Telegram Ads Login: How to Sign In to ads.telegram.org (2026)

To log in to Telegram Ads, open ads.telegram.org, click Log in to Start Advertising, enter the phone number of your Telegram account in international format and click Next. Telegram then sends a confirmation message to your Telegram account from its verified service account; confirm it there and you are in. You need an existing Telegram account that is logged in on one of your devices, because the confirmation arrives inside Telegram, not by SMS. After login you work in your Personal Account or create an Organization for a channel or group you own, and you switch between them by clicking your name in the top-right corner.

Telegram Ads login happens at ads.telegram.org: click Log in to Start Advertising, enter the phone number of your Telegram account in international format, and confirm the login in the message Telegram sends to that account. You need an existing Telegram account that is open on at least one of your devices, because the confirmation arrives inside Telegram from its verified service account (Telegram Ads: Getting Started). That last part is where people get stuck: if you are watching your SMS inbox, you are looking in the wrong place.

How Telegram Ads login works, step by step

The whole login is one phone number and one confirmation inside Telegram; the login window asks for nothing else, and there is no separate password for the ad platform. The steps and button names below are taken from Telegram’s getting-started page and the login window on ads.telegram.org.

  1. Open the login window. Go to ads.telegram.org and click Log in to Start Advertising. On the platform’s other pages, such as Getting Started or the Ad Guidelines, the same window opens from Log In at the top.
  2. Enter your phone number in international format. Type the number your Telegram account is registered to, with the plus sign and country code. Telegram spells the format out as +(country code)(city or carrier code)(your number) (Telegram FAQ), and the example in the field itself is +12223334455. Click Next.
  3. Check Telegram, not your SMS. The window switches to “We’ve just sent you a message. Please confirm access via Telegram” (ads.telegram.org). The message goes to your Telegram account from Telegram’s verified service account (Getting Started). If you see a typo in the number, click Incorrect? next to it and start again.
  4. Confirm the login in that message. Open Telegram on your phone or computer, find the message and confirm access. Keep the ads.telegram.org tab open while you do it — the login window is waiting for your confirmation.
  5. Choose the account you will work in. Once you are logged in, you proceed either with your Personal Account or by Creating an Organization, which is built around a Telegram channel or group (Getting Started). If you already have access to more than one, click your name in the top-right corner and select ‘Switch to …’ (Getting Started).
  6. Create an ad or add funds. Click Create Ad to start a sponsored message, or Manage Budget to put money on the account (Getting Started).

The menu under your name is also where you edit your account info, create a new organization and log out (Getting Started). The platform lets you stay logged in to several organizations and your personal ad account at the same time, so you do not have to sign out to change accounts.

What you need before you can log in

Telegram’s homepage for advertisers says it plainly: anyone can post ads on Telegram using the platform (ads.telegram.org). The login itself, though, has a few hard requirements, and each of them comes from Telegram’s own pages:

  • A Telegram account. The platform requires an existing Telegram account. If you do not have one yet, Telegram tells you to download its mobile app for Android or iOS and sign up first (Getting Started).
  • A mobile number behind that account. Telegram accounts can only be connected to a mobile number; landline numbers are not supported (Telegram FAQ).
  • Telegram open somewhere. The confirmation is a message inside Telegram, so the account has to be logged in on a phone or computer at the moment you sign in to the ad platform.
  • No ad blocker on the site. The platform carries its own warning: an ad blocker “may prevent pages on the Telegram Ad Platform from working as expected”, so turn it off or add ads.telegram.org as an exception (ads.telegram.org).
  • Ownership, if you advertise as a channel. Only the owner of a group or channel can create an organization for it. Once the organization exists, all admins of that chat can manage the ads it creates (Getting Started).

Self-serve account or one opened by a partner

Everything Telegram documents publicly is the self-serve route: you log in, work in your personal account or an organization, and pay in Gram, the cryptocurrency named on the ads.telegram.org homepage. The getting-started page still calls it Toncoin and sets the minimum CPM at 0.1. On this route every link in the ad must lead to a Telegram channel or bot — in Telegram’s words, “Links to external sites are not allowed” (Getting Started).

Telegram’s getting-started guide and FAQ do not describe accounts opened through partners. Such an account is set up by the partner, and you reach it through exactly the same login: your Telegram phone number and a confirmation in Telegram. How that works with an Adsly account is covered further down.

