Telegram Ads Bulk Edit — Manage 100s of Campaigns at Once (2026)
On ads.telegram.org each ad is edited on its own: Telegram's getting-started guide describes changing the "CPM" and "Current Budget" fields ad by ad and describes no way to select several ads at once. The ADSLY Pro Panel acts on a whole selection: tick campaigns, filter them, or use Select All for everything matching the filter, then set or shift CPM by an amount or a percent, add, decrease or withdraw budget, start or pause, edit title, text and media, copy, recreate declined ads, attach rules, export or delete. Each action runs inside one account as a background task, on Euro, TON and Stars accounts alike. This guide covers the operations, when each matters, and the workflow.
TL;DR
Bulk editing is the difference between managing 10 campaigns and managing 500:
- Telegram’s own interface: one ad at a time. Painful at scale.
- ADSLY Pro Panel: CPM, budget, status, text, media, copy and recreation on a whole selection in one action.
- Biggest win: launches and fixes that touch dozens of campaigns at once — a bid change across a group, a budget top-up before a promotion, declined ads re-submitted with new text.
Bulk operations available: CPM (exact value, ± amount, ± percent), budget (add, decrease, withdraw all), start and pause, batch edit of title, text, media, CPM and status, copy, recreate declined ads (with AI rewording if you want it), rules, Auto CPM, export and delete. Each runs inside one account; you switch accounts without signing in again.
When bulk editing matters
The pain grows with campaign count. As a working estimate — our judgement of the clicks involved, not a measurement:
- 10 campaigns: the native interface is tolerable.
- 50 campaigns: a simple CPM bump is 50 separate edits — at about 30 seconds each, 25 minutes.
- 100+ campaigns: a full round of CPM, budget and status checks is close to two hours of clicking, per account.
- Declined ads: every declined ad in a large launch has to be fixed and re-submitted; doing that one by one is where most of the morning goes.
Bulk editing turns each of these into a selection and one action.
The operations
| Operation | What it does | When |
|---|---|---|
| CPM | Set an exact CPM, or raise or lower it by an amount or a percent | Delivery drop, price change in a country |
| Budget | Add an amount, decrease by an amount, or Withdraw all back to the account balance | Scaling winners, ending a promotion |
| Play / Pause | Switch the selection to Active or On Hold after one confirmation | Payment problem, landing page down, offer paused |
| Edit | Change title, ad text, media, CPM, status or views per user; empty fields stay as they are | Rebrand, new offer wording |
| Copy | Duplicate campaigns, with a new budget, CPM, group, title, text, link or media if you fill them in | Cloning a winner, staging variants |
| Recreate / AI Recreate | Re-submit declined ads, optionally with new text, link, budget or CPM; AI Recreate rewords the text | Moderation declines |
| Rules, Auto CPM, Export, Delete | Attach an IF/THEN rule, switch automatic bidding on or off, download Excel, CSV or PDF, remove campaigns | Hand-off to automation, reporting, clean-up |
There is no bulk change of targeting: Telegram does not let an ad’s targeting be edited after submission, so new targeting means a new campaign — built in bulk from the create form.
Why declined ads make bulk tools essential
A declined ad does not fix itself. On our own accounts 86.8% of reviewed TON ads, 95.6% of Euro ads and 99.9% of Stars ads end up approved (3 October 2026), so a 100-campaign launch on TON can easily bring back a dozen declines. Without bulk tools that means opening each declined ad, rewriting it and submitting it again, while the live campaigns still need their bids tuned.
With the panel the same morning looks different: filter by Declined, Select All, press Recreate — or AI Recreate to have the text reworded on each attempt — then select the live campaigns and adjust CPM in one action. Review itself is fast: over 98% of 13,199 campaigns we timed in September 2026 got a decision within three hours on every account type. An account-level auto-recreate setting can re-submit declined ads after each sync without you.
The workflow
- Open the ADSLY Pro Panel and pick the account from the account switcher.
- Filter campaigns by status, group, period or search.
- Select the set — tick rows, or Select All for everything matching the filter.
- Apply the bulk operation (CPM / budget / status / edit / copy / recreate / rules).
- Confirm — the change runs as a background task with a progress widget, and each change is sent to Telegram campaign by campaign while you keep working.
Pair bulk editing with automation rules for hands-off management.
FAQ
What can I bulk-edit?
CPM, budget (add, decrease, withdraw all), status, title, ad text, media and views per user; plus copy, recreate, rules, Auto CPM, export and delete — on any selection inside one account. Euro, TON and Stars accounts support the same actions.
Is bulk edit free?
Bulk CPM, budget, status, edit, recreate and delete are in every plan, including Free; copy, rules, Auto CPM and export are part of the Pro and Agency plans. The Pro Panel is included with every account Adsly opens; for accounts opened elsewhere it is Free $0, Pro $129/month or Agency $229/month, with three days of Pro at sign-up.
Why can’t I do this in native Telegram Ads?
Telegram’s getting-started guide describes editing each ad through its own “CPM” and “Current Budget” fields and “Create similar ad” for a new version; it describes no way to select several ads and change them together. That is the gap the Pro Panel fills.
Who needs bulk edit most?
Anyone running more than a few dozen campaigns per account, agencies running many accounts, and advertisers whose launches regularly bring back declined ads. Below about 20 campaigns the native interface is tolerable — a judgement, not a measured threshold.
What’s mass recreation?
Re-submitting declined ads in bulk, optionally with a new text, link, budget or CPM. AI Recreate rewords the text for you on each attempt — a few words swapped, the same meaning and language. We publish no recovery rate for it.
Can I bulk-edit across accounts?
Not in one action. A selection lives inside one account; you switch accounts from the campaign manager without signing in again and repeat the action. Rule drafts can be applied to several accounts at once, and Analytics shows all accounts together.
How much time does it save?
We have not timed customers and publish no measured figure. As a working estimate, changing CPM on 100 campaigns one by one is about 50 minutes of clicking; in the panel it is one selection and one action, and the task runs in the background.
Does bulk edit risk errors?
The action shows how many campaigns it will touch and asks for confirmation; batch edit leaves empty fields unchanged. Task History shows what each bulk task did and which campaigns failed, and the action log records every status, CPM and budget change — so a mistake is visible and can be reversed with another bulk action.
Bulk editing is what makes high-volume Telegram Ads management possible — editing one ad at a time collapses at 50+ campaigns. The ADSLY Pro Panel changes CPM, budget, status, text and media on a whole selection, and copies or recreates declined ads in bulk, on Euro, TON and Stars accounts. The biggest gains come from launches and fixes that touch dozens of campaigns at once.
