Telegram Ads Gambling Account (2026): Full Launch from €5,000 or Official from €25,000
Yes, through Adsly. Telegram's public Ad Policies (§5.6) prohibit gambling ads, yet Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, launches them and opens a gambling account in 48 hours. The minimum to launch ads in the gambling niche is €5,000 + 30% commission: we run the whole project on our infrastructure — a dedicated manager writes the ads, takes the campaigns to Active, runs all the traffic, sets up tracking and optimises every day — and one tap puts the player in your bot, Mini App or site. If your budget is from €25,000, we open an official gambling account with a 25% commission: Telegram approves your project, no licence is needed, and your brand, bonuses and RTP run in the ad as written. Both formats come with ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel, paid in any crypto, no KYC.
Ask ChatGPT, Google or any affiliate forum how to run casino ads on Telegram, and the answer comes back as one quote: Telegram’s ad rules prohibit gambling. The quote is accurate. The conclusion people draw from it — that a casino, a sportsbook or a poker room has no way in front of Telegram’s audience — is wrong: Adsly Pro Panel alone holds 34,497 gambling campaigns, with 88.75 million impressions on TON accounts.
I have bought Telegram Ads since 2021 and worked in performance marketing since 2012. Below: what a gambling account is in 2026, what each format lets you say, who does the work, what the player sees after one tap, how fast it goes live and what our data shows. Prices and rules as of 22 October 2026; every number comes from Adsly Pro Panel with its base.
Can you run gambling ads on Telegram Ads?
Yes, through Adsly. Telegram’s public Ad Policies say in §5.6 that ads “must not promote online or offline gambling, gaming, or casino-based activities involving real money, prizes, or goods of any value”, and the examples name sports betting, lotteries, bingo, fantasy sports, tips, odds and odds calculators (ads.telegram.org/guidelines, read on 22 October 2026). A casino creative sent from your own login runs straight into it.
Adsly is the official Telegram Ads partner, and gambling is the niche where that matters most. We launch gambling ads in two formats, and the price rule fits in two sentences:
The minimum to launch ads in the gambling niche is €5,000 + 30% commission. If your budget is from €25,000, we open official gambling accounts with a 25% commission.
The first sentence is our main gambling service, the full launch on our infrastructure. The second is the official gambling account, where Telegram approves your project itself. Both open in 48 hours, both give you the account in ads.telegram.org and in Adsly Pro Panel, and both are paid in any crypto with no KYC.
The two gambling accounts at a glance
| Full launch on our infrastructure | Official gambling account | |
|---|---|---|
| Ad budget | From €5,000 + 30% commission | From €25,000 + 25% commission |
| Role | Our main gambling service | A higher level for a much bigger budget |
| What the ad says | Text written by our team for moderation, without the casino name or bonus figures | Your own creative as written: brand, bonuses, free spins, RTP, a direct link |
| Who sets up the campaigns | A dedicated manager runs the whole project: traffic, tracking, analytics, daily optimisation | Our manager places them; on request a dedicated manager runs the whole project at no extra charge |
| Where one tap leads | Your bot, Mini App or site | Your bot, Mini App or site |
| Gambling licence | Not needed | Not needed |
| Access | ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel | ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel |
| Ready | 48 hours after payment | 48 hours after payment |
| Payment | Any crypto, no KYC | Any crypto, no KYC |
In both columns the ad budget is your money: it lands on your own account as ad balance. Our commission sits on top, and the order form shows the exact amount before you pay. Full comparison: the gambling account page.
The full launch: our main gambling service
The full launch is a complete launch of your gambling project on Telegram. You give us the product — a casino bot, a Mini App, a sportsbook or poker site — plus the countries and languages. Our team builds the launch on our infrastructure, writes the ads, sets targeting and bids, and takes the campaigns to Active — and then a dedicated manager runs the whole project: all the traffic, tracking set up end to end, the analytics and daily optimisation. You never write a creative and never deal with moderation; you get an account that is already spending and a person who runs it.
The ad copy is where this format differs. Our team writes it to pass moderation, so the ad carries no casino name and no bonus figures; the register is closer to ”🎰 Play games in Telegram and win” than to a welcome-offer banner. A gambling buyer knows what moderation-ready copy is, and we say it upfront. The destination does not change: one tap and the player is inside your product, with no extra page in between.