Why Telegram Ads login fails — and what to do

Telegram does not publish a list of login error messages, so instead of guessing at wording, here are the situations its own pages describe and the fix for each. When the login stalls, go down this list in order.

  • Nothing arrives after you click Next. The confirmation is a Telegram message from the verified service account, not an SMS (Getting Started). Open Telegram on a device where this exact account is logged in and look there.
  • The number was typed wrong. Use the full international format, +(country code)(city or carrier code)(your number) (Telegram FAQ). Click Incorrect? next to the number to go back and fix it.
  • You are not logged in to Telegram anywhere. Get into the Telegram app first. Telegram may send that app login code by SMS, as a message inside Telegram if you recently used it on another device (FAQ), or by phone call, which for security reasons may be unavailable for some carriers or require two-step verification (FAQ). A passkey, if you created one, logs you in without SMS at all (FAQ). For registration or login problems Telegram points to its support form (FAQ).
  • You no longer have the phone number. Telegram says the phone number is the only way it identifies a user, and it cannot help unless you have access either to the number or to Telegram on one of your devices (FAQ). Get the SIM restored by your carrier first, then log in.
  • The platform’s pages do not work as expected. Turn off the ad blocker or add ads.telegram.org as an exception — that is the platform’s own advice (ads.telegram.org).
  • You are in, but your ad account is not there. Check two things. First, the Telegram account: each phone number is a separate Telegram account (FAQ), so access given to one number does not appear under another. Second, the account you are viewing: click your name in the top-right corner and use ‘Switch to …’ (Getting Started).
  • You cannot create an organization for your channel. Only the channel’s owner can create one; admins get access after the owner does it (Getting Started).
  • You see ‘Your balance is too low’. That is not a login problem. It appears under the Budget field when the account has no funds yet: click ‘Add Funds’, and the ad is saved as a draft you can publish later (Getting Started).

If you log in fine but your ads keep getting rejected, that is a moderation question, not an access one — see why Telegram declines ads and how to fix them.

Logging in to an account a partner opened for you

An account opened through Adsly is a Telegram Ads account like any other, and you sign in to it on ads.telegram.org exactly as described above: phone number, Next, confirmation in Telegram. What you get on top is a second way in — the same account is also available in Adsly Pro Panel at app.adsly.pro.

  • Tell us which Telegram account should have access. Access is given to that Telegram account, so log in with its phone number — not with another number you own, because every number is a separate Telegram account (Telegram FAQ).
  • Keep your login code to yourself. Telegram’s FAQ says the login codes for your Telegram account should never be shared with anyone, including other services or apps (FAQ). Access to an Adsly account goes to your own Telegram account, so nobody needs your code to give it to you.
  • Every format gets both ways in. Every account, in every niche and in both gambling formats — the full launch on Adsly’s infrastructure and the official gambling account — comes with both: the account in ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel.

Topping up a Telegram Ads account

On a self-serve account, money goes in through Budget → Add Funds, which can take you to Fragment, the platform where ads are paid for in Gram. Channel and bot owners have a second route: paying with Stars. On a Euro account from Adsly you skip both, because the budget is in euros.

Self-serve: Gram through Fragment

  • The path. Fragment’s own instructions: log into the Telegram ad platform using your Telegram account, choose Budget » Add Funds on Fragment, and proceed with payment on Fragment using Grams (Fragment). Its help page adds that you connect your TON wallet to Fragment, enter the budget for your ad account in Grams and tap ‘Add Funds’ (Fragment: About). Inside the platform the same screen also opens from the Manage Budget page (Getting Started).
  • Check the account before you pay. Telegram’s terms make it the advertiser’s responsibility to deposit funds into the correct account, and unspent balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a different account (Terms of Service, section 4).
  • Moving money between ads. You can raise an ad’s budget from the ad itself or from the budget field on your homepage. To lower it, stop and delete the ad — the remaining funds return to your overall budget (Getting Started).

Channel and bot owners: Stars

Owners can advertise the channels and bots they own with the Stars on that channel’s or bot’s balance, at a special rate with a 30% discount. Go to the Balance or Monetization section of the channel or bot and tap ‘Buy Ads’ (Telegram API docs). The differences between the three account types are laid out in Stars vs TON vs Euro.

