Telegram Ads Euro-cabinet — Frequently Asked Questions

A Euro-cabinet is an official Telegram Ads account billed in EUR. It runs on Telegram’s native advertising platform (ads.telegram.org) and supports the full set of targeting options: 16 countries, 42+ topic categories, language, device (iOS / Android / Desktop), subscriber-audience targeting, and video ads.

Compared to a TON-cabinet (which can only target specific channels), a Euro-cabinet lets you target audiences across the entire Telegram network — by who they are, where they are, and what they read.

Telegram only issues Euro-cabinets through accredited resellers — you can’t open one yourself. ADSLY is one of those resellers. We open the cabinet on our EU legal entity and hand you operational access. Your campaigns, your budget, our infrastructure on the back end.

Within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed on-chain. Business hours = Monday–Friday. Weekends do not count. If you pay Friday afternoon, your cabinet is opened by Tuesday afternoon.

No. We don’t request government IDs, proof of address, business registration, or any KYC documents. We don’t need you to have an EU company or an EU bank account.

The only things we need from you: your Telegram contact, the URL or Telegram resource you’ll be advertising, and what niche it falls into.

Because the legal entity behind the cabinet is ours, not yours. Telegram’s KYC requirements apply to the reseller-of-record — that’s us. You’re a downstream user of our Pro Panel, and our compliance is based on what you advertise (the niche), not on who you are personally.

€500 minimum for the first deposit. Subsequent top-ups are flexible — no minimum, scale however you need.

The total invoice consists of:

• Your base advertising budget (from €500), credited to the cabinet;
• Niche-tier commission on top of the base: 20% White / 30% Grey / 40% High-Risk / 50% Multigeo or Uzbekistan;
• ~2% buffer to cover EUR/USD volatility;
• $20 fixed processing fee.

Worked example, white niche, €500 base, EUR/USD ≈ 1.08:
€500 + 20% = €600 → ~$648 → +2% spread + $20 fee = ~$681 USDT.

The commission is the standard reseller-network markup imposed upstream by Telegram’s ad infrastructure — it is not ADSLY’s profit. Every reseller charges it; we pass it through. Our revenue comes from the platform subscription and managed-service fees, not from this commission.

Only USDT on the TRC-20 (Tron) network. No fiat. No bank transfers. No cards. No other crypto networks.

This keeps the flow fast and avoids forcing you through banking hurdles. The invoice is generated by our payment processor (Heleket) and pays directly to a designated TRC-20 wallet.

1 hour from the moment it’s issued. The EUR/USD exchange rate is locked at issuance, so what you see is what you pay. If the invoice expires, just submit a new request — it takes seconds.

Niches we do not accept: pharma, CBD, weapons sold retail, anything illegal under EU law.

Telegram can suspend, restrict, or permanently block any cabinet at its sole discretion if it detects rule violations — prohibited content, deceptive ads, low-quality landing pages, fraudulent activity, etc.

ADSLY is not liable for Telegram-side blocks and does not refund unspent balance in such cases. The cabinet sits on our EU legal entity, but the moderation decision belongs entirely to Telegram. If we haven’t opened the cabinet yet, the base €500 advertising budget is refundable, less the payment-network fees and the EUR/USD exchange spread already locked at invoice time.

Once the cabinet is opened, the €500 sits in your cabinet as advertising balance — there’s nothing to refund at that point because the money is already with you, in the cabinet you control.
