How to Choose a Gambling Affiliate Offer: Payouts, Geo, Hold and Telegram Fit (2026)
Choose a gambling offer that pays well per player after baseline and hold, pays in a geo you can buy, and lands in a bot or Mini App: in Adsly Pro Panel gambling ads linking to a bot were declined fewer than two times in a hundred (1.8% of 29,851 campaigns), ads opening a Mini App 2.0% of the time. Published programs today pay CPA up to $250 (1win Partners), up to $200 (PIN-UP Partners) and up to €800 (22BET Partners), and the starting rate matters more than the ceiling. Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, launches gambling from €5,000 + 30% commission: we run the whole project — a dedicated manager on all the traffic, tracking, analytics and daily optimisation — and one tap puts the player in your bot, Mini App or site.
Most newcomers lose their first budget before the first ad goes live. They pick the offer with the biggest number on the banner. But “up to $250” and “up to €800” are ceilings, not what a new affiliate gets on day one, and an offer whose landing Telegram moderation keeps declining pays nothing at any rate.
This is lesson 2 of our free course on affiliate traffic through Telegram Ads. Lesson 1 gave you the words and showed how the money moves. Now you use them to choose: which payout model fits your funnel, what eight published programs pay, the qualification rules behind the numbers, the geo, and the question Telegram adds to every offer: where does the tap land? The moderation numbers come from Adsly Pro Panel, where we have run Telegram Ads since 2021.
How to choose a gambling affiliate offer: the short answer
Pick the offer by what it really pays per player, in a geo you can buy on Telegram, with a landing that survives moderation.
- Read the payout as money, not as a banner. CPA × the share of players who reach the baseline and pass the hold. RevShare × what your players lose over months, minus negative months.
- Start from the published starting rate. LeoVegas Affiliates gives 25% of net revenue at sign-up and raises it with volume; 1win Partners starts RevShare at half of GGR.
- Match the geo on both sides. The program has to pay well there, and Telegram has to have inventory at a price your payout covers.
- Prefer a bot or Mini App funnel. Gambling ads to a bot were declined in 1.8% of 29,851 campaigns in our base, to a Mini App in 2.0% of 1,349, to a channel in 4.9% of 2,409; website-linked gambling ads sit on a single Euro account, too thin to read.
- Get Telegram approved as a traffic source in writing, with postbacks and sub IDs.
Five new words for this lesson
CPA, RevShare, FTD, baseline, hold and KPI are in the lesson 1 glossary. Choosing between offers adds five more:
| Term | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Offer card | The page in a program or network that lists an offer’s payout, geo, minimum deposit, baseline, KPI and allowed traffic |
| CPA network | A middleman that collects offers from many operators and pays you for all of them, such as ClickDealer |
| Cookie window | How long after the click the program still credits you for the player; 22BET Partners writes “up to 30 days” |
| Negative carryover | A RevShare month below zero, rolled into the next and taken out of future earnings |
| Sub ID | A label in the tracking link (campaign, ad, geo), so the postback tells you which ad bought the deposit |
Which payout model fits the funnel you will run
For choosing an offer, the question is not how each model pays but which one fits what happens after the tap.
- The tap goes straight to the program’s site or bot. The player belongs to the operator from the first second. Take CPA or Hybrid: you are paid for the deposit, quickly, and nothing else depends on you.
- You put your own bot or channel in front of the offer. Players stay where you can talk to them again, so their lifetime is partly in your hands. RevShare pays you for that lifetime.
- Hybrid splits the bet. Track360’s “standard hybrid example” is “$75 CPA per FTD plus 15% NGR RevShare ongoing”.
You pay for clicks today. CPA returns that money after the hold; RevShare returns it over months and, under negative carryover, one lucky player can push a month below zero. That is why we start newcomers on CPA or Hybrid.
The banner number misleads in one more way. An illustration, not a market rate: offer A pays $200 CPA with a $50 baseline, offer B $120 with none. If 55 of every 100 depositors in A reach the baseline and 95 of 100 in B pass the quality check, A pays $110 per depositor and B $114. The smaller number pays more.
What published partner programs pay in 2026
We opened each program’s own page on 22 October 2026 and wrote down only what the page says. “Not stated” means the page leaves it to your manager.