Euro account from Adsly

No Fragment and no Gram: the budget is in euros, and you pay Adsly in any crypto.

Telegram Ads login vs Adsly Pro Panel login

These are two different doors. ads.telegram.org is Telegram’s own platform, and you enter it with your Telegram phone number and a confirmation in Telegram. app.adsly.pro is Adsly Pro Panel, a management layer on top of your Telegram Ads accounts, and it has its own sign-in: Login with Telegram, or an email and password.

On top of the account, the panel gives you bulk editing across campaigns, automation rules and hourly analytics. It manages Euro, TON and Stars accounts you already have, and more than 534,000 campaigns and 1.2 billion impressions have run through it. A Euro account opened by Adsly shows up in both places — the account itself on ads.telegram.org and in Pro Panel. Adsly no longer opens TON accounts, but a TON account you already have can be connected to Pro Panel.

FAQ

Why can’t I log in to Telegram Ads?

Check where the confirmation goes: after you click Next, Telegram sends a message to your Telegram account, not an SMS, and you confirm the login there (Getting Started). Then check the number format, the ad blocker, and that Telegram is logged in on one of your devices.

Why didn’t I get a Telegram Ads login code?

There is no code to type. The window says “We’ve just sent you a message. Please confirm access via Telegram” (ads.telegram.org) — open Telegram, find the message from the verified service account and confirm access.

Do I need a Telegram account to use Telegram Ads?

Yes. Logging in requires an existing Telegram account (Getting Started), and Telegram accounts can only be connected to a mobile number, not a landline (FAQ).

Can I use Telegram Ads without TON?

Not on the self-serve platform, which is paid in Gram, the coin Fragment uses on the TON blockchain (Fragment). Channel and bot owners can pay with Stars through ‘Buy Ads’ (Telegram API docs), and a Euro account from Adsly runs in euros, paid in any crypto.

I logged in to Telegram Ads — why is there no ad account?

You are signed in with a different Telegram account — each phone number is a separate one (FAQ) — or you are looking at another of your accounts. Click your name in the top-right corner and use ‘Switch to …’ (Getting Started).

Can several people manage one Telegram Ads account?

Yes, through an organization: linking a channel or group gives all admins of that chat the ability to manage its ads, and only the owner can create it (Getting Started). On a Euro account from Adsly, access goes to the Telegram accounts you name.

How do I top up my Telegram Ads account?

On a self-serve account: Budget → Add Funds, connect your TON wallet on Fragment, enter the budget in Grams and tap ‘Add Funds’ (Fragment). On a Euro account from Adsly you pay in any crypto and the budget is in euros.

Is Telegram Ads login the same as Adsly Pro Panel login?

No. ads.telegram.org uses your Telegram phone number and a confirmation inside Telegram. Adsly Pro Panel at app.adsly.pro has its own sign-in: Login with Telegram, or an email and password.

How do I get a Telegram Ads agency account?

Through a partner — Telegram’s getting-started guide covers only the self-serve route. Adsly opens Euro accounts in 48 hours from payment: no KYC, no documents, no company of your own, the account is opened on Adsly’s EU entity and you pay in any crypto. Start at adsly.pro/cabinet.

Get a Euro account in 48 hours

If the self-serve login worked but the account cannot do what you need — link to your website, reach the countries you sell in, have a direct line to moderation — the answer is a Euro account. Adsly opens it in 48 hours from payment. Why Euro:

  • A direct line to Telegram moderation.
  • Ads can link to any website. Not only to Telegram channels and bots.
  • Gambling through the official Telegram Ads gambling account, opened even without a licence.
  • A Euro account opens as World. Every available country except Russia and Ukraine, chosen per campaign; Russia and Ukraine open as separate accounts at the same price.

No KYC, no documents, no company of your own: the account is opened on Adsly’s EU entity, and you pay in any crypto. Regular niches, forex, crypto and stocks start from a €500 ad budget + 30% commission. Nutra, adult, binary options and the gambling full launch start from €5,000 + 30% commission. The official gambling account starts from €25,000 + 25% commission. With a Euro account you get the account itself on ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel on top — two ways into the same account. More on the no-documents side in Telegram Ads without KYC.
