Binary Options Affiliate Arbitrage on Telegram: A Beginner's Guide (2026)
Binary options affiliate arbitrage is buying ads that bring traders to a trading platform's partner program, paid as a one-time CPA per depositing trader or a lifetime revenue share; on Telegram it runs through Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, from €5,000 + 30% commission, with a dedicated manager who runs the whole project. Telegram Ads is the paid channel left for it: Google says binary options ads "are not allowed" and Meta lists them among prohibited financial products. On our Euro accounts the vertical measured €1.41 CPM and €0.374 per click across 1.35M impressions (3 October 2026).
Open any binary options partner program and the first screen shows 80%, sometimes 90%. A newcomer reads that as “four times better than betting” and signs up. Six weeks later they are still waiting for a level, a hold or a trader who stopped trading after the first day. The percentage was real; what it was a percentage of was not what they assumed.
This is the binary options branch of our free Telegram Ads affiliate course. The basics — CPA, RevShare, FTD, baseline, hold — are in lesson 1, and the neighbouring forex branch covers brokers. Here: how trading-platform programs pay, how the funnel works, who the audience is and why this traffic lives on Telegram Ads. We have run Telegram Ads since the platform launched in 2021.
Binary options affiliate arbitrage in one minute
You buy ads, a person taps, lands in your Telegram channel or bot, registers on a trading platform through your affiliate link and makes a first deposit. The platform’s partner program pays you either once — a CPA for each depositing trader — or for as long as that trader trades, as a share of the platform’s revenue from them.
What makes binary options its own branch:
- The headline RevShare is the highest you will see, and it is tied to levels you unlock by bringing first deposits.
- The big ad platforms refuse the vertical. Google says binary options ads “are not allowed”, Meta lists them among prohibited financial products.
- On Telegram the ad is reviewed on its own merits. Of 3,350 binary options campaigns in our Pro Panel, Telegram declined 2.7%, under the 4.8% average for all campaigns.
Binary vocabulary for a newcomer
| Word | What it means in plain language |
|---|---|
| Binary option | A trade on whether a price will be above or below a level at a set time; the payoff is a fixed amount or nothing |
| Trading platform | The company whose app the trader uses; its partner program pays you |
| Active trader | A referral who deposited and trades; most CPA deals pay only for these |
| Commission on profit | RevShare taken from what the platform earns on your referrals |
| Affiliate level | Your rate tier, unlocked by the number of first deposits you bring |
| Sub-affiliate, referral commission | A cut of what affiliates you invite earn |
| Signals channel | A Telegram channel posting trade ideas; where this audience gathers |
| LTV | Lifetime value: what one trader brings over their trading life |
The definition of a binary option is Meta’s own: “a financial product where the payoff is either a fixed monetary amount or nothing at all”.
How a trading-platform partner program pays you
Four models appear on the public pages:
- CPA — a one-time payment per trader who deposits and becomes active. Pocket Partners says its CPA depends “on GEO and the amount of FTD”; Kingfin pays it “for every trader who registers and makes their first deposit”.
- RevShare — a share of what the platform earns from your traders’ trading. It pays as long as they trade and grows with your level.
- Hybrid — part CPA, part RevShare. Kingfin describes it as “designed for experienced partners”.
- Referral — a percentage of what affiliates you bring in earn.
The key line for a newcomer is in the RevShare definition. The platform’s revenue from a trader is the trading activity that ends in the platform’s favour, so your share rises when your traders trade more, and shrinks when they stop or win. IQ Option’s affiliate page puts it plainly: “You can’t have a negative balance in our program” — a winning month for your traders means a smaller commission, not a debt carried forward. Not every program says this; ask up front.
What the public partner pages publish
Four programs, read on 22 October 2026:
| Program | RevShare | CPA | Other terms on the page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pocket Partners (Pocket Option) | 60% from 50 FTDs; for social traffic, YouTube, Instagram and streams 70% from 50 FTDs and 80% from 200 FTDs; the first level opens from 3 FTDs | One-time, “depending on GEO and the amount of FTD” | Sub-affiliates: 5% of their commissions |
| Kingfin (Olymp Trade) | “Up to 80%” of trading revenue | ”Up to $250” per trader with a first deposit | Hybrid; referral up to 7%; payouts “daily or weekly” |
| IQ Option Affiliate | Up to half of revenue, “for life" | "Instant CPA payout for each active user” | Paid twice a month; “You can’t have a negative balance”; the program now also sits in Affstore |
| Affiliate.top (Binomo, Stockity, Traditex, QuantaFund) | “Up to 90%" | "Up to $150” | Daily withdrawals from $10 after 5 registrations and 5 FTDs; the lifetime share “goes down every year” |
Read every “up to” as the top of a ladder. On Pocket Partners the two highest levels are reserved for social traffic, YouTube, Instagram and streams — the program wants traffic with an audience behind it, and a Telegram channel is precisely that.
