Telegram Ads Tools 2026: Managers, Spy Tools and Extensions

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-03 ⏱ 13 min read ✍ Roman

Three third-party tools manage campaigns on ads.telegram.org. Adsly Pro Panel is a subscription panel for Euro, TON and Stars accounts: rules, Auto CPM, re-creation of declined ads and AI texts, on an hourly cycle, from $129 a month. Adstat.pro, built by Magnetto, has strategy checks as often as every 10 minutes, a built-in search of competitors' ads and automatic ad labelling, with no subscription and a fee set by budget. TgBooster adds analytics and a bidder through a browser extension, 7 days free. The native interface is free and enough for a few campaigns. Telega.io sells posts in channels, and RichAds and PropellerAds sell placements in Mini Apps: neither is the ads.telegram.org auction. This page is written by Adsly; other tools are described from their own sites as of 3 October 2026.

The tools people call “Telegram Ads tools” fall into three groups: panels that manage campaigns on ads.telegram.org (Adsly Pro Panel, Adstat.pro, TgBooster and Telegram’s own interface), services for looking at competitors’ ads, and products that sell different inventory altogether (Telega.io, RichAds, PropellerAds). This page is written by Adsly. Every statement about another tool comes from that tool’s own site, opened on 3 October 2026, and is linked; where a site says nothing, the page says “not stated”.

The Telegram Ads Tool Landscape

Telegram has more than 1 billion monthly active users (Pavel Durov, March 2025) and three kinds of ad account: Euro, TON and Stars. Since 22 August 2026 all three use the same targeting form.

For a few campaigns in one account, the native interface at ads.telegram.org is enough. The work changes once you run dozens of ads across several accounts: you want to edit many ads at once, have bids and budgets react to results without you, and see every account in one report. Telegram’s own description of the platform mentions none of those, and that is the gap third-party tools fill.

An earlier version of this page described a tool called Clickise. On 3 October 2026 clickise.com redirected to an unrelated site and we could not open a working Clickise site, so it is not compared here.

Detailed Tool Reviews

Adsly Pro Panel — Management Panel

Fits: media buyers and agencies with several accounts, of different types or from different sellers.

Pro Panel is our own product, a web panel at app.adsly.pro with English and Russian interfaces. It is a subscription, separate from the ad account: you connect an account opened anywhere, by Telegram login, a one-click helper extension or a token. Euro, TON and Stars accounts sit under one login, and accounts opened through Adstat connect too.

  • Rules. Conditions on views, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, spend and budget, and on conversions from your tracker’s postbacks. Actions: pause, activate, set or change CPM, add or cut budget, notify.

  • Auto CPM. Every hour it checks whether your ad is actually shown in the channels and bots it targets and moves the bid 10% down or up.

  • Recreate and AI Recreate. A declined ad is re-created every hour until it is approved, with a new AI text on each attempt if you choose.

  • AI text generation and A/B tests. Drafts of ad texts in one click; variants grouped into a test where you pick the winner.

  • Bulk work and analytics. Bulk creation and editing, up to 100 copies of a campaign at once, hourly analytics per campaign, per account and across accounts.

  • For teams and developers. Manager or Viewer access per account on the Agency plan, inbound postbacks and an API that reads statistics and can manage campaigns.

  • Price: Free $0 (up to 10 campaigns); Pro $129 a month with 3 accounts; Agency $229 a month with 10 accounts; an extra account slot $19 a month; 10%, 20% or 30% off for 3, 6 or 12 months; 3 days of Pro at sign-up.

  • What it does not have: a search of competitors’ ads, automatic ad labelling for Russia (ERID) and a website pixel — conversions come in through postbacks. Its automation runs hourly, not every 5 or 10 minutes.

Fits: advertisers who open their account through Magnetto.pro or its partners and want competitor research, a pixel and Russian ad labelling in one place.

Adstat.pro calls itself “a platform for automation and analytics” for Telegram Ads; Magnetto.pro says it built the service. The site is in English, and the documentation is published in English and Russian.

  • Strategies. Conditions checked as often as every 10 minutes, on 10 metrics, with up to 8 scenarios per campaign (source).

  • Competitor ad search. “Our built-in search reveals your competitors’ ads”, with the creatives they use and the channels they target.

  • Tracking and compliance. A pixel with events, a Yandex Metrica integration, invite links, automatic ad labelling, and a review of your channel and creatives before launch.

