 133 million daily visitors to Pornhub alone” | Not stated | Prepaid: Paxum, wire, SEPA, crypto, after an ID or company check | CPM only; “does not offer CPC" | "Advertise on the World’s Top Adult Sites” |
| TrafficStars | Video, popunder, banner, native, push; “240+ GEOs" | "$100 (card, Paxum, Crypto, Capitalist)”, $500 by wire | Card, Paxum, crypto, Capitalist, wire | Smart CPM, CPC, CPA in one eCPM auction | Names “Casino Dating Nutra Betting” among its top verticals |

How to read it as a buyer. Push and pop are the cheapest place to test sweepstakes, VPN, utilities and apps, and the networks that market iGaming still expect a licence. Native is built for advertorials: Taboola, Outbrain and MGID restrict crypto, gambling and forex harder than any push network. Adult networks take adult and dating, ExoClick and TrafficStars market iGaming as well, and all three adult networks here accept crypto, as do Adsterra and Adsgram.
A mini-app network is not Telegram Ads. Adsgram, PropellerAds and RichAds place ads inside other developers’ mini apps under their own moderation; official Telegram Ads are sponsored messages in channels, bots and search, reviewed by Telegram. The full comparison is in mini-app ads vs official Telegram Ads.
Telegram channel posts, influencers, SEO and ASO
Buying posts in Telegram channels. The oldest way to buy Telegram traffic: a post with your link, at a fixed price set by the channel owner. Exchanges such as Telega.io list channels and handle payment; its homepage counted 8,131 manually verified channels on 18 October 2026. The catch for CPA is that there is no auction and no stop button: you pay for the post and learn the result afterwards. Telegram Ads buys the same channels by CPM, with creative rotation and a pause button.
Influencers sell on the author’s trust, which suits products that need explaining: trading, education, apps. Price and terms are negotiated creator by creator.
SEO and ASO are the only sources without a price per click: articles built for search queries and an app page optimised for store search. You pay in time and content, and rankings take months.
Where Telegram Ads fits for an affiliate in 2026
Telegram Ads is the source to test in 2026 when your offer is crypto, forex, gambling, dating or VPN: an Adsly Euro account sends its clicks straight to your landing page, which self-serve accounts do not allow. In our experience most affiliate teams have not added it yet, so you bid against far fewer of them than on Meta. It sells sponsored messages in public channels, in bots and in search, targeted by country, language, topic, device or a list of specific channels, and Telegram says “Every month, 1 billion Telegram users generate 1 trillion views in public broadcast channels” (Telegram Ads). For an affiliate, one detail decides everything: where the click may go.
Self-serve accounts cannot send traffic to your landing page. Telegram’s getting-started page says, as of 18 October 2026: “All links included in the Text and URL field must link to a channel or bot on Telegram, using the format t.me/link or @link. Links to external sites are not allowed.” That is the account anyone can open with crypto at ads.telegram.org. It grows a channel; it breaks a CPA funnel built on a prelander and a tracker.
A Euro account through Adsly links straight to your site. Adsly is an official Telegram Ads partner, and every Euro account we open takes external links: your landing page, your tracker’s click URL with its subid, an app store page, a broker or casino registration page. It also reaches Russia and Ukraine, which self-serve accounts do not serve.
What the traffic costs: our measured numbers
Euro accounts only, campaigns with spend that ran between October 2023 and October 2026, measured in Adsly Pro Panel on 18 October 2026 and never mixed with other account currencies.
| Euro accounts, Pro Panel | Campaigns | Ad accounts | Impressions | CPM | CTR | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| All campaigns | 120,175 | 111 | 266.0M | €2.94 | 0.86% | €0.339 |
| Ads linking to an external website | 51,902 | 41 | 78.6M | €1.83 | 0.69% | €0.266 |
| Crypto (ad text mentions crypto, bitcoin, web3) | 4,667 | 36 | 13.1M | €3.26 | 0.64% | €0.510 |
| Forex and trading (title: forex, broker, trading, signal) | 1,957 | 37 | 1.3M | €6.64 | 2.58% | €0.259 |
| VPN | 5,815 | 25 | 4.6M | €2.27 | 1.92% | €0.116 |
| Gambling (title: casino, bet, slot, poker) | 495 | 30 | 178k | €2.37 | 1.61% | €0.148 |
| Binary options | 763 | 17 | 1.8M | €3.23 | 0.63% | €0.512 |
| Nutra | 131 | 10 | 45k | €2.96 | 0.64% | €0.464 |
CTR and cost per click leave out the 313 campaigns with CTR above 25%, which are almost always counting artefacts. Dating and adult have too few Euro campaigns in our base (43 on two accounts) to publish.
Country moves the price more than the vertical does. Single-country campaigns on Euro accounts, all niches:
| Country | Campaigns | Ad accounts | CPM | CTR | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| India | 2,418 | 9 | €0.26 | 1.12% | €0.023 |
| UAE | 492 | 8 | €1.42 | 1.36% | €0.104 |
| Saudi Arabia | 140 | 4 | €1.66 | 1.45% | €0.115 |
| Brazil | 246 | 6 | €2.22 | 1.64% | €0.136 |
| Russia | 54,263 | 66 | €2.66 | 0.64% | €0.413 |
| Turkey | 605 | 8 | €2.92 | 0.87% | €0.337 |
What a Euro account gives an affiliate team
- Clicks to your own funnel: landing page, prelander, tracker link, app store or registration page.