Why 80% is not four times 20%
A betting RevShare of 30% and a binary RevShare of 80% are percentages of different things, paid on different schedules. Compare what lands in your account, not the headline.
Pocket Partners publishes a useful table for that: average deposit and LTV for its top countries. India: average deposit 47.80, LTV 161.35. South Africa: 49.25 and 110.96. The Philippines: 40.31 and 114.95. Nigeria: 35.77 and 78.42. The page does not name the currency or say whether LTV is the platform’s revenue or your commission, so treat these as the program’s own relative picture: a trader is worth two to four first deposits over their lifetime.
An example with made-up round figures. You bring 20 active traders, and each brings the platform €40 in a month. At a 60% level you earn €480 that month — and the following month only what the traders still trading bring. At a CPA of €100 the same 20 traders pay €2,000 once, after the hold. CPA pays sooner; RevShare pays longer and only if you keep traders active.
CPA or RevShare as a newcomer
Start on CPA while you learn what your traffic is worth. It pays per active trader, so you know your result within the hold period rather than waiting for a lifetime tail. Get the baseline (the smallest first deposit that counts), the hold and the accepted countries in writing.
Move to RevShare or Hybrid once two things are true: you have a Telegram channel or bot where traders stay, and you have enough first deposits to clear the level thresholds. On Pocket Partners the step from the first level to 60% is 50 FTDs; the top level needs 200. That is a volume question, and paid traffic is how you get volume.
The funnel: from ad to first trade
The binary funnel on Telegram is short and almost always passes through content:
- The ad in a finance or trading channel, or shown to the subscribers of channels you choose.
- Your channel or bot with chart analysis, education and trade ideas. This is where trust grows and where you keep the audience for RevShare.
- The affiliate link to the platform’s sign-up, through your tracker, so every registration and deposit carries a sub ID.
- The first deposit, which the platform reports back to your tracker as a postback.
- The Pro Panel, which receives that postback and shows deposits and revenue per campaign.
A pre-lander — a short page between the ad and the sign-up — is optional. If you use one, avoid automatic hops: Telegram’s §4.3 rejects “websites that automatically redirect users to a different webpage or domain”.
Who the audience is and where to find them
Binary options buyers on Telegram already follow price charts: signal channels, technical analysis groups, crypto and forex communities, finance news. On a Euro account you target by country, by language, by topics like “Economy & Finance” and “Investments”, and by the subscribers of the channels you name — for this vertical, the strongest lever.
Two rules from the field. The ad, the channel and the landing page share one language (§4.7), so each language is its own campaign. And the country moves the price more than the niche does. All-niche CPM on our Euro accounts (3 October 2026): India €0.25, the UAE €1.42, Saudi Arabia €1.69, Qatar €1.95, Brazil €2.22, Turkey €2.92. The CPM by country guide has the rest. Every Euro account is World, so one account covers every geo you try.
Why Telegram Ads for binary options
Because the other paid channels refuse it, in writing:
- Google: “Ads for binary options or equivalent financial products are not allowed.” Google also disallows educational sites and blogs about binary options (Google Ads, Financial products and services).
- Meta: ads “must not promote financial products and services that are frequently associated with misleading or deceptive promotional practices”, with binary options named among them (Meta Advertising Standards).
- Telegram: the Ad Policies do not mention binary options. What §5.7 rules out is “Get-rich-quick offers”, “offers of investment with guaranteed return” and “claims on providing insider tips on investments”; §5.4 rules out false or misleading claims.
So on Telegram the line is the copy, not the category. Education, analysis and the platform’s features pass; “95% accurate signals” and “double your deposit” do not. And the account type matters: a self-serve account on ads.telegram.org states “Links to external sites are not allowed”, while a Euro account links to your site or the platform’s sign-up as well as to channels and bots. The complete copy and targeting playbook is in our binary options Telegram Ads guide.