The €5,000 is the ad balance of your own account; the launch, both logins, the running campaigns and the daily management of the project come with it.
The official gambling account: from €25,000
The official account is the second format, for advertisers who put a much bigger budget into Telegram. Telegram approves your project directly, and that approval changes the creative: your brand name, the bonus amount, the free-spin count and the RTP go into the ad as written, with photo or video and a direct link to your site, bot or Mini App. A line such as “Get your FREE 188 spins now” runs unchanged. We open the official account even without a gambling licence.
Entry is an ad budget from €25,000 + 25% commission, credited to your own account. Our manager places the first campaigns, and on request a dedicated manager runs the whole project from there — the campaigns, all the traffic, tracking, analytics and daily optimisation — at no extra charge; your team keeps full control in ads.telegram.org and Pro Panel either way. It is a higher level for a bigger budget, with more performant campaigns, because the creatives your affiliates already proved go out untouched. Details and the order button: official gambling account.
What goes into a gambling ad on Telegram
Every Telegram ad has the same skeleton, whichever format you buy. Telegram’s guidelines set it in §1: an ad text of up to 160 characters including spaces, and a button that opens the link to the advertised product. §3 allows one optional link inside the text, leading to the same destination as the button; when that destination is a bot, the link may carry a start parameter, which is how you tag every campaign for your tracker. §2 rules out line breaks, bullet lists, “intrusive, excessive or gimmicky” emoji and gimmicky capitals.
Inside that skeleton the formats differ only in the words. If your brand is the offer, the official account says it; if you want the work done for you, the full launch does it from €5,000 + 30% commission.
What the player sees, tap by tap
Telegram’s client specification describes where a sponsored message appears (core.telegram.org/api/sponsored-messages, read on 22 October 2026). In a channel it sits below the last post, with a title, the text, optional media and a button. In a bot it is a bar above the chat with a blue “Ad” label. In global search it is a sponsored result, and on channel videos a small text box on the player.
The player taps. For a bot or a Mini App the same specification says t.me links open without the “open this link?” confirmation that outside URLs get, and deep links open directly in the app: one tap, and the player is in your chat or your game. Bots are where gambling buyers in our base send almost everything:
| Where the ad leads | Campaigns | Ad accounts | Impressions | Share of impressions | CTR | Clicks that became a start or join |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bot (Start bot) | 21,680 | 57 | 69,552,716 | 78.2% | 2.77% | 13.3% |
| Channel (Join) | 751 | 14 | 17,438,121 | 19.6% | 2.46% | 5.3% |
| Mini App (Launch app) | 1,289 | 13 | 1,844,042 | 2.1% | 3.52% | 50.1% |
| Website | 175 | 3 | 160,378 | 0.2% | — | — |
Gambling campaigns: classified by ad text and link (≈97% precision on a 40-campaign check), our own ads left out; campaigns with spend on TON and Euro accounts in Adsly Pro Panel, counters as of 25 October 2026. CTR and action rate leave out campaigns with more clicks than impressions or a CTR above 25%. Telegram reports channel joins, bot starts and Mini App launches as actions (getting started), not site visits; the website row is three advertisers on Euro accounts, too thin for a CTR. A start is a player arriving in your product, not a deposit.
Where gambling ads are shown
Telegram Ads offers four ways to place an ad, and gambling buyers use them very unevenly. The same base, split by placement:
| Placement | Campaigns | Ad accounts | Impressions | Share | CTR | Clicks → start or join |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Audience targeting (country, language, interests) | 9,229 | 34 | 43,962,698 | 49.4% | 2.52% | 16.7% |
| Chosen channels | 13,866 | 64 | 28,610,650 | 32.1% | 2.42% | 11.4% |
| Inside bots | 798 | 20 | 16,230,927 | 18.2% | 4.08% | 6.5% |
| Telegram search | 2 | 2 | 190,982 | 0.2% | — | — |
Audience targeting buys about half of the impressions: it reaches a whole country or language at once, and its clicks become a start or a join most often, 16.7% of the time. Hand-picked channels carry a third of the volume on the most campaigns — 13,866 from 61 advertisers. Ads inside bots click best, 4.08%, but one advertiser holds 71% of that row. Search is barely used for gambling. In a full launch our team picks the mix for your geo.