  • Bulk work. Its homepage says you can create ads in bulk and update bids across 100 campaigns with a single click; its documentation gives 5 minutes as the smallest statistics step.

  • Price and access: a €500 minimum deposit, no subscription, and a service fee “customized based on your total budget”. According to its connection guide, an account opened through Magnetto.pro or its partner agencies gets permanent access, and an account opened elsewhere gets 14 days.

Which account types it supports is not stated on the pages we opened.

Native Telegram Ads Interface (ads.telegram.org)

Fits: one account and a few campaigns.

This is the interface Telegram itself provides, and whatever account you hold is managed there. It costs nothing beyond ad spend: Telegram’s page gives a minimum CPM of 0.1 Toncoin for a self-serve account and names no minimum budget. The same page describes creating an ad, a “Create a similar ad” link for copying one ad at a time, a statistics tab with a graph of views and of joins or bot starts by minutes or days, and organizations, where all admins of a linked group or channel can manage its ads.

It describes no rules, no bulk editing and no report across accounts. For a single campaign promoting your channel it does the job. Every account Adsly opens includes direct access to it alongside Pro Panel.

TgBooster — Analytics and a Bidder Through a Browser Extension

Fits: advertisers who want statistics and a bidder on top of the native interface.

TgBooster describes itself as a simple online service for analytics and ad management in Telegram. Its FAQ says it talks to Telegram Ads through its own browser extension. The site lists:

  • automatic export of impressions, joins and spend from Telegram Ads;

  • grouping of ads into campaigns and bulk ad creation across several target channels;

  • analytics by text, channel and topic;

  • a bidder that can raise the budget of ads with the best subscriber price or change CPM by your share of impressions in the targeted channels.

Access is free for 7 days after registration, then on a paid plan chosen in your account. The site is in Russian, and its FAQ says a card issued outside Russia is paid through a manager. Plan prices and supported account types are not stated on the site.

Telega.io — Channel Marketplace

Telega.io appears in most “Telegram Ads tools” searches, but it sells something else. Its site calls it “the largest Telegram advertising exchange”: a catalogue of channels and bots where you buy a post from the channel’s owner.

That is not the same product as Telegram Ads, where a sponsored message is bought through Telegram’s own auction at ads.telegram.org. As of 3 October 2026 Telega.io’s homepage also offers to launch official Telegram Ads through it as fully managed campaigns “across 10+ GEOs”; that is an agency service, not a management tool.

RichAds and PropellerAds — Ad Networks with Telegram Mini App Formats

RichAds and PropellerAds are ad networks, not tools for ads.telegram.org. RichAds says its Telegram ads “can be shown in Telegram mini apps and bots”; PropellerAds lists “Telegram Mini Apps Ads” among its formats. You buy those placements through the network, with its own targeting and billing.

If one of them is offered to you as a “Telegram advertising platform”, ask where the ad will actually appear: inside a Mini App through an ad network, or as a sponsored message bought on ads.telegram.org.

Spy Tools: What Competitor Research Can and Cannot Tell You

A Telegram Ads spy tool shows creatives other advertisers ran. Adstat.pro has one built in: its documentation says that for a competitor’s ad you can see the text, whether a logo is used, the run period, advertiser information, dates and volume of impressions, and placement channels. TgMaps presents itself as a free service for finding ad creatives in Telegram Ads. Adsly Pro Panel has no spy tool: it is an ad manager, and the two solve different problems.

The distinction worth holding on to is what these tools cannot show. None of the fields above is a bid, a click-through rate or a conversion. They tell you what ran, not what worked: a creative that appeared for three months might have been profitable or might have been a budget nobody was watching, so treating a frequently seen ad as a proven ad is the standard way to waste a test budget.

What they are genuinely good for is angle inventory: which promises, formats and destinations a vertical is already using, so your own tests start from the fifth idea rather than the first.

One caution from our own numbers. Click-through rates differ several times over between verticals: on our self-service Euro accounts forex ads averaged 1.89% CTR across 418,000 impressions and crypto ads 0.53% across 821,000 (3 October 2026). An angle lifted from another vertical arrives without the audience that made it work.

How to Choose the Right Tool

Pick by what the work looks like, not by the length of a feature list.

A few campaigns in one account: start with the native interface. It is free and official, and nothing here is worth adding yet.

Many campaigns, or accounts of different types: Adsly Pro ($129 a month). Rules, bulk editing and hourly analytics replace the manual checks, and Recreate re-submits declined ads without you.

