Best Telegram Ads Management Tools Compared (2026)
The main tools for managing Telegram Ads in 2026 are ADSLY Pro Panel (a subscription web panel for Euro, TON and Stars accounts, with a rules engine, AutoCPM and automatic re-creation of declined ads), Adstat.pro (strategies checked as often as every 10 minutes, a spy service and a pixel, from the seller Magnetto.pro), TgBooster (analytics and a bidder through a browser extension), eLama’s TG Nastroy (for accounts opened through eLama) and Telegram’s own interface. They differ less in feature lists than in how you get access: by subscription, or as part of opening an account with a particular seller.
Telegram has over 1 billion monthly active users (Pavel Durov, March 2025), and its ad platform runs on three account types, Euro, TON and Stars, which have shared one targeting form since 22 August 2026. As the platform has grown, so has the set of third-party tools built on top of it.
This guide compares five options. For the four we do not make, every statement comes from the provider’s own public site as we opened it on 3 October 2026, with the source linked; where a site says nothing, we say so instead of guessing. For our own product, the source is the product.

Platform Overviews
ADSLY Pro Panel
ADSLY Pro Panel is a web panel at app.adsly.pro for the Telegram Ads accounts you connect to it: Euro, TON and Stars, in any mix, under one login. It is sold as a subscription that is separate from the account itself, so an account opened anywhere can be connected. ADSLY also opens Euro and TON accounts, and those come with both Pro Panel and direct access on ads.telegram.org.
Automation has three parts, and they do different jobs. The rules engine acts on conditions you set (views, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, spend, budget, and your own conversions received through postbacks) and can pause or activate a campaign, set or change its CPM, add or cut budget, or just notify you. AutoCPM checks every hour whether the ad is actually shown in the channels and bots it targets, and moves the bid by 10% accordingly. Recreate re-creates a declined ad every hour until it is approved; AI Recreate does the same with a new text each time.
For volume work there is bulk creation (texts × links × channels, split by country, topic or device), bulk editing of CPM, budget, status and text, copying a campaign up to 100 times, A/B tests with a winner you pick, AI drafts of up to 25 ad texts per click, and hourly analytics per campaign, per account and across accounts. The Agency plan adds teammates with Manager or Viewer access on specific accounts. The interface is in English and Russian. Plans: Free $0 (up to 10 campaigns), Pro $129 a month with 3 accounts, Agency $229 a month with 10 accounts, extra account slots $19 a month, and 3 days of Pro at sign-up.
What it does not have: a spy tool for competitor ads, automatic ad labelling for the Russian market (ORD) and a website pixel. Conversions arrive through postbacks; on Pro and Agency you create API keys yourself, and a key reads statistics or, with campaign management switched on, also creates and edits campaigns.
Adstat.pro (by Magnetto.pro)
Adstat.pro calls itself “a platform for automation and analytics” for Telegram Ads and is listed among the products of Magnetto.pro, a Telegram Ads seller. Its documentation is in English and Russian.
The documentation lists ad lists with filtering, statistics with breakdowns and export, bulk operations, copying and templates, automated ad labelling, several ad accounts in one interface, strategies and a spy service. Strategies are rules on 10 metrics that can be checked as often as every 10 minutes, with up to 8 scenarios per campaign. The spy section shows a competitor’s ad text, run period, advertiser, impressions and placement channels. Conversions are tracked with a pixel and events, a Yandex Metrica integration and per-ad invite links, and statistics go down to 5-minute steps.
Access depends on where the account was opened. According to the connection guide, an account opened through Magnetto.pro or its partner agencies gets permanent access, and an account opened elsewhere gets 14 days. The homepage states a €500 minimum deposit and a service fee set by budget, with no subscription.
TgBooster and TgMaps
TgBooster describes itself as a simple online service for analytics and ad management in Telegram. It exports impressions, joins and spend from Telegram Ads automatically, groups ads into campaigns, creates ads in bulk across several target channels, breaks results down by text, channel and topic, and runs a bidder: for example, it can raise the budget of the ads with the best subscriber price or change CPM by your share of impressions in the targeted channels.
Its FAQ says the service works with Telegram Ads through its own browser extension, gives 7 days of free access after registration and then asks you to pick a paid plan. The site and the public offer are in Russian. The site does not say which account types it supports.
TgMaps is a separate site that presents itself as a free service for finding ad creatives in Telegram Ads: which creatives competitors use, for how long and in which channels. People often look for TgBooster under the name Clickise as well; we could not open a working Clickise site on 3 October 2026, so this guide says nothing about Clickise’s own terms.
eLama
eLama is a Russian platform that puts Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Telegram Ads, Avito and other ad systems, more than 30 by its own count, under one account, one balance and one set of closing documents. Its Telegram Ads tool is TG Nastroy (TG Настрой).
TG Nastroy offers bulk creation, launch, editing, copying and stopping of campaigns, ad grouping, metrics loaded from Telegram Ads every 5 minutes with spend in euro or roubles, auto-rules and a bid manager, automatic ad labelling, free access to the spy service TGMaps and the channel-picking tool Telemetr, a pre-moderation chat bot and status notifications. The Telegram Ads page is in Russian and lists the account options and current fees; post-payment is offered to legal entities and sole proprietors from Russia.
Native Telegram Ads
The interface at ads.telegram.org is the one Telegram itself provides. It costs nothing beyond ad spend, and whatever account you hold, Euro, TON or Stars, is managed there. Every account ADSLY opens includes direct access to it.
