Forex Leads in 2026: Traffic Sources for Brokers Compared (FTD, CPL, Telegram, Meta, Google)

In 2026 the forex leads that turn into FTDs come from sources where you own the funnel. A Telegram Ads Euro account from Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, sends traders straight to your registration page in every country, Russia and Ukraine included, opens in 48 hours and starts at €650, €500 of it ad balance. Google takes CFDs and forex only from certified, licensed providers; Meta's rules bar CFD ads; TikTok bans forex ads in the UK and Latin America; bought "recovery" leads are lists of scam victims. On Euro accounts in our Pro Panel, trading campaigns measured €6.64 CPM and €0.259 per click.

A forex lead is worth exactly what it deposits. The CPL a vendor quotes and the CTR a network shows you are steps on the way to one number: what you paid per first-time deposit. This guide ranks every source a broker or introducing broker can buy in October 2026 by that number — what each platform’s own rules allow, how you pay, where the fraud sits — and puts beside it what we measured on Telegram Ads in our Pro Panel, a base of 551,169 campaigns and 1.28 billion impressions.

The short answer

  • FTD volume through your own funnel: Telegram Ads on a Euro account. The ad links to your landing or registration page, your tracker’s sub ID rides in the link, and the deposit comes back to the panel as a postback.
  • A licensed broker in the UK, the EU, Australia or the Gulf: Google Search after certification, plus SEO, plus Telegram for the traders Google never shows your ad to.
  • An IB or affiliate: a CPA or revenue-share deal with the broker, fed by traffic you control — Telegram channels and bots first.
  • Skip: “recovery” leads and bought databases. The first are lists of fraud victims; the second rarely carry consent that names you.

Every line comes from the platform’s own policy page, opened in October 2026. All of them sell impressions or clicks in an auction; what differs is who is let in.

Buying forex leads: what is actually in the file

Search “buy forex leads” or “forex leads provider” and three products come back: fresh form-fills sold as live leads, aged leads that have already been called, and “recovery” leads. All three are priced per name. The vendor is paid when the record arrives, not when it deposits — his incentive runs opposite to yours.

Recovery leads are the one to refuse outright. The FCA describes recovery-room scams as targeting “investors who have been scammed or had failed investments”, run by the original scammers or by others they sold the victims’ details to, and demanding “upfront charges described as a tax, solicitor or administrative fees” (FCA). A recovery lead is a name from exactly that trade, and a broker that calls it inherits the list’s history.

Databases carry a legal bill. The UK regulator on bought lists: “You can only use them if all the people on the list specifically consented to receive that type of message from you”, and “Generic consent covering any third party will not be enough”; live calls need screening against the TPS and your own do-not-call list first (ICO). Under the GDPR, when data did not come from the person, you tell them who you are within a month at the latest, or at first contact (Art. 14); breaches of the core principles and data-subject rights carry fines up to €20 million or 4% of worldwide annual turnover (Art. 83).

If you still test a vendor, get five things before paying: the ad and landing page the lead came from, the consent wording with a timestamp, your brand named in it, exclusivity in the contract, and replacement terms for dead numbers. A vendor who cannot show the first two is selling a list, not leads.

CPA and IB partners: someone else’s funnel, your liability

Affiliate networks and introducing brokers sell you the outcome instead of the click: a fixed payout per qualified FTD (the broker defines “qualified” — minimum deposit, minimum volume), a share of net revenue, a hybrid, or a rebate per traded lot. It is the cleanest pricing on this list; the partner still has to buy the traffic somewhere, which is why so many run Telegram (our forex affiliates playbook).

What regulators add to the deal:

  • CySEC. Circular C217 of 26 June 2017 told Cyprus investment firms to check that affiliates hold any authorisation they need, to keep affiliate marketing “clear, fair and not misleading” by preparing or pre-approving it, and to end and report a deal when an affiliate oversteps; CySEC said it would publish a warning list of non-compliant affiliate sites (Mondaq, Finance Magnates).
  • FCA. Its social-media guidance FG24/1 of 26 March 2024 covers affiliates and influencers: promoting a regulated product “without approval of an appropriate FCA-authorised person” means they “may be committing a criminal offence” (FCA).
  • Google. CFD and forex ads may not lead to affiliate sites “with related content or broker reviews”. An IB review site cannot buy its way into Google Ads; it can only rank organically.
  • Bonuses. ESMA’s CFD measures include “a restriction on the incentives offered to trade CFDs” and a standardised risk warning with “the percentage of losses on a CFD provider’s retail investor accounts” (ESMA, 27 March 2018); the FCA’s permanent rules from 1 August 2019 stop firms “offering monetary and non-monetary inducements to encourage trading” (FCA). A deposit-bonus funnel is off the table for any broker serving retail clients in the EU or the UK.