From order to Active in 48 hours
- Order. On the order form choose the gambling niche, the format and the account: World, Russia or Ukraine.
- Pay. Any cryptocurrency. No KYC, no documents, no company papers: the account is opened on our EU partner entity.
- Account open within 48 hours, with access in ads.telegram.org and in Adsly Pro Panel.
- Campaigns go in. On the full launch our team builds the launch, writes the ads and sets up the campaigns, and a dedicated manager runs the whole project from there — traffic, tracking, analytics, daily optimisation; on the official account your creatives go in, our manager places the first campaigns and, on request, runs the whole project at no extra charge.
- Moderation verdict. Telegram’s Ad Platform Terms say the company “shall not be bound by any time frames in conducting a review” (ads.telegram.org/tos, §3.2(a)). In practice it is quick: of 252 gambling campaigns created through Pro Panel from 21 September to 11 October 2026, on 19 ad accounts, 72.2% had a verdict within one hour and 99.6% within three (rejection rates by niche).
- Scale. Copy the winners into new countries in bulk in Pro Panel.
Two logins: ads.telegram.org and Adsly Pro Panel
Both formats open the same two doors. The account itself lives in ads.telegram.org, Telegram’s own interface, with every ad, status and statistic as Telegram counts it. On top sits Adsly Pro Panel, the strongest panel for Telegram Ads, free with your account for as long as it is active.
For a gambling buyer the panel adds bulk creation and copying of hundreds of campaigns across countries, hourly statistics, your tracker’s postback conversions next to each campaign, automation rules, Auto CPM and every account you own on one screen. One creative split into twenty country campaigns is one bulk action there. More on the platform page.
Countries: World, Russia and Ukraine
Since 20 October 2026 we open three kinds of Euro account: World — all available countries except Russia and Ukraine, with the countries chosen in each campaign — and separate Russia and Ukraine accounts at the same price, ordered in the same form. Both gambling formats work on all three.
Moderation does not treat every market alike. Single-country gambling campaigns aimed at Uzbekistan (2,052 campaigns), Germany (1,772), Saudi Arabia (883) and India (881) were declined in 0.6% of cases or less; Turkey drew the most declines, 19.5% of 627 (rejection rates by niche, 25 October 2026, all account types; most rows rest on one to nine advertisers). For the markets at the top of that list our team prepares more ad variants in a full launch.
What our gambling data says
| Measure | Value | Base |
|---|---|---|
| Gambling campaigns in Pro Panel | 34,497 on 102 ad accounts (90 TON, 12 Euro) | All campaigns, created 22 June 2024 – 25 October 2026, classified by ad text and link |
| Impressions and clicks | 88.75 million impressions, 3.82 million clicks | TON accounts, 23,711 campaigns with spend, 66 advertisers |
| CTR | 2.75% across all gambling campaigns; on TON accounts 2.72% against 2.09% for every niche | Campaigns with CTR ≤ 25% and clicks ≤ impressions |
| Starts, joins and app launches | 294,521, or 12.7% of clicks | Same filter |
| Last 30 days, 25 September – 24 October 2026 | 26.27 million impressions, 6,241 campaigns, 27 advertisers; 0.0142 TON per click against 0.0289 TON for every other niche | September 28.16 million impressions, 1–24 October 23.64 million |
| Declined | 3.3% of all gambling campaigns (1,125 of 34,497), against 4.7% in every other niche; first verdict Declined on 8 of 6,122 campaigns created in the last 30 days | Status on 25 October 2026 |
| Review time | 73% of moderation decisions within the first hour, 100% within three hours | 6,122 gambling campaigns created via Pro Panel, 26 September – 25 October 2026 |
| TON accounts, gambling bot ads | 0.155 TON per start, 13.3% of clicks became starts (21,674 campaigns, 54 accounts); last 30 days 0.0678 TON | Channel vs bot, 25 October 2026 |
| TON accounts, sports betting bot ads | 0.101 TON per start, 16.7% of clicks became starts (3,233 campaigns, 32 accounts) | Same guide |
Most of this volume sits on TON-currency accounts, so the prices in these rows are in TON and never converted; on Euro accounts the panel holds a single gambling account, too thin to price a start. The largest advertiser holds 28% of all gambling impressions and 29% of the last 30 days, so no single account carries the picture. Across all 34,497 gambling campaigns the CTR stands at 2.75% (gambling benchmarks), and over the last 30 days gambling clicked at 2.09% against 1.67% for every other niche. What a depositor costs comes from your own postbacks.