It has no rules engine and no view across several accounts: each account is its own login. It works for a few campaigns in a single account. For a detailed comparison, see our ADSLY vs Native Telegram Ads guide.
How to Choose: Positioning Guide
Best for rules, AutoCPM and re-creation of declined ads: ADSLY Pro Panel
If your priority is to stop babysitting campaigns, Pro Panel gives you rules on platform metrics and on your own conversions, AutoCPM driven by visibility checks, automatic re-creation of declined ads and AI-drafted texts. These are operator tools you control, not autonomous automation that runs campaigns on its own. If you need bid changes more often than once an hour, look at Adstat.pro’s 10-minute strategies.
Best for teams working in English: ADSLY Pro Panel or Adstat.pro
Both publish in English: Pro Panel has an English interface, and Adstat.pro has an English site and documentation. TgBooster’s site and eLama’s Telegram Ads pages are in Russian.
Best for competitive intelligence: Adstat.pro, eLama or TgMaps
Adstat.pro has a built-in spy section, eLama gives free access to TGMaps, and TgMaps can be used on its own. ADSLY Pro Panel has no spy tool.
Best for accounts opened through Magnetto.pro: Adstat.pro
If your account was opened through Magnetto.pro or one of its partner agencies, Adstat.pro access is permanent and brings strategies, a spy service, a pixel and automatic ad labelling.
Best as an add-on to the native interface: TgBooster
TgBooster connects through a browser extension and adds statistics export, grouping, bulk ad creation and a bidder. Ask which account types it supports before paying, because its site does not say.
Best for advertisers already paying through eLama: eLama
If Yandex Direct, VK Ads or Avito already run through eLama, Telegram Ads sits on the same balance and documents, and TG Nastroy is included for clients.
Best for one account and a few campaigns: Native Telegram Ads
For a first account and a handful of campaigns the native interface is free and sufficient. You can add a management tool later, when the volume of manual work justifies it.
Best for a Stars account: ADSLY Pro Panel or the native interface
A Stars account is not a general way to buy ads: only channel and bot owners can spend the Stars their channel or bot earned. On our accounts 99.9% of reviewed Stars ads were approved (3 October 2026). We do not open Stars accounts; if you already have one, Pro Panel connects it next to your Euro and TON accounts. On the pages we opened on 3 October 2026, none of the other three tools mentions Stars accounts.
Best for crypto advertisers: choose the account first
Crypto ads run on Euro and on TON accounts, so the first question is the account, not the tool. On our self-service Euro accounts the crypto vertical as a whole measured €1.91 CPM and 0.53% CTR over 821,000 impressions (3 October 2026). A Euro account for crypto starts from a €1,000 ad budget, can link to a website, and a declined ad can be escalated to a human through ADSLY. A TON account is funded in TON, has used the same country, language and topic targeting form as Euro since 22 August 2026, links only to Telegram destinations, and is not served in Russia, Ukraine, Israel and Palestine. Pro Panel manages both side by side.
Summary
The tools differ on four things: how you get access (a subscription, or an account opened with a specific seller), which account types they handle, how often their automation acts, and whether they include a spy service, a pixel or Russian ad labelling.
Pro Panel is the choice when you run Euro, TON and Stars accounts together, want declined ads re-created automatically and prefer a flat subscription. Adstat.pro and eLama fit advertisers who open accounts with those sellers and need a spy service or Russian ad labelling. TgBooster extends the native interface. And the native interface remains a workable free start.
Check the requirements that are specific to you (account types, language, how fast automation must react, where your account was opened) against the table above.
Stop managing Telegram Ads manually. ADSLY runs Telegram Ads for 200+ advertisers — and a Euro cabinet opens for any country. All 3 cabinet types (TON, Euro, Stars). IF/THEN automation. Ad text optimization. Bulk edit 100+ campaigns in one click. Start free — 3-day Pro trial →
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best Telegram Ads management tool in 2026?
It depends on how you work. ADSLY Pro Panel fits teams that run several account types, want rules and automatic re-creation of declined ads, and work in English or Russian. Adstat.pro fits accounts opened through Magnetto.pro, especially if you need a spy service and a pixel. eLama fits Russian businesses that already pay for other ad systems through it. TgBooster adds analytics and a bidder to the native interface, and the native interface is enough for a few campaigns.
Which Telegram Ads tools support TON, Euro, and Stars accounts?
ADSLY Pro Panel connects all three, and the native interface manages whichever account you log in to. Adstat.pro’s documentation mentions Euro and TON accounts. eLama describes euro-billed accounts opened through it. TgBooster’s site does not state account types.
Do any Telegram Ads tools offer AI features?
ADSLY Pro Panel has two: AI Generate Texts drafts up to 25 ad texts in one click, and AI Recreate re-submits a declined ad with a new text on each attempt. We publish no recovery percentage for it. The public pages of the other tools describe rule-based automation (strategies, bidders, auto-rules), not text generation.
Are there any free Telegram Ads management tools?
The native interface is free. ADSLY Pro Panel has a Free plan (up to 10 campaigns) and gives 3 days of Pro at sign-up. Adstat.pro has no subscription, but permanent access goes to accounts opened through Magnetto.pro or its partners. TgBooster is free for 7 days. eLama’s TG Nastroy is free for eLama clients.
Which Telegram Ads tools work in English?
ADSLY Pro Panel has an English interface, Adstat.pro has an English site and documentation, and the native interface is available in English. TgBooster’s site and eLama’s Telegram Ads pages are in Russian.