Google, Meta, TikTok and X: who takes forex in 2026

Google is open to licensed brokers and closed to everyone else. Certification is per country, applied for inside the Google Ads account (Admin, Policy, Account, Apply for certification). The regulators it names include the FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia, the SCA, DFSA or FSRA in the UAE, the Capital Markets Board in Türkiye, the FSCA in South Africa and the CVM in Brazil (CFDs and spread betting only). Financial services verification sits on top, separately for each country: the UK since 6 September 2021, Türkiye since 1 November 2023, Malaysia since 14 April 2026, eleven European markets from 23 July 2026 and thirteen more, Cyprus among them, from 15 September 2026 — 42 countries in all.

Meta lists contract-for-difference trading and binary options under “Ads can’t”. Forex is not named. For a CFD broker that leaves brand and education campaigns, not account-opening ads.

TikTok bans “High-risk investment products, such as forex trading” in the UK and most EU markets, and “Foreign exchange (FX) services” plus CFDs in 14 Latin American markets, Brazil and Mexico included. Since its August 2026 update, CFD ads may run in the US and Canada through a TikTok sales representative.

X permits CFDs and “currency exchange, trading” with a local licence — FCA or GFSC for the UK — after prior certification, and prohibits binary options and financial spread betting outright.

None of Google, Meta and TikTok lists crypto on its payment page (checked 14 October 2026), which matters when your marketing budget sits in crypto. If you need these platforms anyway, the team behind our Telegram accounts runs Meta, Google, TikTok and X for forex and other high-risk offers, done for you, from $10,000 a month of ad budget: Meta, Google, TikTok and X ads.

Native and push networks

Native is the most explicit about forex. Taboola accepts CFDs from advertisers with a licence for the targeted geo, wants a risk notice that names CFDs with a loss percentage “starting no lower than 65%”, rejects affiliate investment campaigns that collect user details unless pre-approved, and prohibits binary options. Push and pop networks are cheap to enter — PropellerAds’ terms put the self-serve deposit at “$100 US Dollars depending on the payment method” — but their public terms carry no forex rule, so moderation is decided campaign by campaign.

Telegram Ads: the trader is already in the feed

Forex lives on Telegram — signal channels, XAUUSD rooms, prop communities — and Telegram’s ad guidelines do not name forex, CFDs or brokers. Section 5.7 bans “offers of investment with guaranteed return” and “insider tips on investments”. Write a feature, an analysis or a lesson with a risk line, and the ad runs.

A Euro account from Adsly, the official Telegram Ads partner, is built for the broker’s funnel:

  • Links to external sites — your landing, registration page or app — with your tracker’s sub ID in the URL.
  • Russia and Ukraine in reach, which Telegram gives Euro accounts only; every account is World, countries chosen per campaign.
  • A direct line to Telegram moderation when an ad is declined. Decisions usually come in under an hour; 98.5% of Euro campaigns had one within three hours (13,199 campaigns created through Pro Panel on 7–27 September 2026, measured on 3 October).
  • €650 to start, €500 of it ad balance, opened in 48 hours after payment, no KYC, any crypto, Pro Panel free for the life of the account.

Trading campaigns measured in Pro Panel, lifetime counters as of 18 October 2026, campaigns with spend:

The first row comes from 37 Euro accounts, the largest with 40.4% of the impressions; the forex-and-broker row from 28. CTR and CPC leave out campaigns above 25% CTR. The last column is Telegram’s “actions” — channel joins and bot starts, not deposits. TON prices stay in TON; we never add them to euros. The prop row is a single advertiser sending clicks to its own challenge page; prop-trading channels as an audience are measured in our prop firm guide.

Single-country forex campaigns, all account types:

Target countryCampaignsImpressionsClicksCTR
United Arab Emirates250612,59914,0192.29%
Brazil216,4354767.38%
Türkiye1229,0804681.61%

The UAE row is a real sample; Brazil and Türkiye are too small to plan a budget on — a reason to test, not a forecast. In Russia, reachable on Euro only, forex and trading campaigns ran 2,470 times from 15 accounts at €3.33 CPM, 0.60% CTR and €0.559 per click. Country pages: UAE, Türkiye, Brazil; every country’s price is in CPM by country.

Why forex moved to TON this autumn — and why site funnels stay on Euro

Around 22 August 2026 Telegram gave self-serve TON accounts the audience targeting Euro accounts had, countries included. We saw it in the ad form itself; Telegram published no announcement. Forex followed within weeks: in our panel, TON campaigns whose ad text names forex, a broker, XAUUSD, EURUSD, MT4 or MT5 went from 275 started in July (4 accounts) and 107 in August (8) to 2,896 in September (11), and the September batch has spent 6,094 TON so far against 2,463 TON for July’s.

