TON Telegram Ads Cabinet: How to Open, Fund & Manage (2026 Guide)

📅 2026-05-16 ⏱ 12 min read ✍ Roman

What is a TON Telegram Ads cabinet?

A TON cabinet is a Telegram Ads account funded directly in Toncoin (TON) — the native cryptocurrency of The Open Network. Telegram launched TON-funded ads as a self-serve alternative to the older EU/Euro reseller path: you open the cabinet from your own TON wallet, fund it in TON, and start running ads — no business documents, no agency reseller, no EUR invoicing.

The trade-off is real. TON cabinets get less targeting than Euro cabinets (no country, no language, no device, no topic) and they only link to Telegram destinations — channels, bots, mini-apps. Your reach is worldwide minus five blocked countries (RU, UA, IL, PS, DE), and your audience is whoever Telegram decides to show your channel-pick to.

For some campaigns, that’s a feature: lower commission, no setup friction, instant cabinet provisioning. For others — anything needing per-country targeting, external landing pages, or moderation help on edge-case creatives — Euro cabinets remain the better tool.

Self-serve TON vs TON through Adsly: what changes

When you open a TON cabinet yourself from ads.telegram.org, the cabinet is provisioned on your own wallet identity. Telegram has no advertising history with that wallet — no prior approved campaigns and no track record. Creatives in financially-regulated and high-compliance niches (forex with claims, gambling, anything close to policy) get rejected at higher rates on a fresh wallet than they would on an established advertiser account.

When you open a TON cabinet through Adsly, the cabinet is provisioned on the Adsly EU entity — the same legal entity that hosts our Euro cabinets. From Telegram’s side, this is a recognized advertiser pool with a real moderation track record, rather than a brand-new self-serve wallet with no advertising history. In practice this means a higher first-submission approval rate for financially-regulated and high-compliance niches. You also skip the entire wallet-setup, crypto-bridging, and TON-funding workflow — we accept any crypto via Heleket (USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, etc.) and convert to TON for the cabinet deposit at the exchange rate snapshot taken when your invoice is created.

Compliance is handled on our EU entity, not on you: no documents, no proof of address, no real-name disclosure required from your side. The cabinet just doesn’t live on your wallet.

When to pick TON over Euro

Use this decision tree:

Pick a TON cabinet if:

  • Your campaign is worldwide — you don’t need per-country targeting
  • Your destination is a Telegram channel, bot, or mini-app (not an external landing page)
  • You want lower commission — 15% flat vs 20–50% on Euro tiered by niche+geo
  • Your audience isn’t in RU, UA, IL, PS, DE (those are blocked on TON)
  • You’re testing a new offer fast and want minimal setup friction

Pick a Euro cabinet if:

  • You need per-country targeting — 32 countries plus Multigeo (12 countries flat 50%, Russia is single-geo only)
  • You need topic, language, device, or audience targeting beyond channel-pick
  • Your destination is an external website (landing page, app store)
  • You want moderation help on edge-case creatives — Euro has direct line to moderators, TON is auto-only
  • Your audience is in RU/UA/IL/PS/DE — TON doesn’t serve those countries

Many of our larger clients run both simultaneously: Euro for geo-precise high-ROAS campaigns, TON for worldwide brand-awareness and channel-growth campaigns where 15% commission matters more than fine targeting.

TON cabinet commission, deposit, and conversion mechanics

At Adsly, TON cabinet pricing is flat:

  • 15% commission on the deposit for every niche except gambling
  • 25% commission for gambling (still well below Euro’s 50% high-risk tier)
  • €500 minimum deposit (€5,000 minimum for gambling — same as Euro gambling)
  • 7% FX buffer added to the USD invoice to absorb TON↔EUR volatility between quote and on-chain deposit

You pay in any crypto via Heleket — USDT is the most common, but BTC, ETH, native TON, and others work too. The system locks in the EUR↔TON exchange rate at the moment your invoice is created (5-minute Redis cache), so the TON amount delivered to your cabinet is deterministic at quote time. If TON moves dramatically between invoice and on-chain settlement, the buffer absorbs it — you get the EUR-equivalent deposit you signed up for.

Example pricing:

  • €500 deposit, regular niche → invoice USD ≈ $742 (€500 × 1.15 commission × EUR/USD ~1.16 × FX multiplier)
  • €5,000 deposit, gambling → invoice USD ≈ $8,068 (€5,000 × 1.25 commission × rate × multiplier)

Once converted, the TON sits in your cabinet as the ad balance. Remaining TON balance is not refundable by Adsly after the cabinet is funded — TON volatility makes EUR-equivalent refunds impossible to honor consistently. See the TON Cabinet section of our Terms for the full disclosure.

Step-by-step: opening a TON cabinet through Adsly

  1. Pick cabinet type. On any “Open Cabinet” CTA you land in our wizard. Step 0 asks you to pick: Euro or TON. Pick TON.

  2. Pick your niche. Two categories only — regular or high-risk. Niche affects TON cabinet’s commission only for gambling/nutra (high-risk, higher rate) and the minimum deposit floor (€5,000 for gambling, €2,000 for nutra, vs €500 for regular). All other niches run at the flat regular rate.

  3. Tell us your URL. Channel handle (@yourchannel), bot handle (@yourbot), or mini-app link. We use this to verify your destination and prepare any compliance review needed.

  4. Pick your deposit. Quick-pick chips at €500 / €1,000 / €2,000 / €5,000 — or type a custom amount. Gambling shifts the chips to €5,000 / €10,000 / €20,000 / €50,000.

  5. Pay via Heleket. You’ll get a Heleket invoice URL with the USD amount. Pay in any crypto Heleket supports — USDT is fastest.