| Program | RevShare | CPA | Payouts | Also on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1win Partners | From half of GGR, for life | Up to $250 | RevShare every Tuesday; CPA any day | ”The CPA hold is 7 days” |
| 1xPartners | Up to 45%; FAQ: “ranges from 15-45%” by geography and players | Agreed with the manager | Every Tuesday, from $30 | ”Negative commission on Revshare”; “any traffic sources except for those that violate the company’s intellectual property”; crypto among payout methods |
| 22BET Partners | Up to half, lifetime | Up to €800 | Calculated monthly, paid after verification | Terms “set individually based on your GEOs, traffic quality, and volumes”; cookie window “up to 30 days”; crypto |
| PIN-UP Partners | Up to half, lifetime | Up to $200 | You set frequency and wallet for automatic payouts | Telegram listed among traffic sources; Hybrid “available upon request”; crypto wallets |
| LeoVegas Affiliates | 25% at sign-up; 30% from €5,000 net revenue, up to 40% over €30,000 | CPA and Hybrid offered, no rates published | Not stated | Plan “based on the net revenue of the players you have referred” |
| Betsson Group Affiliates | ”Up to 40% commission” | CPA and Hybrid deals | ”By the 10th of the following month” | Paid through the Affiliate Wallet |
| Melbet Affiliates | ”Up to 40% of the profit”, lifetime | Listed (CPA, Hybrid, CPL, CPI) | Not stated | Rate grows with the number of players |
| 888 Affiliates | A percentage of net revenue, not stated | ”A one-time payment for every approved and depositing player” | Not stated | Terms “discussed via email with your personal affiliate manager” |
Almost every headline is “up to”: a new affiliate’s rate is agreed with a manager, by geo and traffic quality. Programs that publish a starting point (1win at half of GGR, LeoVegas at 25%) let you do the math before you spend anything.
Qualification rules: what stands between a deposit and your payout
A first deposit is where your payout starts, not where it ends. Track360, an affiliate-tracking platform, publishes the qualification rules it calls typical for iGaming:
| Rule | Typical on CPA | Typical on RevShare |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum first deposit | $20–50 | $20–50 |
| Deposit count | 2+ deposits within 14 days | 3+ deposits within 30 days |
| Wagering | 3× the deposit | 5× the deposit |
| Active days | 5+ days with a wager | 10+ days with a wager |
| Hold | 14–30 days | 30–60 days on the first payout |
Real programs sit on both sides of that table: 1win Partners publishes a 7-day CPA hold.
A real offer card. On WOW TRK’s listing of a ClickDealer offer for a Portuguese casino and sportsbook: payout $90, minimum deposit €10, “Baseline: No”, “Conversion fires on any FTD”. The quality bar moved into the KPIs: “At least 40% of players need to make a second deposit within 1 month”, and players’ combined deposits must reach at least half of the total payout. Allowed traffic: “Search (PPC, SEO), Social (Facebook, TikTok), Email, Native”. Telegram is not on the list, and brand names are banned as keywords, which matters if you plan Telegram search ads.
Get every rule and the FTD definition in writing before the first click.
Choosing a geo: where the offer pays and Telegram delivers
A geo has to work on two sides. The program’s side: rates are set by country. 1xPartners states its RevShare “ranges from 15-45%” depending on geography and players, and 22BET Partners sets terms “based on your GEOs”. The Telegram side: impressions have to exist there at a price your payout covers.
Measured CPM on Euro accounts, all niches, single-country campaigns, 3 October 2026, from our CPM by country guide:
| Country | CPM | Cost per click | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | €1.42 | €0.104 | 295k |
| Chile | €1.54 | €0.130 | 139k |
| Brazil | €2.22 | €0.136 | 4.7M |
| Russia | €2.68 | €0.415 | 163.0M |
| Turkey | €2.92 | €0.337 | 874k |
Gambling campaigns aimed at one country, recounted on 25 October 2026 by ad text and link: India 881 campaigns, 5.29M impressions at a 1.99% CTR, 0.6% declined; Germany 1,772, 4.66M at 3.23%, no declines; Turkey 627, 1.31M at 2.06%, 19.5% declined (gambling traffic sources). Latin America as a region ran 1.46 million gambling impressions at a 3.55% CTR.
Two more filters. Language: Telegram’s Ad Policies want the language of the targeted channel, the ad and the destination to match, so choose geos you can write for. Reach: every Euro account opened through Adsly is World, every available country except Russia and Ukraine, chosen per campaign; Russia and Ukraine open as separate accounts at the same price.
Offers that fit Telegram traffic: bot, Mini App, PWA or website
Telegram checks the destination as hard as the ad: bots “must respond to commands properly on both mobile and desktop devices” (4.2), and “mostly noninteractive bots designed to redirect elsewhere” are out (4.3, Ad Policies). How each landing did on gambling in Adsly Pro Panel, 25 October 2026 (TON accounts, campaigns classified as gambling by ad text and link), from our channel vs bot study:
| Landing | What the player does after the tap | Gambling declined (campaigns) | Clicks that acted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bot | Presses Start, registers in the chat | 1.8% (29,851) | 13.3% of clicks, 0.155 TON per start (21,674 campaigns) |
| Mini App | Opens the casino inside Telegram from its bot’s link | 2.0% (1,349) | 23.9% launched, all niches, TON accounts (51,730 campaigns) |
| Channel | Joins, reads, then goes to the bot or site | 4.9% (2,409) | 5.3% joined (751 campaigns) |
| Website or PWA | Lands on the site and registers there | — (one Euro account, too thin) | Counted by your tracker |
Sports betting reads the same way: its bot ads turned 16.7% of clicks into starts at 0.101 TON each (3,233 campaigns).
