Telegram Ads Reporting & Analytics Tool

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-03 ⏱ 10 min read ✍ Roman

The ADSLY Pro Panel takes a snapshot of every campaign once an hour and builds its reporting from those snapshots: one analytics view across all connected accounts, charts down to a single hour, campaign groups, conversions sent back by your tracker, and export to Excel, CSV or PDF. This page describes what the Analytics section shows today — on Euro, TON and Stars accounts, connected from Telegram Ads or from Adstat — and where its limits are.

The Reporting Gap in Native Telegram Ads

Telegram’s own interface reports one ad at a time. Telegram’s getting-started guide (checked in October 2026) describes a Statistics tab for each ad — creation date, CPM, budget and total views — and a graph of views and of channel joins or bot starts “in increments of minutes or days”. Ad accounts under the same Telegram login are switched through the “Switch to …” menu.

For a handful of ads that is enough. What the guide does not describe is anything above a single ad: combined totals for several accounts, ads grouped by client or product, cost per lead or per sale from your own tracker, or a report file you can send to a client. With dozens of campaigns in more than one account, those are the numbers that end up copied into a spreadsheet by hand.

What ADSLY Analytics Provides

The panel syncs every connected account once an hour and stores each campaign’s metrics as a snapshot. Everything below is computed from those snapshots. Analytics and export are part of the Pro and Agency plans.

Hourly Performance Data

Charts go down to one hour. Choose the last 24 hours, or a custom range of up to two days, and views, clicks, spend, CTR and CPC are drawn hour by hour; longer periods are drawn by day. Hourly snapshots are kept for 30 days, and older periods are served from daily totals. We publish no “best hour to advertise” — we have no hour-of-day benchmark across accounts — so read the hourly chart of your own campaigns to see when your audience responds.

One View Across All Accounts

The Analytics page opens on All Accounts: views, clicks, CTR and actions for every account you can access, with filters that narrow the view to one account, selected groups or a single campaign. Spend is shown per currency. Euro, TON and Stars accounts are billed in three different currencies, so the panel keeps three totals instead of adding euros to TON.

Three charts — Spending, Views & Clicks and CTR & CPC — cover the period you pick: today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, this or last month, a custom range, or all time. Under them, Top Campaigns ranks campaigns by spend for that period and can be switched to rank groups instead. Filter down to one campaign and a CTR that slides week after week on an unchanged ad is visible on the chart.

Campaign Group Analytics

Groups collect campaigns inside one account — by client, by product, by test — and every group gets its own totals in the campaign table and in Analytics. Rules and Auto CPM can be applied to a whole group, and a group can be exported as its own file. Accounts themselves are sorted into folders on the dashboard, which is how agencies keep one client’s accounts apart from another’s.

Conversions From Your Tracker

Telegram reports clicks and “actions” — channel joins and bot starts — not what happens after them. Send leads, conversions and purchases back to the panel by postback and the campaign table adds Leads, CPL, Conversions, CPCv, Purchases, CPS and Revenue next to Telegram’s own columns, for the same period you have selected. Revenue is the figure your tracker reports; the panel does not verify it.

Export: Excel, CSV and PDF

Export produces an Excel or CSV file with the columns you choose (presets: Basic, Detailed, All) or a PDF report. One file covers one account: all of its campaigns, one group, or the campaigns you ticked in the table. Periods run from today to the last 180 days, or a custom range.

For Agencies: Client Reporting

A monthly client report takes three choices: the client’s account, the period, and Export — PDF for a finished report, Excel or CSV for the raw numbers. If one account carries several clients, put each client’s campaigns into a group and export the group.

On the Agency plan each teammate sees only the accounts they were given, as Viewer (campaigns and statistics only) or Manager. Analytics adds up only the accounts that person can open, so one client’s numbers do not leak into another client’s report.

Key Metrics Tracked

What the panel stores for every campaign, each money figure in the account’s own currency:

  • Views — impressions, by hour and by day.

  • Clicks and CTR.

  • Actions and CVR — channel joins and bot starts, as Telegram counts them.

  • CPM, CPC, CPA.

  • Spent, Budget, Balance.

  • Leads, conversions, purchases, revenue — from your postbacks, with cost per lead, per conversion and per sale.

  • Status — Active, In Review, Declined, Stopped, On Hold.

  • Change history — who changed a status, a bid or a budget, and when, including changes made by rules.

The panel has no unique-reach metric: it works with what the ad platform reports, plus your postbacks.

Benchmarks: Know Where You Stand

The panel shows your numbers; it does not grade them against a market average inside the interface. For that, use the benchmarks we publish — measured on our own accounts, 357,827 campaigns with spend on 381 accounts as of 3 October 2026, each account type kept in its own currency.

Euro accounts average €2.97 CPM and 0.85% CTR. The country you target moves the price more than anything else: on Euro accounts, €0.20 per thousand impressions in Uzbekistan against €2.92 in Turkey; on TON accounts, priced in TON, 0.27 in Germany and 0.39 in the USA. Compare like with like — same currency, same country — in the Telegram Ads Benchmark Report 2026.

Native Telegram Ads vs. ADSLY Analytics

The native column follows Telegram’s getting-started guide as checked in October 2026; “not described” means the guide does not mention it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What reporting features does ADSLY provide for Telegram Ads?

Hourly snapshots of every campaign; an Analytics page that covers all your accounts or any one account, group or campaign; charts for spend, views and clicks, CTR and CPC; a Top Campaigns table; conversions from postbacks; and export to Excel, CSV or PDF. It works the same on Euro, TON and Stars accounts, whether they are connected from Telegram Ads or from Adstat.

Can I export Telegram Ads statistics to CSV?

Yes, on the Pro and Agency plans. Export gives you CSV or Excel with the columns you choose, or a PDF report, for a whole account, one group or the campaigns you selected. Each file covers one account; periods go from today to the last 180 days, or a custom range.

Does ADSLY support cross-account Telegram Ads analytics?

Yes. Analytics opens on All Accounts and adds up views, clicks and actions across every account you can access. Spend stays split by currency, because Euro, TON and Stars accounts are billed in different currencies and adding them together would produce a meaningless number.

How does ADSLY analytics compare to native Telegram Ads reporting?

Telegram’s interface gives each ad its own Statistics tab with a graph in minutes or days. ADSLY adds the levels above a single ad — group, account, all accounts — plus conversions from your tracker, a change history for each campaign and export files. It does not replace Telegram’s numbers: views, clicks and spend are the ones the ad platform reports, stored once an hour.

What metrics does ADSLY track for Telegram Ads campaigns?

Views, clicks, CTR, actions, CVR, CPM, CPC, CPA, spend, budget and balance from the ad platform; leads, conversions, purchases and revenue from your postbacks, with cost per lead, per conversion and per sale. Hour-level detail is available for the last 30 days and daily totals for longer periods.

Can I benchmark my Telegram Ads performance against industry averages?

Not inside the panel — there is no built-in benchmark comparison. We publish our own measurements instead: 357,827 campaigns with spend on 381 accounts as of 3 October 2026, with CPM and CTR by account type, country and vertical. Compare your numbers with the benchmark report, within the same currency and the same country.
