Telegram Ads Bulk Campaign Manager: Create & Edit 100+ Campaigns

📅 2026-04-08 🔄 Updated: 2026-10-03 ⏱ 5 min read ✍ Roman

On ads.telegram.org every ad is created and edited on its own; Telegram's getting-started guide offers a "Create similar ad" link and describes no bulk editing. In the ADSLY Pro Panel you build campaigns in bulk — several texts × several links × a list of channels, with an optional split by country, topic or device — and then act on a whole selection at once: start or pause, set or shift CPM by an amount or a percent, add or withdraw budget, edit title, text and media, copy, recreate declined ads, attach rules, export, delete. Bulk actions run inside one account at a time, on Euro, TON and Stars accounts alike.

A bulk campaign manager lets you create, edit and control hundreds of Telegram Ads campaigns as one selection instead of opening them one by one. In the ADSLY Pro Panel that covers creation, CPM, budget, status, text, copying, recreation of declined ads, rules, export and deletion — on Euro, TON and Stars accounts, connected from Telegram Ads or from Adstat.

The Scale Problem: Why Manual Campaign Management Breaks

At 10 campaigns the native Telegram Ads interface is manageable. You open each ad, adjust the CPM, check the budget, move on.

Telegram’s getting-started guide (checked in October 2026) describes editing one ad at a time: click the “Current Budget” field to add budget, the “CPM” field to change the bid, and “Create similar ad” to start a new ad with the same text and parameters. It describes no way to select several ads and change them together.

The cost of that is plain arithmetic. As a working estimate — our judgement of the clicks involved, not a measurement:

  • CPM adjustment: about 30 seconds per campaign × 100 campaigns = 50 minutes

  • Budget top-up: about 20 seconds each × 100 = 33 minutes

  • Status check and pause: about 15 seconds each × 100 = 25 minutes

  • One full round: close to two hours of clicking

And that is one account. With several accounts, the same round repeats in each of them.

Bulk Operations in ADSLY: What You Can Actually Do

Every bulk action starts from a selection in the campaign table: tick rows, filter by status, group, target or search, or use Select All, which takes every campaign that matches the current filter, not only the rows already on screen. The action then runs as a background task with a progress widget, and you keep working.

Mass CPM Adjustment

Press CPM in the batch bar. Edit CPM has five modes: set an exact value, raise or lower the bid by an amount, or raise or lower it by a percent. Every selected campaign gets the change. If you would rather not set bids by hand, Enable Auto CPM switches the selection to automatic bidding on channel and bot targeting.

Mass Pause / Resume

Play and Pause switch every selected campaign to Active or On Hold after one confirmation. A payment problem, a policy question or a landing page that went down takes one action per account instead of one per campaign.

Mass Budget Changes

Budget opens three options: add an amount to every selected campaign, decrease by an amount, or Withdraw all, which returns whatever is left on each campaign to the account balance.

Bulk Campaign Creation

The create form has a Bulk mode for targets: paste channel usernames one per line, set how many targets go into each campaign, add several ad texts, media variants and links, and the form multiplies them. Tick a split — a separate campaign per country, per topic or per device — and those multiply too. A live counter next to the button shows the formula before you submit, for example “2 texts × 3 target groups × 2 devices = 12 campaigns”.

The batch runs in the background. You can stop it, see which campaigns failed and why, and retry only the failed ones. Save Template stores the filled form — up to five templates per account — and macros such as {country}, {topic}, {device}, {counter} and {date} fill titles, texts and links, which is how each campaign gets its own UTM tag.

Edit, Copy, Recreate, Rules, Export

Edit changes title, ad text, media, CPM and status for the whole selection; empty fields are left as they are. Copy duplicates the selected campaigns, with a new budget, CPM, group, title, text, link or media if you fill those in. Recreate re-submits declined ads, and the account-level auto-recreate setting can do it for you, with AI rewording the text on each attempt. Rules attaches an IF/THEN rule to the selection, Export downloads it as Excel, CSV or PDF, and Delete removes it after a confirmation. Copy, rules, Auto CPM and export are part of the Pro and Agency plans.

One Account at a Time, Any Account Type

A selection lives inside one account, and the account switcher at the top of the campaign manager moves you to the next one without signing in again. The same actions work on Euro, TON and Stars accounts. Two things do cross accounts: rule drafts, which Apply to cabinets copies into every account you tick, and Analytics, which adds up all accounts.

Working Estimate: Where the Time Goes

We publish no measured “hours saved” figure — we have never timed customers. What changes is the shape of the work, shown here against the working estimate above:

  • CPM round on 100 campaigns: about 50 minutes of single edits becomes one selection and one Edit CPM action per account

  • Launching 50 campaigns: 50 passes through the create form become one bulk build

  • Stopping spend in an account: 100 toggles become Select All and Pause

  • Budget top-ups: 100 single edits become one Budget action

The task itself still takes time to run — each change is sent to the ad platform campaign by campaign — but it runs in the background while you do something else.

Use Cases: When Bulk Campaign Management Matters Most

Split-Testing at Scale

Put three texts and two creatives against a list of channels and the form builds every combination. Group the batch, let it run, then sort by CTR or cost per action, select the losers and pause them in one action.

Seasonal Budget Adjustments

Before a sale or an event, filter the campaigns that carry the offer and add budget to all of them at once. When it ends, pause them or use Withdraw all to bring the unspent budget back to the account balance, so no campaign is left running with an inflated budget.

Emergency Pause-All

A payment issue, a policy flag or an unexpected cost spike means you need to stop spend now. Select All, Pause, confirm — repeat in each account. A global rule that pauses any campaign once spend crosses a threshold covers the hours when nobody is at the screen.

Cloning a Winning Campaign

Select a campaign that works, press Copy, change the budget, text or link if needed, and the copy is created in the same account with the original left untouched. To reuse a set-up in another account, build the campaign there again: a campaign cannot be copied across accounts, and form templates are stored per account.

Comparison: Native Telegram Ads vs ADSLY Bulk Manager

The native column follows Telegram’s getting-started guide as checked in October 2026; “not described” means the guide does not mention it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bulk create Telegram Ads campaigns?

Yes. The create form multiplies several texts, media variants and links by a list of channels, and can split the result into a separate campaign per country, topic or device. A counter shows how many campaigns will be created before you submit; the batch runs in the background and failed campaigns can be retried on their own.

How do I mass-edit CPM on Telegram Ads campaigns?

Select the campaigns — by checkbox, by filter or with Select All — and press CPM. Set an exact value, or raise or lower the current bid by an amount or a percent. To hand bidding over, enable Auto CPM for the selection instead.

Does ADSLY support bulk campaign management across multiple accounts?

Each bulk action runs inside one account; you switch accounts from the campaign manager without signing in again and repeat it. Euro, TON and Stars accounts all support the same actions. Rule drafts can be applied to several accounts at once, and Analytics covers all accounts together.

What is the fastest way to pause all Telegram Ads campaigns?

Open the account, use Select All — it takes every campaign that matches the current filter — and press Pause. One confirmation switches them all to On Hold. Repeat per account, or keep a rule in each account that pauses campaigns when spend crosses your limit.

Can I clone winning campaigns to other ad accounts?

Copy works inside the account the campaign belongs to: it duplicates the campaign with the same targeting and lets you change budget, CPM, text, link or media. Copying into a different account is not supported, and form templates are stored per account, so the campaign is built again in the other account.

How much time does bulk campaign management actually save?

We have no measured figure and do not publish one. As a working estimate, changing CPM on 100 campaigns one by one is about 50 minutes of clicking; in the panel it is one selection and one action, and the task runs in the background.
