eLama is a Russian platform for paying and managing 30+ ad systems. For Telegram Ads it publishes a standard account from €250 with a 20% commission (10% on a first top-up during its promotion) plus 22% VAT, an international account from €500, post-payment for Russian legal entities and sole proprietors, automatic ad labelling and the free TG Nastroy tool (try.elama.ru, 3 October 2026). Adsly opens Euro and TON accounts from €500 of ad budget at a 30% commission, without KYC, for payment in any cryptocurrency, as World accounts for every available country, and includes Pro Panel. eLama is cheaper in a standard niche, Adsly for crypto (30% against 33%); Adsly also serves advertisers and niches that eLama's pages do not address.

eLama and Adsly both open Telegram Ads accounts and both give you a tool to run them, but they are built for different advertisers. eLama is a Russian platform that pays for and manages more than 30 ad systems from one balance, with closing documents, post-payment and automatic ad labelling. Adsly opens Euro and TON accounts without documents, takes payment in cryptocurrency and runs its own Pro Panel. This page is written by Adsly, so every statement about eLama comes from eLama’s own pages as we opened them on 3 October 2026, and is linked. Where those pages are silent, the table says “not stated”, which does not mean “no”.

Adsly vs eLama at a glance

On published terms eLama starts lower and is cheaper in a standard niche: a standard account from €250 with a 20% commission, against €500 and 30% at Adsly. For crypto the order flips: eLama’s FAQ cites 33%, Adsly charges 30%. Adsly is the option without KYC or documents, paid in any cryptocurrency, for any country and for high-risk niches.

Where eLama is ahead

eLama is ahead on price, on entry budget and on everything a Russian company needs for its accounting. If these points describe you, eLama is the better choice.

  • Commission. 20% as standard, and in its current promotion 10% on a first top-up and 15% until the end of the year, against 30% at Adsly for an ordinary niche.
  • Entry budget. A standard account starts at €250; Adsly starts at €500.
  • Post-payment and documents. Russian legal entities and sole proprietors can run ads first and pay monthly for actual spend, with one set of closing documents for every ad system. Adsly takes prepayment in cryptocurrency only.
  • Ad labelling for Russia. eLama labels every ad automatically. Adsly does not label ads.
  • Faster data. TG Nastroy loads metrics from Telegram Ads every 5 minutes or on demand. Pro Panel works on an hourly cycle.
  • Competitor research. eLama clients get free access to the spy service TGMaps and the channel-picking tool Telemetr. Pro Panel has no competitor ad search.
  • Free setup. eLama’s specialists build the first campaigns for free. At Adsly campaign management is a paid service: $1,000 a month plus 10% of ad spend.
  • Other ad systems on one balance. Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Avito and the marketplaces sit next to Telegram Ads in the same account.

Where Adsly fits better

Adsly fits better when you cannot or will not go through a Russian reseller’s paperwork, when your audience is outside Russia, or when your niche is one eLama’s pages do not mention.

  • No documents, payment in crypto. No KYC and no contract paperwork; you pay in any cryptocurrency. eLama’s post-payment is for Russian legal entities and sole proprietors, and its top-ups are counted in roubles.
  • Every country in one account. Every new Euro account is a World account: it can advertise in every available country, and you choose the countries for each campaign. eLama’s help article says an account that targets Russia cannot be used for other countries and that each country needs its own account.
  • High-risk niches. Adsly opens accounts for forex and payday loans from €500 of ad budget, for crypto and stocks from €1,000, and for nutra, adult and dating, and binary options from €5,000. Telegram’s ad guidelines prohibit gambling ads (§5.6); with Adsly gambling runs only in two formats — an official gambling account from €25,000 of ad budget, or a test launch on our infrastructure from €5,000 — described in the gambling policy guide.
  • Lower commission for crypto. 30% against the 33% eLama’s FAQ cites for crypto, though Adsly’s crypto minimum is €1,000 against eLama’s €500.
  • TON and Stars next to Euro. Adsly also opens TON accounts, and Pro Panel connects Euro, TON and Stars accounts under one login. eLama’s pages describe euro-billed accounts.
  • Tools for declined ads and bids. Recreate and AI Recreate re-create a declined ad every hour until it is approved; AutoCPM moves the bid by 10% according to whether the ad is actually visible; AI drafts up to 25 ad texts per click.
  • A panel that is not tied to the seller. Every account Adsly opens comes with direct access on ads.telegram.org and with Pro Panel, and Pro Panel is also sold as a subscription for accounts opened elsewhere: Free, $129 or $229 a month.

What each one costs

eLama’s own FAQ gives the arithmetic: a first top-up of at least €250, plus a reseller commission of 20–33% depending on the business topic, plus 22% VAT — “from €366” in total. For education it quotes €780.8 (28% commission on a €500 first top-up) and for crypto €811.3 (33% on €500). Its promotion lowers the commission to 10% on a first top-up for launches before 31 October and to 15% until the end of the year, except for education, crypto, and real estate and developers. International accounts start at €500, with a fee of 15% or 20% in most listed countries and 50% for Uzbekistan.

Adsly’s first payment is the same in every country: €500 + €150 = €650 for an ordinary business or forex, and €1,000 + €300 = €1,300 for crypto and stocks, plus a processing fee for currency conversion and the crypto network that is shown in the quote. Pro Panel is included with the account.

In a standard niche eLama is cheaper: its smallest standard start is €366 for €250 of ad budget against €650 for €500 at Adsly, and its commission is 20% against 30%. For crypto the commissions run the other way: eLama quotes €811.3 for €500 (33% plus 22% VAT), Adsly €1,300 for €1,000 (30%, plus the processing fee), though Adsly’s crypto minimum is twice as high. In a standard niche the higher commission at Adsly is the price of an account without KYC, paid in crypto, for any country, in a niche a standard reseller publishes no terms for. Opening an account does not approve any ad: every ad still goes through Telegram’s moderation, and compliance with the law of the target country stays with the advertiser.

What eLama’s pages do not say

We looked for five things on the pages listed above and did not find them. None of them means “no”, so ask eLama before you decide.

  • How long it takes to open an account.
  • Whether a TON or a Stars account can be opened or connected.
  • Whether nutra, adult, binary options or gambling projects are accepted; its FAQ only lists what Telegram’s platform prohibits in general.
  • Whether you can pay in cryptocurrency.
  • Whether TG Nastroy works with an account opened outside eLama.