So the easiest offer to put on Telegram is one whose program gives you a bot or a Mini App (“Mini Apps can completely replace any website”, says Telegram’s documentation). A PWA, “an app that’s built using web platform technologies” (MDN), is still a website to Telegram, and a self-serve account cannot link to websites: “Links to external sites are not allowed” (getting started).
That is the gap the Adsly full launch closes. From €5,000 + 30% commission, our team writes the ad texts for moderation (no brand name or bonus amounts in the ad), takes the campaigns to Active, and a dedicated manager runs the whole project — all the traffic, tracking set up end to end, the analytics and daily optimisation; one tap puts the player straight in the program’s bot, Mini App or site. We built that over a year, with our own moderator know-how and a direct line to Telegram moderation.
Red flags of a bad partner program
Agreeing a CPA with a manager is normal; most programs above do it. These are the signs that a deal will cost you money:
- Nothing in writing. The rate, baseline, KPI and hold were said in chat and never confirmed. If it is not written, it can change after your first invoice.
- KPIs you learn after the hold. The quality bar appears only when a payout is cut. A real offer card shows it before you start, as the ClickDealer card above does.
- A hold with no number. “Pending until the quality check” is fine with a published period; open-ended is not.
- Negative carryover on a small RevShare account. One lucky player can wipe several months. Know whether the program carries negatives forward and for how long.
- Telegram not on the allowed list, and no written approval for it.
- No postback, no sub ID. Without them you cannot tie a deposit to the ad that bought it.
- Promises of guaranteed income. No honest program knows your conversion before you send traffic.
Offer checklist: ten questions before you send traffic
Fill it for every offer. A missing answer is a question for the manager, answered in writing.
| # | Question | A good answer looks like |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Payout model | CPA or Hybrid for your first offer; RevShare where the funnel is yours |
| 2 | Rate on day one | A number, not “up to” |
| 3 | FTD and baseline | Minimum deposit and baseline stated, cumulative or not |
| 4 | KPI | Written in the offer card, measurable in your tracker |
| 5 | Hold and payout day | A number of days and a weekday or date |
| 6 | Negative carryover | Stated, with its rule |
| 7 | Traffic sources | Telegram allowed in writing; brand keywords rule for search ads |
| 8 | Geo and language | Rates for your geo; landing in the geo’s language |
| 9 | Landing | A bot or Mini App, or a site you will run through the full launch |
| 10 | Tracking | Postback with sub ID; the event names (registration, FTD) agreed |
Then plug the payout into the gambling budget calculator and see what a click may cost you.
Launch your offer through Adsly
The minimum to launch ads in the gambling niche is €5,000 + 30% commission. If your budget is from €25,000, we open official gambling accounts with a 25% commission. The full launch is our main gambling service: we run the whole project on our infrastructure — the ads written for moderation, the campaigns taken to Active, then all the traffic, tracking, analytics and daily optimisation by a dedicated manager — and the player lands in your offer in one tap. The official gambling account is the higher level for a much bigger budget: Telegram approves the project, no licence needed, brand, bonuses, RTP and a direct link go in the ad as written.
Telegram’s public Ad Policies prohibit gambling ads (§5.6), so gambling runs through these two formats, not a self-serve account. Both come with access in ads.telegram.org and in Adsly Pro Panel, open in 48 hours, no KYC, any crypto.

FAQ
CPA or RevShare: which is better for a beginner?
CPA or Hybrid. You pay for clicks today, and CPA returns money after the hold (7 days at 1win Partners for CPA), while RevShare pays over months and can go negative. Move to RevShare when the players stay in a funnel you own.
How do I compare two offers with different payouts?
Multiply each payout by the share of depositors who will qualify under its baseline and KPI. In our illustration, $200 with 55 of 100 qualifying pays $110 per depositor, $120 with 95 of 100 pays $114.
How long is the hold in gambling affiliate programs?
1win Partners publishes 7 days on CPA. Track360 calls 14 to 30 days typical for CPA and 30 to 60 days for the first RevShare payout. Get your number in writing.
Do partner programs accept Telegram traffic?
Many do, but check the offer card. PIN-UP Partners lists Telegram among its traffic sources, and 1xPartners accepts any source that does not violate its intellectual property. The ClickDealer card above lists search, social, email and native only, so Telegram there needs approval.
Is a bot or a website better for a casino offer on Telegram?
A bot or a Mini App. In Adsly Pro Panel gambling ads to a bot were declined in 1.8% of 29,851 campaigns and ads to a Mini App in 2.0% of 1,349, against 4.9% for channels (TON accounts, 25 October 2026). If your offer lives on a site or a PWA, the full launch takes it there in one tap.
Which geo should I start with?
One where your program has a written rate, you can write in the language, and Telegram has inventory. On Euro accounts Brazil measured €2.22 CPM on 4.7M impressions and Turkey €2.92 on 874k (3 October 2026).
Can I run any gambling offer through Adsly?
Casino, sports betting and iGaming offers run in two formats: the full launch from €5,000 + 30% commission and the official gambling account from €25,000 + 25% commission. Send the offer, geo and budget to @adsly_pro.
