Our TON cabinets open on the Adsly EU entity (same one that hosts our Euro cabinets) — Telegram sees an established advertiser pool with a moderation track record. Result: higher first-submission approval rate on financially-regulated and high-compliance niches, plus you skip the wallet setup and crypto bridging steps.

Different cabinets for different campaigns. Euro — 32 countries with per-country / language / topic / device / Subscriber Audience targeting, video ads, external URL destinations, direct moderator support with human escalation; commission 20-50% tiered by niche and geo. TON — worldwide reach via a list of Telegram channels and bots (no per-country setup, by design), Telegram destinations only (channel/bot/mini-app), text format, auto-moderation; flat 25% commission across niches (40% for gambling and nutra). Same €500 minimum (€2,000 for gambling and nutra), same EU entity. Pick by what your campaign needs.

Telegram does not deliver TON-funded ads in RU, UA, IL, PS, DE. Everywhere else, your ads can be served — but you cannot target a specific country. If you need RU/UA/IL/PS/DE audience, pick the Euro cabinet (which supports RU among others).

€500 minimum first deposit (€2,000 for gambling and nutra). Flat 25% Adsly commission on the deposit, 40% for gambling and nutra. Pay any crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, etc.) via Heleket — we convert to TON at the rate snapshot taken when the invoice is created.

TON cabinets only link to Telegram destinations: a public channel, a bot, or a Telegram mini-app. External URLs (landing pages, websites) are not supported on TON. If you need to drive traffic to a website, use a Euro cabinet.

Once the EUR deposit is converted and credited to the cabinet as TON, any unspent TON balance is not refundable by Adsly. TON price fluctuations between EUR quote and on-chain deposit are absorbed by our FX buffer included in the invoice. See /terms for the full TON-cabinet section.

Typically same-day after payment confirmation. The Adsly EU entity already has an established Telegram Ads relationship, so cabinet provisioning is faster than self-serve (which can take days waiting on TON network confirmations + ads.telegram.org first-cabinet review).

TON cabinets use Telegram's automated moderation (no human escalation channel for TON, unlike Euro). We help by reviewing your creatives before submission so they pass auto-moderation on the first try.
