Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

ADSLY.PRO ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Adsly EU, an entity registered in the European Union. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it when you use our campaign management platform.

If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach our team at any time via Telegram: @adsly_pro.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, name, password, Telegram handle
• Telegram Ads Credentials: API tokens and account credentials needed to access Telegram's advertising platform
• Payment Information: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and invoice amounts (processed via a third-party crypto payment processor)
• Campaign Data: Advertising campaigns, creatives, targeting settings
• Cabinet Order Data (Euro Cabinet): URL being advertised, niche, country, project description

2.2 Information We Deliberately Do Not Collect

By design, Adsly minimises the personal data it stores. We do not collect, ask for, or hold:

• KYC documents
• Government-issued identity documents
• Proof of address
• Business registration or incorporation documents
• Banking details or card numbers (cryptocurrency settlement is handled by our payments partner, not by us)

This minimisation is intentional: it reduces the data we would need to disclose in the event of a legal request and limits the impact of any future security incident.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Features used, pages viewed, time spent
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies: Session cookies, authentication tokens, attribution cookies (UTM/ref source on .adsly.pro)
• Analytics: Page views via Yandex.Metrika (no Webvisor) and our internal funnel analytics
• Log Data: Server logs, error reports

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the campaign management platform
• Process your advertising campaigns through Telegram's API
• Retrieve and display campaign analytics
• Authenticate users and maintain security
• Process cryptocurrency subscription and top-up payments
• Improve features and user experience
• Send service-related notifications
• Attribute traffic sources and optimize marketing channels (Meta Pixel, Yandex.Metrika, internal funnel)

4. Data Sharing

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Adsly does not sell, rent, license, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Personal data is shared only with the limited service providers listed in §4.2, and only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the Service the customer has ordered.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share information with:

• Hosting Providers: For infrastructure and data storage
• Payment Processor: Third-party cryptocurrency payment processor — wallet addresses and invoice amounts
• Telegram Platform: To provide the core Service functionality. When opening a Euro Cabinet we send the URL and niche of the project, not personal info.
• Analytics (Yandex.Metrika, Meta Pixel): Aggregated page-view and conversion data. We do not transmit credentials or campaign content.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect customer data:

• Encryption in transit. All data transmitted between the customer and Adsly is protected by HTTPS/TLS.
• Encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt); API tokens and Telegram session cookies are encrypted at rest.
• Access controls. Employee access to customer data is restricted on a need-to-know basis and is logged for audit.
• Infrastructure hardening. The platform runs on a hardened Linux stack behind a reverse proxy, with rate limiting and CAPTCHA on authentication endpoints.
• Incident response. In the event of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users without undue delay, in line with GDPR Article 33–34.

As with any online service, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We continuously improve our controls and disclose any material incident as required by law.

6. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data retained while account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data deleted within 90 days of account termination
• Attribution Cookies: 60 days (UTM/ref tracking on .adsly.pro)
• Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc): 90 days

7. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to @adsly_pro:

• Access. View the personal data we hold about you, directly in the dashboard or on request.
• Correction. Update or correct any inaccurate data through account settings or by writing to support.
• Deletion. Request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
• Export. Request a machine-readable copy of the data you have provided to us.
• Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent (for example, marketing communications), you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If we ever decline a request — for example, because the data is required to comply with an ongoing legal obligation — we will explain the specific reason in writing.

8. GDPR — Rights of European Users

If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the following statutory rights in relation to your personal data, in addition to the rights described in §7:

• Right of access (GDPR Art. 15)
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)

• Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Right to data portability (Art. 20)
• Right to object to processing (Art. 21)
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making with legal effect (Art. 22)
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence

The lawful bases on which we process personal data are: performance of the contract you enter into with us (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Service (Art. 6(1)(f)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and your consent where specifically requested (Art. 6(1)(a)).

9. Browser Extension (Adsly Manager)

We provide an optional Chrome browser extension "Adsly Manager" to enhance the user experience.

9.1 Extension Purpose

The extension serves a single purpose: to enable quick login to Telegram Ads accounts from the Adsly panel without manually copying authentication tokens.

9.2 Data Collected by Extension

• Telegram Session Cookies: The extension reads authentication cookies from ads.telegram.org domain when you add an account to Adsly
• No Browsing History: We do not collect or access your browsing history
• No Personal Data: The extension does not collect any personal information beyond what is necessary for account authentication

9.3 How Extension Data is Used

• Authentication cookies are transmitted securely to Adsly servers via HTTPS
• Cookies are used solely to authenticate your Telegram Ads accounts
• No data is sold or shared with third parties
• No remote code is executed by the extension

9.4 Extension Permissions

• cookies: Required to read/set Telegram authentication cookies
• storage: Used only for extension settings, not sensitive data
• Host access to telegram.org: Required to manage Telegram Ads session cookies

9.5 Data Security

All data transmitted between the extension and Adsly servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted on our servers.

10. Children's Privacy

ADSLY.PRO is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where a change materially expands the scope of data we collect or how we use it, we will notify active users in advance, by in-product notice or by email to the address on file. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