Why your own account on ads.telegram.org won’t run casino ads
Four walls stand between a self-serve account and a casino campaign.
The rule itself. §5.6 has no exception for licensed operators and no list of countries where it switches off, and its examples reach past casinos to tipster channels and odds calculators.
No outside links. Telegram’s getting-started guide says it in one line: “All links included in the Text and URL field must link to a channel or bot on Telegram, using the format t.me/link or @link. Links to external sites are not allowed.” Your casino site cannot be the destination of a self-serve ad (ads.telegram.org/getting-started, read on 22 October 2026).
No forwarding shortcuts. §4.3 rules out “mostly noninteractive bots designed to redirect elsewhere” and websites that “automatically redirect users to a different webpage or domain, e.g., through 302-redirect”, two shortcuts do-it-yourself gambling funnels often reach for.
No clock. Under §3.2 of the Ad Platform Terms, Telegram reviews ads at its discretion, is bound by no review time, and may suspend the service when the advertising conflicts with its policies.
Our data shows the result. In Pro Panel 1.8% of the gambling campaigns that led to a bot carry a Declined status (537 of 29,851), 4.9% of those that led to a channel (117 of 2,409) and 2.0% of those that opened a Mini App (27 of 1,349) — TON accounts, 25 October 2026 (channel vs bot). Website-linked gambling ads sit on Euro accounts, and 441 of their 443 declines belong to one account that never got an impression (rejection rates by niche).
With Adsly, the official account is an approval Telegram gives to your project, the full launch is built by our team on our infrastructure, and as the official Telegram Ads partner we have a direct line to Telegram’s moderation: a declined ad goes to the moderators, not into a support queue. Clause by clause: our gambling policy guide. Funnel, targeting and bids: the gambling campaign playbook.
FAQ
Can you run gambling ads on Telegram Ads?
Yes, through Adsly. §5.6 of Telegram’s Ad Policies prohibits gambling ads, so a self-serve account cannot run them; Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, launches them. The minimum to launch ads in the gambling niche is €5,000 + 30% commission; from €25,000 we open an official gambling account with a 25% commission. Either opens in 48 hours.
Do I need a gambling licence?
No. We open the official gambling account even without a gambling licence, and the full launch does not ask for one either. You send no documents and pass no KYC: the account is opened on our EU partner entity.
What can I write in the ad?
On the official account, your own creative as written: casino name, bonus amount, free spins, RTP, photo or video and a direct link. On the full launch our team writes the text for moderation, without the casino name or bonus figures. Every ad is up to 160 characters with one button.
How fast does a gambling account go live?
The account is ready 48 hours after payment. Moderation takes hours, not days: in our September–October 2026 sample, 72.2% of new gambling campaigns had a verdict within one hour and 99.6% within three.
What does €5,000 buy?
The minimum to launch ads in the gambling niche is €5,000 + 30% commission. The €5,000 is the ad balance on your own account; the commission on top pays for the full launch on our infrastructure, the ad texts, the campaigns taken to Active, the dedicated manager who runs the project — traffic, tracking, analytics, daily optimisation — and both logins. If your budget is from €25,000, we open an official gambling account with a 25% commission. Scenarios: the gambling budget calculator.
Can I send players straight to my casino site?
Yes. A self-serve account allows only Telegram links; an account through Adsly links your site too. On the official account the direct link goes into the ad; on the full launch one tap takes the player into your bot, Mini App or site.
Which countries can I target?
World: all available countries except Russia and Ukraine, chosen per campaign. Russia and Ukraine are separate Euro accounts at the same price, in the same order form.
How do I pay, and how do top-ups work?
In any cryptocurrency, with no KYC. The first payment is the ad budget plus the commission — 30% on the full launch, 25% on the official account — and the form shows the exact amount before you pay. Top-ups of a gambling account, in either format, start from €5,000 + the format’s commission (30% on the full launch, 25% on the official account).