A team or client accounts: Adsly Agency ($229 a month, 10 accounts, extra slots $19) with Manager or Viewer access per account, or Adstat.pro if the accounts are opened through Magnetto.pro or its partners.

Competitor research: Adstat.pro, which has the search built in, or the free TgMaps. Pro Panel does not have this.

Bid changes faster than hourly, or ad labelling for Russia: Adstat.pro. Pro Panel’s cycle is hourly and it does not label ads.

An English-speaking team: Adsly Pro Panel and Adstat.pro both have an English site and documentation; TgBooster’s site is in Russian.

A Stars account: Adsly Pro Panel connects Stars next to TON and Euro, and the native interface manages it as well. The Adstat.pro and TgBooster sites do not say.

Migration Guide: Switching Tools

Moving from the native interface to Pro Panel does not move anything: the panel connects to the account you already have.

Step 1: Sign up. Create an account at app.adsly.pro. The Free plan and the 3-day Pro trial need no payment.

Step 2: Connect your accounts. By Telegram login, the one-click helper extension or a token. Your campaigns, settings and history stay where they are; the panel reads them.

Step 3: Start managing. Campaigns appear in the dashboard once the first sync finishes, and bulk editing, rules and AI texts are available on the Pro trial.

You can keep using ads.telegram.org in parallel; nothing in your Telegram Ads account is copied or changed by connecting it.

If you are coming from another tool, the steps are the same, and accounts opened through Adstat connect as well. One caution: two tools that both change bids on the same account will work against each other, so leave automation switched on in only one of them.

Stop managing Telegram Ads manually. ADSLY runs Telegram Ads for 200+ advertisers — and a Euro cabinet opens for any country. All 3 cabinet types (TON, Euro, Stars). AI text generation. Automation rules. Bulk edit 100+ campaigns in one click. Start free — 3-day Pro trial →

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best Telegram Ads tools in 2026?

For managing campaigns on ads.telegram.org there are three third-party tools with public terms: Adsly Pro Panel (a subscription panel for Euro, TON and Stars accounts with hourly automation), Adstat.pro (strategies every 10 minutes, competitor ad search, ad labelling) and TgBooster (analytics and a bidder through a browser extension). The native interface is free and enough for a few campaigns. Which is best depends on how many accounts you run and whether you need competitor research.

Is there a free Telegram Ads management tool?

Yes. The native interface at ads.telegram.org is free. Adsly Pro Panel has a permanent Free plan for up to 10 campaigns and gives 3 days of Pro at sign-up. Adstat.pro charges no subscription but takes a service fee set by budget, and gives 14 days of access to an account not opened through Magnetto.pro or its partners. TgBooster is free for 7 days after registration.

What is the difference between Telegram Ads tools and ad networks like RichAds?

Telegram Ads tools (Adsly Pro Panel, Adstat.pro, TgBooster, the native interface) manage sponsored messages bought on ads.telegram.org. RichAds and PropellerAds are ad networks that sell placements inside Telegram Mini Apps through their own platforms. Telega.io is a marketplace for posts in channels. They are three different kinds of inventory.

Which Telegram advertising platform supports all account types (TON, Euro, Stars)?

Adsly Pro Panel connects Euro, TON and Stars accounts under one login, and the native interface manages whichever account you hold. The Adstat.pro and TgBooster sites do not state which account types they support, so ask before paying. A Stars account is a special case: only channel and bot owners can spend the Stars their channel earned.

Can I switch from native Telegram Ads to a management tool without losing data?

Yes. Pro Panel connects to the account you already have; campaigns, history and settings stay in Telegram Ads and nothing is re-created. TgBooster’s FAQ likewise says your existing ads load into the service when you connect an account.

Which Telegram Ads tool is best for agencies managing multiple clients?

For an agency whose client accounts come from different sellers, Adsly’s Agency plan: $229 a month with 10 accounts, extra slots at $19 and Manager or Viewer access per account. For an agency that opens accounts through Magnetto.pro or its partners, Adstat.pro comes with permanent access. TgBooster says colleagues or clients can be connected to manage your ad accounts.

What is a Telegram Ads spy tool, and is Adsly one?

A spy tool shows creatives other advertisers ran — the text, the run period and the channels where the ad was placed. Adsly Pro Panel is not one; it is an ad manager. Adstat.pro has a competitor ad search built in, and TgMaps presents itself as a free spy service. Note what none of them shows: the bid, the click-through rate or conversions. They tell you what ran, never what worked.