- Any niche, gambling included. Telegram’s public guidelines ban gambling (section 5.6), so it runs only in formats built for it. Crypto, forex, VPN, apps and CPA offers start at €500 of ad budget + €150 = €650. Nutra, adult and dating, binary options and the gambling test launch start at €5,000 + €1,500 = €6,500. Telegram’s official gambling account opens from €25,000 of ad budget (from €31,250 to start), with no gambling licence.
- The whole world in one account. Every new Euro account is World: you pick the countries in each campaign.
- 48 hours, no KYC, any cryptocurrency, and a direct line to Telegram moderation when an ad is declined.
- Postbacks from your tracker. Pro Panel takes conversions from Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack or Voluum by postback URL, so every campaign shows leads, deposits and revenue next to its spend (conversions docs).
- The strongest panel for Telegram Ads: bulk creation and copying, auto-recreate of declined ads, Auto CPM and rules that act on your postback numbers, for every account in one place (Pro Panel).
A €500 budget at our Euro average buys about 1,475 clicks, or about 1,880 at the external-link average: enough to read CTR, landing conversion and EPC on one offer in one or two countries.
Meta, Google, TikTok and X for high-risk offers, run by our team
Some offers need Facebook’s or Google’s volume, and some teams would rather not spend months on authorizations, pixels and account health. The team that runs our clients’ Telegram Ads runs Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and X campaigns for crypto, iGaming, forex, binary options, adult, nutra and APK installs, from $10,000 a month of ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok and X ads). For an affiliate team that means you bring the offer and the budget, and we bring the machine: Business Manager, pixels, Conversions API and domains on Meta; the Google Ads account, GA4 and conversions on Google; landing pages, quizzes and creatives for Feed, Stories, Reels, Search and YouTube; daily optimisation of bids, budgets and creatives, with one manager in Telegram for all five platforms. When Meta or Google turns an offer down, the same manager moves it to Telegram Ads. We don’t rent accounts: we run the campaigns for you, end to end.
How to test a new traffic source: budget, KPIs and kill rules
A new source earns its place after one clean test, not after a week of gut feeling. This is the routine we use for clients’ first campaigns.
- One offer, one country, one angle family. Change one variable at a time, and agree the test cap with the advertiser or network up front.
- Track before you spend. Put your tracker’s click ID in the ad link and send the postback to the source’s panel. Platform clicks are not conversions.
- Budget: two to three payouts per creative group, at least three groups per source. On a $40 CPA offer that is $80–120 a group.
- Read the funnel top-down. CPM is the price of attention, CTR says whether the creative stops the scroll, cost per click and landing conversion give your EPC. If EPC is below cost per click, the source loses money at that bid. On Telegram Euro accounts the reference points are €2.94 CPM, 0.86% CTR and €0.339 per click.
- Kill rules. CTR below half the source’s average after the first few thousand impressions: rewrite the creative. One payout spent with no conversion: pause the group. Two payouts spent with CPA above 1.5× target: stop it.
- Scale what clears. CPA at or below payout three days running: raise the budget in 20–30% steps and clone the winner into the next country.
FAQ
What is the best paid traffic source for affiliate marketing in 2026?
The one that accepts your vertical and lets the click reach your landing page: Meta, Google or TikTok for licensed, compliant offers; Telegram Ads through an Adsly Euro account for crypto, forex, gambling, dating and VPN offers without a licence on file, at an average €2.94 CPM and €0.339 per click on Euro accounts in Pro Panel.
Which traffic sources accept gambling and crypto offers?
Meta, Google, TikTok and X accept them only with a licence plus authorization, certification or sales-rep approval, country by country. Push networks market iGaming but expect a licence too: PropellerAds rejects “Regulated entities that do not have the appropriate licensing” and Adsterra bans “illegal gambling services”. On Telegram Ads, Adsly opens gambling in two formats: Telegram’s official gambling account from €25,000 of ad budget with no licence, or a test launch from €6,500. Crypto runs on a regular Euro account from €650.
What are the new traffic sources in 2026?
Three are worth a test budget this year: Telegram Ads with external links through a Euro account, ad networks inside Telegram mini apps, and TikTok’s online casino placements, opened in 19 markets in July 2026. Telegram Ads has the widest door of the three: through a Euro account, crypto, forex, gambling and dating offers run with clicks to your own site, in every country you choose.
Can I send Telegram Ads traffic to my landing page or tracker?
Yes, on a Euro account. A self-serve account at ads.telegram.org links only to Telegram channels and bots: “Links to external sites are not allowed”. Every Euro account Adsly opens takes external links, including tracker URLs with your subid, and Pro Panel receives the postback.
How much budget do I need to test a new traffic source?
Two to three payouts per creative group, with at least three groups, before you judge conversion. On Telegram Ads a regular Euro account starts with €500 of ad budget, about 1,475 clicks at our Euro average of €0.339 per click.
Can I pay for traffic with crypto?
Not on Meta, Google, TikTok or X: their payment pages list no cryptocurrency. Among networks, Adsterra (USDT and USDC from $200), ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars and Adsgram take crypto. An Adsly Euro account is paid in any cryptocurrency you hold.
Do you run Facebook, Google and TikTok ads for affiliate offers?
Yes, for crypto, iGaming, forex, binary options, adult, nutra and APK offers from $10,000 a month of ad spend, end to end: accounts, tracking, funnels, creatives and daily optimisation (Meta, Google, TikTok and X ads).