What our Pro Panel measured for binary options
Figures from our published guides, each with its base:
| Measured in Adsly Pro Panel | Binary options | Every niche | Base |
|---|---|---|---|
| CPM, Euro accounts | €1.41 | €2.97 | 3 Oct 2026; binary: self-service Euro accounts, 1.35M impressions; every niche: all Euro campaigns, 257.7M |
| CTR, Euro accounts | 0.38% | 0.85% | Same base |
| Cost per click, Euro accounts | €0.374 | about €0.35 | Same base |
| Declined, share of all campaigns | 2.7% | 4.8% | 3,350 vs 551,607 campaigns, Aug 2023 – 19 Oct 2026 |
| Declined, share of reviewed | 3.8% | 8.3% | Same base |
Adsly sources: binary options guide, betting and iGaming guide for the all-niche row, rejection rates by niche.
The pattern: impressions in this vertical cost little, clicks are picky. CPM is less than half the all-niche figure, but so is CTR, so a click costs about the average. The hook is your lever — a sharper first line moves the click price more than any bid. And moderation is quick: more than 98% of 13,199 campaigns got a decision within 3 hours in September 2026, every vertical combined.
Break-even math for a binary CPA deal
Illustrative figures only. Suppose the platform pays €150 per active trader. At €0.374 per click, €150 pays for about 400 clicks, so the deal breaks even when one click in 400 turns into a qualified first deposit. If your hook halves the click price, the bar drops to one in 800.
We do not publish a click-to-deposit rate: deposits happen on the platform, not in the ad account. Connect your tracker — Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack, Voluum or your own backend — and the Pro Panel shows deposits and revenue per campaign, and its IF/THEN rules can pause a campaign whose cost per conversion runs above your limit.
What Adsly gives a binary options affiliate
Binary options launches on Telegram Ads through Adsly from €5,000 + 30% commission, and the price includes the set-up, the launch and a dedicated manager who runs your whole project:
- Set-up and launch by our team, up to Active status. We prepare the ad texts for moderation and launch them, and one tap brings the trader directly into your channel, bot or site. Our own moderation know-how and a direct line to Telegram moderation sit behind every launch.
- A dedicated manager runs the whole project from there. All the traffic, tracking set up end to end with your tracker’s postbacks in the Pro Panel, analytics and reports, daily optimisation of bids and channels — included in the price.
- Two ways in: the account itself on ads.telegram.org and the Adsly Pro Panel — Bulk Create, IF/THEN rules, Recreate for declined ads, hourly analytics and postbacks from your tracker.
- 48 hours from payment to a working account; pay with any cryptocurrency; no KYC.
- World coverage: one account reaches every available country except Russia and Ukraine, picked campaign by campaign; Russia and Ukraine each get their own account at the same price.
Daily work on your campaigns is part of the price: the dedicated manager runs the project month after month, so there is no Managed Service on top — that service is for niches whose account comes without management. Forex brokers and signals are a different niche, on a Euro account at €500 ad budget + 30% commission — see the forex branch.
FAQ
Is binary options a good vertical for a beginner?
It is a demanding one: the big ad platforms refuse it and the payout depends on traders staying active. On Telegram the ad is judged by its copy, and on our accounts binary options campaigns were declined less often than average: 2.7%, with 4.8% for all campaigns.
CPA or RevShare for my first binary offer?
CPA, while you learn what your traffic is worth; it pays per active trader after the hold. RevShare or Hybrid once you have a channel or bot where traders stay and enough first deposits to unlock the higher levels.
Why do binary programs offer 80% when betting offers 30%?
The percentages are taken from different revenue, paid on different schedules and gated by different levels. On Pocket Partners 80% needs 200 FTDs from social traffic. Compare what one trader brings you per month, not the headline.
Can I run binary options ads on Google or Meta?
No. Google says ads for binary options “are not allowed”, and Meta lists binary options among prohibited financial products. Telegram Ads through a Euro account is the paid channel that runs them.
What does a binary options click cost on Telegram?
On our self-service Euro accounts the vertical measured €1.41 CPM, 0.38% CTR and €0.374 per click on 1.35M impressions, all countries blended (3 October 2026). The country you target moves it most.
What does it cost to start with Adsly?
From €5,000 + 30% commission, including the set-up, the launch and full project management: a dedicated manager takes your campaigns to Active and then runs all the traffic, the tracking, the analytics and the daily optimisation. The account opens in 48 hours after payment, paid in any cryptocurrency, with no KYC.
What copy gets declined?
Guaranteed returns, win rates, “double your deposit”, insider tips and fake profit screenshots — the patterns §5.7 and §5.4 of Telegram’s Ad Policies rule out. Lead with analysis, education and the platform’s features.
