Telegram Ads Multi-Account Dashboard

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-03 ⏱ 12 min read ✍ Roman

Agencies, media buyers and larger advertisers rarely run Telegram Ads from a single account. The ADSLY Pro Panel puts every account you connect — Euro, TON and Stars, from Telegram Ads or from Adstat — behind one login, with folders, analytics across all accounts, bulk actions and per-account team access. There is no ceiling on the number of accounts: a plan includes a set of slots and more are added one at a time.

The Problem: Managing Multiple Telegram Ads Accounts

Telegram’s interface handles several accounts as long as they sit under one Telegram login. Telegram’s getting-started guide (checked in October 2026) says the platform “allows you to be simultaneously logged in to multiple organizations, as well as your personal ad account”, and that you change between them with the “Switch to …” menu under your name.

The trouble starts when the accounts do not sit under one login: a client’s account, an account opened for a separate project, accounts held by different teammates. Each of those is its own Telegram session, which means signing out and in again or keeping a browser profile per account. The usual workaround is a set of Chrome profiles or an anti-detect browser, plus a spreadsheet of balances and spend that someone updates by hand.

Even under one login, the guide describes no combined statistics for several accounts and no roles. Linking a group or channel as an organization “gives all admins of that chat the ability to manage advertisements created by the organization” — access follows the chat’s admin list, and no read-only level is described.

The Solution: One Dashboard for All Accounts

Connect each account to ADSLY once — by confirming a request in Telegram, through the browser extension, with a session token, or with an Adstat login for Adstat-sourced accounts. From then on it opens from the dashboard in one click, whichever Telegram login it belongs to.

The dashboard lists every account with its balance in its own currency and its count of active, in-review, declined, stopped and on-hold campaigns. Sync All refreshes every account at once, and Recent Activity shows the latest status, budget and automation changes.

Inside an account you get the full campaign manager: creation, bulk edits, rules, Auto CPM, analytics and export. Nothing about the account changes on Telegram’s side — it keeps its own balance, currency and billing.

Key Features for Multi-Account Management

Instant Account Switching

Every connected account is on the dashboard, and the campaign manager has an account switcher with search. Picking an account opens its campaigns without another Telegram sign-in. Folders turn a long list into tabs — “Client A”, “Tests” — with a colour for each: drag an account onto a tab or assign it from its row, and star one folder so the dashboard opens on it.

Cross-Account Analytics

Analytics opens on All Accounts: views, clicks, CTR and actions added up across every account you can access, with charts down to one hour for the last 30 days. Spend is shown per currency, because Euro, TON and Stars accounts are billed differently and their totals cannot be added. The Top Campaigns table shows which account each campaign belongs to, and a filter narrows everything to one account.

Bulk Campaign Editing in Every Account

Inside an account, select campaigns by checkbox, by filter or with Select All and change CPM, budget, status, title or text in one action; copy, recreate, attach rules, export or delete the same way. A selection belongs to one account. For the same change in five accounts you repeat the action five times, switching accounts from the manager.

Team Access Control

On the Agency plan you invite teammates with one-time invite links and give each of them, per account, one of three levels: Viewer (campaigns and statistics only), Manager (full access to manage campaigns) or no access. The Access Matrix shows every teammate against every account on one screen. Separate switches decide whether a teammate may add accounts, invite others or share the accounts they manage.

IF/THEN Automation Rules

Rules attach to a campaign, a group or a whole account and are checked after each hourly sync. Examples: if CPM over the last 6 hours exceeds your threshold, pause the campaign; if spend passes a limit, pause; if CTR falls below target, notify — the event lands in the hourly digest and nothing is changed. A rule saved as a draft lives on your ADSLY login, and Apply to cabinets copies it into every account you tick, where it runs as that account’s own rule.

Status Counts for Every Account

For each account the dashboard shows how many campaigns are active, in review, declined, stopped and on hold. A declined count tells you which account needs attention before you open it; inside the account, filter the table by status to get the declined ads themselves.

Native Telegram Ads UI vs ADSLY

The native column follows Telegram’s getting-started guide as checked in October 2026; “not described” means the guide does not mention it.

Who Uses Multi-Account Management?

Agencies Managing Client Portfolios

An agency running Telegram Ads for several clients needs each client’s accounts in one place, access per person, and a report per client. Folders separate the clients, Viewer and Manager levels separate the team, and export produces a file per account or per group.

Media Buyers Running Multiple Verticals

Media buyers often keep one account per vertical or per offer, and mix Euro and TON accounts. The All Accounts view puts them side by side, spend per currency, and a rule draft that works in one account can be applied to the others.

Large Projects with Separate Accounts per Product

Companies with several products or brands keep separate accounts so budgets do not mix. Each account keeps its own balance and billing; the dashboard only adds a common view on top.

Traffic Arbitrage Teams

Teams that scale across many accounts need to see quickly where ads were declined and where budget ran out. Status counts and balances for every account are on one screen, and Sync All refreshes them on demand.

Pricing for Multi-Account Management

You pay for slots, and there is no ceiling on them. Pro is $129/month with 3 account slots; Agency is $229/month with 10 account slots and adds team management. On either plan each extra slot is $19/month. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months takes 10%, 20% or 30% off. The Free plan costs $0, and every sign-up starts with three days of Pro.

Start managing all your accounts today. ADSLY manages 500,000+ campaigns — and a Euro account opens for any country. All three account types (TON, Euro, Stars). Automation rules. Bulk edit 100+ campaigns in one action. Analytics across all accounts built in. Get started — 3-day Pro trial →

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Telegram Ads accounts can I connect?

There is no hard limit. Pro includes 3 account slots and Agency includes 10; every further slot is $19/month, added one at a time as you grow. Euro, TON and Stars accounts can be mixed freely.

Do I need separate logins for each account?

No. You connect each account once, and after that one ADSLY login opens all of them — no signing out and in, no browser profiles. If Telegram ends an account’s session, the panel asks you to reconnect that account; its campaigns, statistics and settings stay in place.

Can I see analytics across all accounts at once?

Yes. Analytics opens on All Accounts and adds up views, clicks and actions across every account you can access, with spend shown per currency. Filter by account, group or campaign and by any period. An export file covers one account at a time.

What types of accounts are supported (TON/Euro/Stars)?

All three: Euro accounts billed in euros, TON accounts funded in TON, and Stars accounts, which exist only for channel and bot owners spending Stars their channel earned. Accounts sourced through Adstat are supported as well. Each account keeps its own balance and currency, and you can mix types freely on one dashboard.

Can I assign team members to specific accounts only?

Yes, on the Agency plan. Each teammate gets Viewer, Manager or no access for each account, so a manager working on Client A does not see Client B’s accounts at all.

Is there an API for multi-account management?

Yes, on the Pro and Agency plans. A key can be scoped to one account, several or all of them and returns accounts, campaigns, statistics and analytics at 60 requests per minute. With Manage campaigns switched on, it can also create, edit, pause and fund campaigns in those accounts, including bulk actions on up to 1,000 campaigns at once. Webhooks report status changes and an hourly digest to your own endpoint.

How does pricing work for multiple accounts?

Pro is $129/month with 3 account slots, Agency is $229/month with 10. Each extra slot is $19/month on either plan, and 3-, 6- and 12-month terms are 10%, 20% and 30% cheaper. Team access control comes with Agency.