  6. Cabinet provisioning. After payment confirmation, we provision the cabinet on our EU entity, fund it in TON, and hand you access — typically same day. You’ll get login + the cabinet wired into the Adsly Pro Panel.

  7. Launch your first campaign. Use the Pro Panel to write ads, target channels, set CPM, and go live. TON cabinets share the panel with any Euro and Stars cabinets you have — bulk-edit across all three from one view.

Managing a TON cabinet from the Adsly Pro Panel

The Pro Panel is the same dashboard that manages our Euro and Stars cabinets. For TON specifically, you get:

  • Bulk campaign creation across multiple channels at once
  • Hourly analytics — impressions, clicks, CPM, CPC, conversion, all updated every hour
  • IF/THEN automation rules — auto-pause campaigns below a CTR threshold, auto-boost CPM when ROAS clears a target
  • AI ad-copy generation — drafts 160-character TON-compliant ad text
  • AI Recreate — when Telegram auto-moderation declines an ad, the panel rewrites it into a compliant version and resubmits hourly until approved
  • Cross-cabinet analytics — see TON, Euro, and Stars performance side-by-side

A common pattern: agencies run a TON cabinet for worldwide channel-growth campaigns, a Multigeo Euro cabinet for cross-CIS test budgets, and a single-country Euro cabinet for high-conversion geo-specific campaigns. All three live in one Pro Panel view, with bulk operations spanning them.

TON cabinet moderation, declines, and creative compliance

TON cabinets use Telegram’s automated moderation with no human escalation channel — unlike Euro, where we have a direct line to moderators for resubmissions. The trade-off is faster initial review (minutes vs hours) but no recourse on borderline rejections.

To work with auto-moderation:

  • Keep claims conservative — no “guaranteed”, no specific profit numbers, no get-rich-quick framing
  • Match the ad copy to what the channel/bot actually does — TON moderation cross-checks destination
  • Avoid all-caps, urgency language (“LAST CHANCE”, “ONLY TODAY”), and excessive emoji
  • Pre-review with our team before submission — we know which copy patterns clear TON auto-moderation

When an ad is declined, the Pro Panel’s AI Recreate kicks in: it rewrites the ad into a compliant variant and resubmits hourly until approved. On TON, this is the closest thing to moderation help available — there’s no human queue to escalate to.

TON cabinet pros and cons (honest summary)

Pros

  • Lower commission than Euro (15% flat, 25% gambling)
  • Worldwide reach in a single cabinet
  • Faster provisioning (same-day vs 48h for Euro)
  • Same Pro Panel as Euro/Stars — unified analytics
  • Opened on Adsly EU entity → higher approval rates than self-serve TON

Cons

  • No per-country, language, device, topic, or audience targeting
  • Only Telegram destinations (channel/bot/mini-app) — no external URLs
  • Blocked in RU, UA, IL, PS, DE
  • Remaining TON balance non-refundable
  • Auto-only moderation, no human escalation

For most projects we recommend starting with a Euro cabinet (it’s our flagship for a reason) and adding a TON cabinet alongside it once you have a worldwide channel-growth angle to test.

How TON cabinet differs from Stars and “raw” TON

There are three Telegram Ads cabinet types in the market, and they’re often confused:

  • Euro cabinet — funded in EUR via a reseller (us) under an EU legal entity. Full targeting, 32 countries, any niche. €500 min, 20-50% reseller commission. Our flagship offering.

  • TON cabinet — funded in Toncoin. Worldwide minus 5 blocked countries, channel/bot/mini-app only. Self-serve = your wallet identity; through Adsly = our EU entity (more trust). 15% flat / 25% gambling commission. This guide.

  • Stars cabinet — funded in Telegram Stars (the in-app virtual currency). Channel owners can run ads paid in Stars they’ve earned from their own channel monetization. Useful for channel owners with Star balances; not a general-purpose advertiser cabinet.

All three live in the Adsly Pro Panel under one dashboard — bulk operations, analytics, and automation work across them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my existing TON wallet for the cabinet deposit?

No — the deposit goes through Heleket so you can pay in any crypto. Adsly handles the EUR → TON conversion and funds the cabinet from our pool. Your TON wallet identity is never connected to the cabinet.

What happens if TON price crashes between invoice and on-chain settlement?

The 7% FX buffer in the invoice covers normal volatility. The exchange rate is snapshot-locked at invoice creation, so you pay the same USD regardless of TON’s price movement during the typical 10-30 minute settlement window. Extreme crashes (>10% in minutes) are rare and absorbed by the buffer.

Can I add country targeting later?

No — TON cabinets don’t support country targeting at the platform level. If you need country targeting, the right move is to open a Euro cabinet alongside the TON one. Both can run in parallel under your Adsly Pro Panel.

Does the Pro Panel cost extra for TON cabinets?

No. Pro Panel is included free for the lifetime of any Adsly-opened cabinet (Euro or TON). If you connect cabinets from outside Adsly (self-serve cabinets you opened directly), the Self-Serve subscription tier applies.

Can I migrate a self-serve TON cabinet to be managed via Adsly?

Yes — connect it via the Pro Panel’s “Add cabinet” flow under any Self-Serve tier. Note that the cabinet stays on your wallet identity (we can’t migrate it to our EU entity post-open), so you keep whatever approval-rate characteristics it had as self-serve.

Is the TON cabinet listed under my name with Telegram?

The cabinet is operated under the Adsly EU entity name in Telegram’s records. Your end-client identity is not disclosed to Telegram. This is the same anonymity model as our Euro cabinets.