Then they hit the line on Telegram’s own getting-started page: “Links to external sites are not allowed.” Not one TON trading campaign with spend in our panel links to a website — 5,917 send to a bot, 1,451 to a channel, 940 to a mini app. On Euro accounts, 764 trading campaigns from 14 accounts link straight to a site.

That splits the market cleanly. A signal channel or an education bot can live inside Telegram. A broker whose money is made on its own registration, KYC and deposit screens needs ads that leave Telegram — the Euro account, which also brings Russia, Ukraine and the direct line to moderation.

FTD economics: from a €0.26 click to the price of a deposit

Cost per FTD = CPC ÷ (click-to-registration rate × registration-to-FTD rate). Take the measured €0.259 per click on Euro trading campaigns and put your own funnel rates in:

Click to registrationReg to FTD 10%Reg to FTD 20%Reg to FTD 30%
2%€129.50€64.75€43.17
5%€51.80€25.90€17.27
10%€25.90€12.95€8.63

The rates are scenarios, not measurements — your CRM holds the real ones. Compare your cell with your CPA payout or target cost per FTD and you know within days whether a geo stays.

A bot-first funnel starts from a different number: on Euro trading campaigns a join or bot start cost €1.806, and 14.3% of clicks became one. At 20% from bot start to registration and 20% from registration to FTD, that is €45.15 per FTD.

Count deposits where you count spend. Pro Panel takes postbacks from Keitaro, RedTrack, Binom or Voluum, or straight from your backend; words like “signup”, “ftd” and “deposit” are understood, and each campaign shows its leads, conversions, cost per conversion and revenue in the panel, in reports and in automation rules (how postbacks work). A rule can then pause every campaign whose cost per conversion crosses your line.

Regulators by market: what each one changes in your plan

  • ASIC, Australia. The CFD product intervention order runs to 23 May 2027, with leverage limits from 30:1 to 2:1; in its first six months retail clients’ aggregate net losses fell 91%, from about A$372 million to A$33 million a quarter (ASIC). Google asks for an ASIC licence, X for ASIC registration.
  • DFSA, FSRA and SCA, UAE. Google’s forex page accepts a licence from any of the three; for crypto ads it asks for FSRA or VARA.
  • CMB, Türkiye. Google requires a Capital Markets Board licence for CFD and forex ads and verification since 1 November 2023.

A 30-day test: two funnels, one number

  1. Days 1–2. Open the Euro account (48 hours). Set up the tracker, the sub ID in the link and the FTD postback before the first ad goes live.
  2. Days 3–10. Run the registration page and a lead-warming bot side by side in three countries you are licensed or contracted for, with a landing and risk line per language.
  3. Days 11–20. Judge by cost per FTD, not CTR. Move budget to the funnel-country pairs under target; cut the rest.
  4. Days 21–30. Scale the survivors with Bulk Create across countries and topics, schedule ads to the London and New York sessions, and add a second source — Google if you hold the licence, CPA partners if you don’t.

FAQ

What is the best traffic source for forex brokers in 2026?

The one that delivers FTDs through a funnel you own. For most brokers that is Telegram Ads on a Euro account: ads link to your registration page, Russia and Ukraine are in reach, and it opens in 48 hours from €650. Licensed brokers add Google Search after certification; others add CPA and IB partners.

Is it safe to buy forex leads?

Only with proof: the source ad and landing, the consent wording with a timestamp, your brand named in it. UK rules allow texting or emailing a bought list only if everyone on it “specifically consented to receive that type of message from you”, and the GDPR requires telling people who you are within a month.

What are recovery leads and why avoid them?

People who already lost money on a scam or a failed investment. The FCA says recovery-room fraudsters target exactly them and that the original scammers sell victims’ details on. Buying them puts you in that chain.

Can forex brokers advertise on Google and Facebook in 2026?

On Google, yes, with a licence in the targeted country, certification and financial services verification, now required in 42 countries. On Meta, CFD and binary-options ads are not allowed.

How much does a forex FTD cost on Telegram Ads?

It depends on your funnel. Euro trading campaigns in our Pro Panel cost €0.259 per click; at 5% click-to-registration and 20% registration-to-FTD that is €25.90 per FTD, at 2% and 10% it is €129.50. With FTD postbacks in Pro Panel you see the real figure per campaign.

Can Telegram Ads send traffic to my broker’s registration page?

Yes, on a Euro account: ads link to external sites with your tracker’s sub ID. Self-serve TON accounts cannot — Telegram’s getting-started page says “Links to external sites are not allowed”.

Do I need a licence to open a Euro account through Adsly?

No. Adsly opens the account on its EU entity in 48 hours without KYC, whatever your licence status. Your copy follows the rules of each country you target, and Telegram’s guidelines ban guaranteed-return claims everywhere.

Message @adsly_pro with your countries and funnel, or open a Euro account and run your first FTD test this week.
